Anna Paulina Luna

Anna Paulina Luna represents Florida's 13th Congressional District. Her UAP relevance comes from House oversight rather than from a claimed personal encounter. She emerged as a visible congressional figure on the subject during the 2023 House hearing and in 2025 was selected to chair the House Oversight Committee's Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets.

The task force's remit is broader than UAP, but Luna has repeatedly used it to seek records, testimony and greater executive-branch cooperation on UAP-related questions.

Luna helped press for the 26 July 2023 House hearing at which Ryan Graves, David Fravor and David Grusch testified.
