This notice applies to original game code, writing, designs, models, animations, textures and audio in which UAPRAD Ltd holds rights. Access to the game permits personal play. It does not grant permission to redistribute, sell, rehost or reuse protected UAPRAD material in another product or service.

Third-party software and assets retain their own licences. These include Three.js and its MIT-licensed components, Kenney CC0 service props, and Poly Haven CC0 photographic surfaces. This notice does not restrict rights granted by those licences or uses permitted by applicable law. It does not claim exclusive ownership of general ideas, historical reports or established UFO concepts.
