0:00 0 seconds Well, James, short of nursing a broken leg, how have you been? 0:05 5 seconds I I uh you know, like what you just said, you took a little bit of a break. 0:10 10 seconds I uh took well I've done I've done done a few podcasts in February but other than that I've been trying to just uh 0:19 19 seconds you know put my head back on again spend time with family my son uh you know cranking out a documentary coupled with 0:28 28 seconds um the event at the National Press Club four times to Brazil in one year. Uh it's been a bit of a roller coaster ride. 0:36 36 seconds Yeah, I feel you. A lot of things went really smooth and and and great and and some things just went completely sideways. Things that are just outside 0:45 45 seconds one's one's control. But hey, you know, you you you got to go for it. 0:50 50 seconds Uh you have indeed. You have indeed. And this works out great. You know, I'm back refreshed and you were my last guest uh on the podcast at Christmas time. So we 0:59 59 seconds this is kind of like a part two, a follow-up with everything that that happened since. So, you know, the documentary, the the latest version of Moment of Contact has been out for, you 1:07 1 minute, 7 seconds know, a good couple of months, getting on three months. How's that been? How's the reception been with that updated version? 1:13 1 minute, 13 seconds It was the worst roll out of any documentary I've ever done. 1:18 1 minute, 18 seconds Well, no, it's okay. I mean, I was so focused on the event, the National Press Club, and there were so many things that were happening that like visas denied. 1:28 1 minute, 28 seconds Um uh my my my primary target witness uh having health complications. 1:36 1 minute, 36 seconds Um application for other visas and passports for uh the spouse of the 1:43 1 minute, 43 seconds spouses of of of a couple of primary people that we wanted. We had the forensic pathologist. We had the neurosurgeon. Their their wives wanted 1:52 1 minute, 52 seconds to come. like it was just so many things and and um and a lot was hinging on it because he was my he was my lead witness 1:59 1 minute, 59 seconds Dr. Italo the neurosurgeon who's still a neurosurgeon. So that was very very hectic. So I was primarily focused on 2:06 2 minutes, 6 seconds that. Uh we had a we had a big Rogan appearance that we were going to do in January about a week prior to our big 2:15 2 minutes, 15 seconds event and that fell through. um they they they were concerned about the language barrier and and and how we're 2:23 2 minutes, 23 seconds going to do all that. So that was a bit of a letown. And then we had a big um uh article that was going to be published in in a very mainstream and that fell 2:32 2 minutes, 32 seconds through as well. So you know at the end of the day you do the best you can do. 2:36 2 minutes, 36 seconds The event itself was phenomenal. People that attended it was a packed crowd. Um there were a number of influencers there that are covering the event and that's 2:45 2 minutes, 45 seconds but uh you know I wouldn't call it a grand slam. I'd call it a solid base hit. Okay. So what's what's the next step? 2:52 2 minutes, 52 seconds Because I thought it was a great event and it was great to have them you know appear in in front of you know there were members of Congress there in attendance as well. It was you know at 3:01 3 minutes, 1 second the National Press Club. What was the aim and do you think that was achieved and how you know what do we what do we expect next? Because I know you're not going to just leave it at that. I'm sure. 3:09 3 minutes, 9 seconds Oh, no, no, no, no. For sure. No, I documented the whole event uh leading up to it, the event itself. Um, we had 3:17 3 minutes, 17 seconds closed door meetings with members of Congress, people in the task force, staff members, uh, which was really cool. 3:25 3 minutes, 25 seconds um they got to meet and shake hands with what I would consider the most significant development uh certainly in 3:33 3 minutes, 33 seconds the history of the phenomenon as far as I'm concerned because I know we have lots of firstirhand eyewitness testimony of encounters close encounters of the 3:42 3 minutes, 42 seconds third kind in the field but not captured live aliens that is in my opinion and correct me if I'm wrong that's a first 3:50 3 minutes, 50 seconds so it was a extremely um significant development velment and uh and a great opportunity for members 3:58 3 minutes, 58 seconds of Congress to meet. I mean, they took this neurosurgeon's testimony very seriously. I mean, they were asking behind the the scenes very real serious 4:07 4 minutes, 7 seconds questions. What did it look like? How did it behave? What was the communication like? How did the communication occur? You know, what was its temperament? Like, you know, all the 4:16 4 minutes, 16 seconds details. And they were taking it very seriously. And it's the first time I've ever seen sitting members of Congress, you know, spend an hour with a witness 4:24 4 minutes, 24 seconds who reportedly and allegedly had face-toface, you know, 3 to four minutes contact and limited communication with a 4:33 4 minutes, 33 seconds captured alien or a being of non-human intelligence. So, that was a big that was a big deal. You know, I if you'd asked me a couple years ago if I ever 4:41 4 minutes, 41 seconds thought that would occur, I would have said, "No way, Jose." you know, because it's it's one thing to talk about 4:49 4 minutes, 49 seconds unidentified flying objects, but it's another thing to talk about, you know, aliens, beings on the ground or beings, 4:55 4 minutes, 55 seconds you know, in captivity. It it's just so I think we broke I feel that we broke new ground and uh I think the it'll re 5:05 5 minutes, 5 seconds reverberate around the world in the next couple years. I think the significance of it will really the impact of it uh hasn't hit yet. That's my opinion. 5:14 5 minutes, 14 seconds No, no, no. That's good to hear. Good to hear that. I mean, were there any leads for Congress to be able to act on some of the information that you provided as 5:22 5 minutes, 22 seconds far as, you know, the aircraft that flew in and flew out of Brazil with the alleged craft on it or or whatever. Is there is there still work to be done there? And is it moving along? 5:32 5 minutes, 32 seconds Absolutely. And we also had a sitting a senator from Brazil who's taking this case very seriously. He's looking into flight logs. He they communicated with 5:41 5 minutes, 41 seconds uh with Congressman Berles at the event for quite a period of time. What what can we do on our end as the Americans? 5:48 5 minutes, 48 seconds What can you guys do on your end as uh you know as a sitting senator in in Brazil? So that uh relationship was 5:56 5 minutes, 56 seconds established and we are pushing hard to get the flight records because we have a date, we have a location. Um, we've 6:04 6 minutes, 4 seconds managed I think it was Colonel his now his nickname is Colonel Paper Trail online and that was Colonel uh Clausen 6:13 6 minutes, 13 seconds who was a United States Air Force Colonel fighter pilot and also had a very dramatic UFO encounter and he's been doing lots of work behind the 6:21 6 minutes, 21 seconds scenes getting all the tail numbers for every C17 that were that were in operation in and around. Yeah. So we have so he has a list of all the tail 6:30 6 minutes, 30 seconds numbers and he's he's working diligently behind the scenes and we're working with members of Congress to because we're like look you don't have to believe this 6:37 6 minutes, 37 seconds event happened but how about tracking down any potential you know involvement on the American side and again we've got 6:45 6 minutes, 45 seconds we've got a we've got a date and we have a location. So that's so that's all a work in progress. Yeah, that's really 6:53 6 minutes, 53 seconds encouraging because I know obviously you try to get information through freedom of information and you got that strange was it CIA response. 7:02 7 minutes, 2 seconds Yeah. Yeah. That was you know uh they it was the it was the quintessential response like we can neither confirm nor 7:08 7 minutes, 8 seconds deny any you know national security act of 1949 blah blah blah. And it's interesting that it came back from the 7:14 7 minutes, 14 seconds CIA too. Um, so you know, uh, also we hired a PR firm for the first time in 7:23 7 minutes, 23 seconds Brazil and the story got a lot of traction because it happened and it wasn't by accident to coincide with the 7:31 7 minutes, 31 seconds 30th anniversary of the event, right? So it was getting lots of of of attention in Brazil at that time. And we got on 7:40 7 minutes, 40 seconds two of the biggest platforms ever in the history of the case. You know, 23, one was like 21 million, 23 million plus 7:48 7 minutes, 48 seconds followers doing a story on the case, interviewing Dr. Etho. And there are other doctors that we identified that 7:55 7 minutes, 55 seconds were either a witnesses to the entity andor the footage of the entity that are 8:04 8 minutes, 4 seconds gauging the level of response and the reaction to Dr. Oo coming forward and I remind your audience Dr. Echlo if he's 8:12 8 minutes, 12 seconds telling the truth, you know, he's still the lead neurosurgeon at Regional 8:18 8 minutes, 18 seconds Hospital today, right now, you know, at confessing that he's kept this secret for 30, you know, 29 years and that he 8:27 8 minutes, 27 seconds decided after a heart attack that he wasn't going to take it to his grave. 8:30 8 minutes, 30 seconds And I can assure you, he he is uh his testimony is is being taken seriously. And I know there are a 8:37 8 minutes, 37 seconds lot of other doctors that are considering based on the repercussions of him coming forward as well. And I'll tell you another thing that's really cool. 8:47 8 minutes, 47 seconds Um I was with Dr. Janini. He was the uh uh forensic pathologist that founded IPD labs and he worked with Dr. Armando. Dr. 8:58 8 minutes, 58 seconds Armando did the autopsy on the deceased military officer. Right. And he he produced tissue samples to Dr. Janini 9:05 9 minutes, 5 seconds who did the analysis and he talked about a very rare bacteria that is found on Earth but it's rare but it it had 9:13 9 minutes, 13 seconds evolved in a way that he's never seen anything like it on Earth and that was a big revelation. There's also the former 9:21 9 minutes, 21 seconds chief of police Dr. uh um so sorry excuse me uh Pedro Aguar and he was uh 9:28 9 minutes, 28 seconds the former chief of police. We've been like I jokingly I've said this before, but it's like almost like trying to grab a bar of soap in the bathtub. We've been 9:37 9 minutes, 37 seconds kind of, you know, trying to get to him for quite some time. He talked to us on the phone. We even got one little remote 9:44 9 minutes, 44 seconds Zoom meeting with him. I I I I participated. We're trying to get up this photograph. We ultimately got him on camera 9:52 9 minutes, 52 seconds uh for the new cut, which is the former chief of police. And he was like, "Look, this isn't a story. this is history. I 10:00 10 minutes participated. This happened. And he admitted to having seen the creature, but it was very nebulous as to exactly 10:06 10 minutes, 6 seconds like what happened. So, I went back to Brazil in January uh January 21st or 10:14 10 minutes, 14 seconds 22nd and I attended a 30-year anniversary event with the mayor and and other people. And uh and then after I 10:22 10 minutes, 22 seconds had a few extra days, me and my team, Marco and Alini, tracked down because he died. The chief of police died a few 10:31 10 minutes, 31 seconds months after the interview. So we tracked down his family. We went to his widow. We talked to her, put her on camera, tracked down his younger son, 10:39 10 minutes, 39 seconds got discussed it with him, and then found he had a couple of kids from a previous marriage. So we located them, 10:46 10 minutes, 46 seconds met with them, got them on camera. they he had confessed that he had seen that he had confessed to his kids that he had 10:53 10 minutes, 53 seconds seen the creature. It happened. It was real, but he didn't go into specifics. 10:57 10 minutes, 57 seconds And then we found his lawyer and his lawyer went on camera for us just like January 24th or something of of this 11:05 11 minutes, 5 seconds year and he was like, "Oh yeah, I I know the whole story." So we said, "Would you sit down and give us an interview?" And because the former chief of police was 11:13 11 minutes, 13 seconds dead, he's like, "Yeah, I will." And so he just told us exactly what happened. 11:16 11 minutes, 16 seconds And if you if your audience wants to hear it, it's pretty incredible. 11:20 11 minutes, 20 seconds Yeah. I mean, there's so many people still so many people still corroborating the story after so many years from so many different places. It's not like 11:28 11 minutes, 28 seconds they've all sat down and come up with this, you know, story out of nowhere. 11:34 11 minutes, 34 seconds You know, this really does point to this genuinely happening and that's what's so exciting about it. And you know, there's still the elusive Eric Lopes. Is it Eric Lopes? 11:43 11 minutes, 43 seconds Yeah. So, Eric, I found I found out something new about him recently. Yeah. 11:48 11 minutes, 48 seconds From a former uh security guard or actually I think he's a current security guard and he talked to Eric Lopes. 11:54 11 minutes, 54 seconds Everyone's still trying to get Eric Lopes to give a statement and we're not going to ever give up. And Eric Lopes said to this security guard, "Well, I 12:03 12 minutes, 3 seconds was about to shoot a couple round." He did have an armed gun with him, by the way. That was confirmed. He confirmed that we suspected he did because he had his phone in one hand, then he had a 12:11 12 minutes, 11 seconds hand below and he did have a loaded weapon with him. He was about to shoot. 12:15 12 minutes, 15 seconds He was going to do a couple warning shots up in the sky first. Yeah. But it almost got to that point. He didn't he 12:23 12 minutes, 23 seconds he was threatening to shoot us, but he he did confirm this is just like a month or two ago that he he uh he was going to 12:31 12 minutes, 31 seconds shoot a couple in the in the in the air first as a as a shot across the bow. But let me go back to um the former chief of 12:39 12 minutes, 39 seconds police Pedro because it's very interesting. So if you watch Moment of Contact and you listen to his interview in there, he he says, "I participated. 12:48 12 minutes, 48 seconds This is an event that I participated in, but we didn't know the specifics and he did say vaguely." And I have to go back to the interview and have it fully 12:56 12 minutes, 56 seconds translated and I will do that at some point soon and release that stuff. But he did say, "I participated and then I saw the bean." But he didn't give us any 13:04 13 minutes, 4 seconds like maybe it was somewhat nebulous like it was under a tarp or or a net of sorts. Um he told his wife that he'd 13:11 13 minutes, 11 seconds seen his the bean. He told his son, his 14-year-old son that he'd seen the bean. 13:16 13 minutes, 16 seconds He told his other two kids that he'd seen the bean. And uh but they didn't know all the specifics. And they also said, the daughter and the son, the 13:24 13 minutes, 24 seconds older son is like my age, that you know, our dad was dealt with drug dealers and gang members. He packed a gun. He wasn't 13:34 13 minutes, 34 seconds afraid of anyone, but he was terrified of the men in suits. So, I was like, "The men in suits?" He's like, "Yeah, our our dad was terrified." And he 13:42 13 minutes, 42 seconds didn't want to give us too much information because he was worried about our safety as well. And so, he told only one person, the full account according 13:51 13 minutes, 51 seconds to his lawyer, what happened, how he participated in the event. And on the morning of January 20th, he was given the coordinates of something that was 13:59 13 minutes, 59 seconds going on, something that was something extremely significant was happening. And he was and he was summoned immediately. 14:05 14 minutes, 5 seconds He dropped everything. He drove from the I'm trying to remember the name of the town he drove in, but it was in uh it 14:11 14 minutes, 11 seconds was in the uh state of Mus Dis probably car three hearts. And he gets to the location and he's going in by foot and he's the chief of police. He's armed. 14:23 14 minutes, 23 seconds and he's going in and he comes upon two like young military soldiers with rifles 14:30 14 minutes, 30 seconds guarding an area and they pull the rifles on him and threaten to shoot him, you know, to get back, get back, get back. And he pulls his gun out. He's 14:39 14 minutes, 39 seconds like, I'm the chief of police. I'm going to have you arrested for threatening me. 14:42 14 minutes, 42 seconds You know, so they have this standoff where he's got his gun out and he's got two guys in their probably early 20s 14:49 14 minutes, 49 seconds pointing a gun at him and he's saying, "I'm the chief of police. I'll arrest you. And they say, you do not have authorization. Do not step any closer to 14:56 14 minutes, 56 seconds where you are. So they have this standoff where he's got his gun and he's pointing it at these two young soldiers. 15:02 15 minutes, 2 seconds And while this is happening, he sees two what I believe they described as firemen capturing one of the beings with a net. 15:10 15 minutes, 10 seconds And that was in the morning. So we are now suspecting that that was the being that Dr. Italo saw on the 20th because 15:18 15 minutes, 18 seconds Dr. Italo had the encounter with the creature more either in the morning or at midday at regional hospital. Now the 15:26 15 minutes, 26 seconds creature according to him looked a little different. Was it a different creature? Because the other creature on the January 20th was caught around 5 15:34 15 minutes, 34 seconds 5:30 by Lopes and and and and Marco Sharice because he had described and I don't 15:41 15 minutes, 41 seconds know because he had described the being as more white skin. He didn't describe an odor that it was peaceful, it wasn't 15:49 15 minutes, 49 seconds scared, it was it had control of the room despite the fact that it was in captivity. Um, so I was asking myself 15:58 15 minutes, 58 seconds like like, wait a minute, that one was alive, but that was I said he goes he was looking at it looked out the window 16:05 16 minutes, 5 seconds twice almost like yearning to be out. it wanted to be out, not in captivity. And 16:12 16 minutes, 12 seconds that it was a higher intelligence, he described, but he described it as a little different. The eyes were lilac, but it was teardropped. The head was 16:20 16 minutes, 20 seconds shaped, teardrop, spindly arms, spindly legs, three and a half to four feet tall, the size of a seven-year-old kid. 16:27 16 minutes, 27 seconds And um but I asked, you know, Dr. Italo like, "How do you mean like it was a higher 16:35 16 minutes, 35 seconds level of intelligence?" And he just said it, you know, this is a neurosurgeon who plays piano like Mozart. He's like it was just a more advanced being. It was 16:43 16 minutes, 43 seconds more advanced intelligence. It was just uh nonjudg non-judgmental. It understand 16:50 16 minutes, 50 seconds it understood what was happening but it was at peace with it. Um so I started was like well they that was daylight. It 16:59 16 minutes, 59 seconds was it was daylight. So I started putting together now we have the former chief of police talks about this event in the morning. So maybe that was the 17:08 17 minutes, 8 seconds creature. Are they a different race or do they have like a chameleon a way to kind of change color and do they do they 17:14 17 minutes, 14 seconds exude that that excrete that oil like almost like a skunk when it's scared and feeling vulnerable? Do they excrete that 17:22 17 minutes, 22 seconds smell? I don't know. or was it suffering in the hot heat in that area when the girls encountered it at 3:20 in the 17:29 17 minutes, 29 seconds afternoon on January 20th? So, I'm now convinced that that Dr. Italo uh witnessed the the creature that was 17:37 17 minutes, 37 seconds captured in the morning. That's what I'm thinking. That's what we're all thinking. And I think there were other creatures up to up to five that were captured. 17:45 17 minutes, 45 seconds Some of them did not make it out alive. 17:47 17 minutes, 47 seconds I believe one of them was shot during the capture because we have testimony from Military X that the creature that he saw was deceased at Humanitas 17:57 17 minutes, 57 seconds Hospital on or around the 20th of January. So, I don't know, man. It's an unfolding story. There's so many complexities, so many aspects of it that 18:05 18 minutes, 5 seconds we don't understand. But for the first time, and I know correct me if I mean stop me if I'm repeating myself here, 18:13 18 minutes, 13 seconds but we we did the Google map thing. So, we had new witnesses to the cylindrical shaped craft. And for the first time, we got out Google maps and we started 18:21 18 minutes, 21 seconds putting like pins and all right, this is where the two farmers uh Defas Enrico 18:28 18 minutes, 28 seconds and Oralina Defas saw the craft. Okay, where is that on the map? Boom. X. All right, we have the new Fabio Forado. All right, where is that? Boom. That's here. 18:37 18 minutes, 37 seconds This is here. Where was the crash site? 18:39 18 minutes, 39 seconds Boom. That was Myolini farm here. That's like as the crow flies 10 miles, 12 miles outside. So, it was like, wow, it was all lining up to make perfectly good 18:47 18 minutes, 47 seconds sense. And we started putting those piece of puzzle together. And then on top of that, this is a fascinating part of mine that I just I'm still trying to come to terms 18:56 18 minutes, 56 seconds with it. Um if if the accounts are to be believed from a lot of the witnesses, particularly the the the family of 19:03 19 minutes, 3 seconds doctors, um they saw a craft flying low and slow and 19:10 19 minutes, 10 seconds very methodically over the area where the capture, the alleged capture took place with the two military police 19:18 19 minutes, 18 seconds officers. The area where the girls saw uh the creature came within 8 to 10 feet in broad daylight. And then you know the 19:26 19 minutes, 26 seconds military blockade all that activity happened within a few square blocks right or a few I don't know seven to 10 blocks all that whole area and that is 19:35 19 minutes, 35 seconds where the craft according to many many witnesses that we spoke to they kept saying and it's discshaped it wasn't cylindrical it wasn't the craft that 19:44 19 minutes, 44 seconds crashed and it was methodically going up back and I they kept saying as if it was looking for something I was like well how do you know it was looking for something how do you know what are you 19:52 19 minutes, 52 seconds talk oh because it was very methodical it was flying load. It was stopping, going back, grid grid pattern. And so I went back to the original version of 20:00 20 minutes Moment of Contact and I found some footage that I'd shown of a disc in 1996. And I can't remember the 20:08 20 minutes, 8 seconds pronunciation of the name, but it's in the movie. And I was like, well, wait a minute. Where is that location? And what is the dates on that? That's J January, 20:16 20 minutes, 16 seconds February. It was like March or April, just a couple months later. Not that far as the crow flies to the south, not in 20:23 20 minutes, 23 seconds Virginia, but not that far. And it was doing it was flying really low. And that footage is pretty damn good footage. And 20:31 20 minutes, 31 seconds I'm thinking to myself, wow, is this the same craft? Is this involved? Does this happen to be a coincidence or was this part of 20:40 20 minutes, 40 seconds I know it sounds crazy, but an extraterrestrial search and rescue mission with this disc? I don't know. 20:46 20 minutes, 46 seconds But uh we kind of made that connection as well. So again, it's a developing story. It's uh new information coming 20:53 20 minutes, 53 seconds forward and I anticipate uh in the coming months, years, a lot more information coming forward on this case. 21:01 21 minutes, 1 second Yeah, really hope so. I'm sure. I'm sure. What about the elusive videotape? 21:05 21 minutes, 5 seconds You know, you've talked about this footage that was shot of the being in captivity. That's, you know, still got to be out there somewhere. Any leads? I 21:13 21 minutes, 13 seconds mean, I'm sure you get many leads, but any any real progress? So, uh I think I I I showed uh hold on. 21:23 21 minutes, 23 seconds We found we had the name of the of one of the doctors who shot one of them. This is his computer. 21:30 21 minutes, 30 seconds Marcos Venus. Marcos Venus. He's a fellow neurosurgeon at Regional Hospital. He had a heart attack in 2018. 21:38 21 minutes, 38 seconds We uh went to his widow's house. I heard that his house was broken into just recently. I I don't know what the dates 21:46 21 minutes, 46 seconds are and I haven't talked to the wife about it because we didn't get a chance to see her in January. Um I thought I was possibly coming home with it. I I 21:54 21 minutes, 54 seconds really did. This is a few months back and uh I had a guy open up the computer and the hard drive was extracted and the computer was put back together again. 22:02 22 minutes, 2 seconds So, uh, we also have we have a couple of other names of people who allegedly have the footage or had the footage at some 22:10 22 minutes, 10 seconds point and we have met with face to face and I'm not going to mention any names because it's ongoing and we're like, "Look, man, we think this exists. We have two people that talked about it. 22:22 22 minutes, 22 seconds You know, there's an effort going on with family members because they know there's a big reward for the footage. We had a couple of really good leads I 22:29 22 minutes, 29 seconds think about a year and a half ago and possibly a little bit before that and it was like people that it's hard to say, 22:38 22 minutes, 38 seconds you know, like if someone's trying to scam you or not, but every now and again you you come across someone that sounds 22:45 22 minutes, 45 seconds pretty legit, but I was like, look, I can't just jump on a plane and fly to Brazil. You say you have this footage, I need to see I need to see something. 22:53 22 minutes, 53 seconds Show me a couple of frames. And we went back and forth for a while and then they they vanished. So, it could have been a scam. I don't know. And also, I feel 23:00 23 minutes like obviously it's the holy grail of the case, and there's nobody out there trying harder to get it than our team. 23:05 23 minutes, 5 seconds But is the military one step ahead of me? Am I one step ahead of them or vice versa? Or this is ongoing? because I can assure you 23:14 23 minutes, 14 seconds if they have threatened if the accounts are true the threats that have gone out to the the eyewitness accounts the eyewitness testimony you can imagine the 23:23 23 minutes, 23 seconds threats people that might have some videotaped evidence or photographic evidence that is some real and I remember thinking like even if I did get 23:31 23 minutes, 31 seconds my hands on it what would I do how would I get out of the country would I upload it to a bunch of different servers you know these are all questions but it's 23:38 23 minutes, 38 seconds ongoing and I feel you know everyone like oh We need the video. We need the video. Otherwise, we're not going to believe any of it. Yeah, fair enough. 23:45 23 minutes, 45 seconds But I can tell you it's like, you know, if a murder happened and you don't have a video of the murder happening, does that mean that you just have to give up? 23:53 23 minutes, 53 seconds You know what I mean? Like, you know, I mean, people get put to the death to to people get put to death based on 24:00 24 minutes eyewitness accounts testimony. And we have a lot. I don't know how many people now have seen the bean alive, but I 24:07 24 minutes, 7 seconds think it's somewhere six or seven that we know on camera. Oh, one more thing I'll tell you. It's pretty cool. 24:16 24 minutes, 16 seconds Um, and remind me to talk about the Reddit event that's happening uh this Saturday because if anybody has questions 24:26 24 minutes, 26 seconds um uh dang it, of course, I just I just lost my train of thought. Damn it. Um, 24:33 24 minutes, 33 seconds all right. I'll come back to it. We'll we'll carry on. One thing I'll just say quickly is that, you know, Adria Disclosure 24:41 24 minutes, 41 seconds uh was an amazing accomplishment. You know, I think uh Lou and and and Farah and everybody else involved did a a 24:48 24 minutes, 48 seconds great job. And I know people often criticize it as a, you know, as a scop or whatever, but you know, most of the things that were said in that film 24:57 24 minutes, 57 seconds aligned with my field research and uh and it got attention of mainstream media because of who participated in it, who 25:05 25 minutes, 5 seconds went on camera. It's unfortunate that Marco Rubio has tried to back up a little bit, but you know, they're talking about crash retrieval, talking about entities. I can't think of a 25:14 25 minutes, 14 seconds better, more well-documented case that's going to either prove or disprove than the Varini incident because, you know, 25:22 25 minutes, 22 seconds it's it's recent enough. And there's far more well, most of the people aren't dead. And there are far more eyewitness 25:29 25 minutes, 29 seconds accounts than there ever were with Roswell. And other than what is it, Colonel Corso talked about seeing the deceased creatures in Texas in in 47. 25:42 25 minutes, 42 seconds Um, I think there was a deathbed statement or or not maybe not deathbed, maybe it was an affidavit that was signed by Glenn Dennis 25:49 25 minutes, 49 seconds uh after he died that came out about um the beans and who was it? Uh M. Brazzle, 25:58 25 minutes, 58 seconds I think the rancher had jokingly said to somebody, you remember those little green aliens they always talk about? 26:05 26 minutes, 5 seconds They ain't green, you know. But we don't really have other than a few, you know, we don't really have any firsthand 26:13 26 minutes, 13 seconds eyewitness testimony that I can think of or very limited of the of the creatures of the aliens of the entities, right? I 26:20 26 minutes, 20 seconds mean, so there's a lot more firstirhand eyewitness testimony, you know, than there ever was with Roswell. 26:29 26 minutes, 29 seconds Yeah. No, I agree. I mean, it does. 26:31 26 minutes, 31 seconds Venia fits in with every other conversation that's been sort of happening recently. like you said, crash retrievals, age of disclosure. What are 26:38 26 minutes, 38 seconds your thoughts on the recent comments by former President Barack Obama and then subsequently Donald Trump coming out and commenting on that? Did what did you think of that? 26:48 26 minutes, 48 seconds Well, it was funny because I was rather giddy about it because I was like, "Oh boy, here we go." You know, this is interesting. When have we ever had two 26:55 26 minutes, 55 seconds presidents talking about aliens? just the fact they're talking about it, you know, and I kind of saw that building up and I think that Trump was like, "Oh, 27:04 27 minutes, 4 seconds I'm going to one up this guy because why is he getting all the attention? I'm the president, right?" And then for him to just basically say, "Well, he released 27:11 27 minutes, 11 seconds classified information." It's like, "Well, if it ain't true, it can't possibly be classified. So, what did you 27:18 27 minutes, 18 seconds just say?" You know, and uh and and you know, it's encouraging. 27:24 27 minutes, 24 seconds I think people are feeling I know certainly a couple of people that have remained in the shadows are starting to 27:31 27 minutes, 31 seconds feel emboldened a bit that the president is now talking about it. I know there's legislation that's being written up. 27:39 27 minutes, 39 seconds Hopefully, we need to get it passed that will provide additional protection for whistleblowers. Not just, you know, 27:46 27 minutes, 46 seconds their security clearances. you know, people feel threats for their their their their personal safety, their family safety, their clearances, their 27:55 27 minutes, 55 seconds their their way of putting food on the table. Um, but they're also talking now of of potential compensation, financial compensation. So, if they do lose 28:03 28 minutes, 3 seconds everything by coming forward, they won't, you know, their family won't starve. And I think that's incredibly important. So, I know that's happening 28:11 28 minutes, 11 seconds behind the scenes. And there's also I can't I don't know how much of it's come out so I I got to be mindful of what I say but I do know that the executive 28:21 28 minutes, 21 seconds branch has given authorization on a number of potential sites that are housing allegedly alien technology and 28:28 28 minutes, 28 seconds the green that's been green lit and I at at this date I believe at least one or two locations has already been gone to and I I need to follow up with some of 28:37 28 minutes, 37 seconds the people. Yeah. And they said, "Look, if we get there and it's a big empty hanger, we're going to be asking a lot of questions." Eric Berles has recently said about this 28:46 28 minutes, 46 seconds giant UFO that's had the building built over the top of it that he's going to be going to visit that location. So, you know, that's Well, I know that there are other 28:55 28 minutes, 55 seconds locations in the United States that it's already happened, at least one, and I again, I'll have to get the followup on that. So, you know, look, it's it's um a 29:03 29 minutes, 3 seconds lot of people are concerned that that the release of these so-called classified files, sensory data, is in 29:13 29 minutes, 13 seconds the hands of Arrow. That concerns me a little bit. Um I actually recently reached out to Arrow and I'm going to do it through Susan Goff and I got like, 29:22 29 minutes, 22 seconds hey, we will participate in any kind of public event provided we get approval from Susan Goff. I don't know if she'll give us approval, but we're going to be 29:30 29 minutes, 30 seconds reaching out to her very soon. Um, and we'll just keep doing everything that we can do. Um, I think it's at some point 29:40 29 minutes, 40 seconds uh that we should as a community because there's so much mudslinging going on in this community that we should focus on a 29:49 29 minutes, 49 seconds common common objective and stick together and try to make that objective a reality. Like I'll give you an example. 29:58 29 minutes, 58 seconds people feel really frustrated that there are all these incredible allegations made by, you know, the likes of, you know, I'll just throw out a couple of 30:06 30 minutes, 6 seconds names, Eric Davis, uh, you know, Lou Alzando, Hal Putoff, uh, David Grush, 30:14 30 minutes, 14 seconds um, of Crash Retrieval, and yet, you know, all the specific details to verify their claims is classified, and they're 30:21 30 minutes, 21 seconds unable to, um, you know, provide those specifics because their hands are tied. 30:27 30 minutes, 27 seconds Well, What can we do as the community to uh rally behind 30:33 30 minutes, 33 seconds uh creating a platform that uh would enable them to give these specifics like you know Eric Davis said 30:43 30 minutes, 43 seconds he goes hey yeah man if the president of the United States waved his magic wand and gave me immunity and I was subpoenaed I'd testify tomorrow and I'd give it all out. So instead of 30:51 30 minutes, 51 seconds criticizing like I see all these like you know Michael Shurmer and and and and uh Neil Degross Tyson like ah you know 31:00 31 minutes how about how about we we we give them the benefit of the doubt and we create an environment that would enable them to give us because the stakes are so high. 31:10 31 minutes, 10 seconds We we we create an environment how about focusing on that because let's call their bluff. you know, you don't believe him, fine. Mainstream, you don't that 31:19 31 minutes, 19 seconds that's fine. That you can criticize all you want, but let's how do we how do we circumn that big obstacle? And I think 31:27 31 minutes, 27 seconds that that is something that we should focus on in within the community. And I think that we should, you know, come up with a very specific plan and then all 31:35 31 minutes, 35 seconds work together to make that happen. Our our representatives want to hear from us, too. So they need to know that their constituents are behind their efforts 31:43 31 minutes, 43 seconds because in the past this topic hasn't exactly been career enhancing. 31:48 31 minutes, 48 seconds No. Indeed. And you know everything takes time and I think sometimes people give it a certain amount of time and then they give up. I've waited long enough. I'm I I now don't believe you 31:57 31 minutes, 57 seconds because you haven't produced anything and it's like they just cut it off. You know, unfortunately things do take a lot longer than than maybe some people are 32:04 32 minutes, 4 seconds happy to wait for. But, you know, I think you got to be in it for the long game if you're serious about getting to that that end goal. So, yeah, I agree with what you're saying. 32:14 32 minutes, 14 seconds And I' and I've said this before. It's like I feel like I feel everyone's frustration. I'm right there with you. 32:21 32 minutes, 21 seconds And uh but we have had four congressional hearings. We've had presidents now talk about it. We've had President Trump say he wants the files released. Um there are things happening. 32:32 32 minutes, 32 seconds there's getting, you know, age of disclosure really got a lot of mainstream attention. That's that's 32:39 32 minutes, 39 seconds unprecedented. you know, uh, when I put out the phenomenon in 2020, at the end of 2020, I I got quite a bit of 32:48 32 minutes, 48 seconds mainstream, you know, coverage, uh, two years later when I put out the the moment of contact, I I think I got one 32:55 32 minutes, 55 seconds Fox News interview, but other than that, it was more grassroots because I don't think the mainstream knew even how to 33:02 33 minutes, 2 seconds process this claim. Like, I don't I think they just like I don't blame them because like I wrote it off too, right, for over a decade. So, I can I can only 33:11 33 minutes, 11 seconds imagine where their headsp space is like, oh, why millions? Like, are you kidding me? Like, come on. Let's keep it real here. So, you know, um 33:20 33 minutes, 20 seconds there's that there's that it can't be, therefore it isn't, uh attitude. And I, you know, that's fair enough. I I I 33:29 33 minutes, 29 seconds don't I don't blame them. You know, that's just come territory. Baby steps. 33:34 33 minutes, 34 seconds That's it. I mean, everyone's different, you know. I I certainly have the patience and I'm I'm willing to continue doing my small part in all of this to 33:41 33 minutes, 41 seconds see it right through to the end. And I think we've got a good a lot of other people in the community that are on the, you know, working in the same vein. So, yeah, we'll see. We'll see. 33:51 33 minutes, 51 seconds I I feel like these next six to nine months are going to be critical. Um, as much as I'd like to 33:58 33 minutes, 58 seconds kind of, you know, pull back and just enjoy being 34:04 34 minutes, 4 seconds with my family a bit more, uh, I feel like now is not the time to do that. I mean, yes, I'm doing that, but 34:13 34 minutes, 13 seconds that I can't I need we all as a community need to really push uh hard right now in the coming coming months or 34:22 34 minutes, 22 seconds whatever year. And I don't know like if if Democrats get control of the House and maybe the Senate. I mean, we do have Schumer on the on the Senate side who's 34:31 34 minutes, 31 seconds been an advocate for transparency. Um I think that's one of the things that he recently agreed with with Trump, which 34:38 34 minutes, 38 seconds is cool. It's nice to see bipartisanship on this topic. So, I'm hoping that if the Democrats do get control of the 34:45 34 minutes, 45 seconds House that they will continue this push, like Congressman Burles in particular. 34:50 34 minutes, 50 seconds Congressman Burlesson was the biggest skeptic on the first UFO hearing. I think that was with Congressman Carl. 34:56 34 minutes, 56 seconds No, was that was that the second hearing? I remember Burlesson was the biggest skeptic in the in the audience or the you know in the uh you remember 35:04 35 minutes, 4 seconds that it it must have been the it must have been the 2023 congressional hearing where he Berles 35:12 35 minutes, 12 seconds was like the biggest skeptic in the in the crowd. Do you remember that? 35:16 35 minutes, 16 seconds maybe. But yeah, I know he's really come out of his shell, hasn't he? 35:20 35 minutes, 20 seconds He's really come out of his shell. And I' I'd be curious to know um what if he did get into a skiff with 35:27 35 minutes, 27 seconds Grush. Now, I do know I believe it was Luna. 35:32 35 minutes, 32 seconds You know what? Maybe it was Berles and Luna that went into a skiff with Grush. 35:35 35 minutes, 35 seconds I'm pretty, now that I'm thinking about it, I think it was. And I remember asking him on the last congressional hearing, the fourth congressional hearing, which I think it was in the end 35:44 35 minutes, 44 seconds of 2024, and I remember asking him on the on the floor afterwards, um, hey, did you ever get a chance to get into a skip with Grush? And he's 35:52 35 minutes, 52 seconds like, yeah, we did. And he said I said, well, and he's like, it it it was sobering. 35:59 35 minutes, 59 seconds I I I should find out more about that, but I did ask him. 99.9% sure that Berles and Luna or maybe it was Mason, 36:08 36 minutes, 8 seconds Luna, and Berles, definitely Luna, sorry, I wish I get my facts more correct here, but I'm pretty I'm pretty damn sure they did get to go into a 36:15 36 minutes, 15 seconds skiff and and I I think he described it as being pretty pretty sobering, you know. Yeah. Sorry. Go ahead. Now, as I 36:24 36 minutes, 24 seconds say, you've got this event coming up um when by the time this goes out, I think it'll be tomorrow, which will be Saturday, March 7th. You've got this AMA 36:32 36 minutes, 32 seconds online with Berles and Leslie Kane as well. What can you tell us about that? 36:37 36 minutes, 37 seconds Well, it's a great opportunity and I I I think it's the first big public event that I'm doing with a city members of Congress and and a real proponent of 36:46 36 minutes, 46 seconds transparency, Burlesen. And I think it's a great opportunity to, you know, people should, if you have the link, you should provide that here. People get in some 36:54 36 minutes, 54 seconds questions and speak directly. We'll we'll ask those questions to a city member of Congress. What What are you frustrated about? What would you like to see happen? How will it go about? How 37:03 37 minutes, 3 seconds can we make this happen? What can we do as a community to support your efforts? 37:08 37 minutes, 8 seconds I think these are questions that that that should be asked. And it's a great opportunity to to allow people to do that. And I want to organize more and 37:16 37 minutes, 16 seconds more of these types of events as we lead up to, you know, u any potential release of of what we all want to see released. 37:24 37 minutes, 24 seconds Yeah, absolutely. It can only but help the cause for 100%. It's it's a great opportunity. So, I will do my best to make sure the link is below uh for 37:32 37 minutes, 32 seconds people whether they're watching this before it happens or after. I'll do my best to get it get it below. Well, I'll remind your audience to go to because I 37:39 37 minutes, 39 seconds I post everything on my ex account and I try to monitor my my Instagram account, but I've got a couple of youngsters that 37:46 37 minutes, 46 seconds that run that generally. But, uh, if you go to my ex, which is jamesc 37:53 37 minutes, 53 seconds as in Charlie, James Cox, and that's my ex account, and I always post links. I Yeah, I always post everything relevant to my ex account. 38:03 38 minutes, 3 seconds Wonderful. Wonderful. Well, James, I have got quite a lot of questions from people on X actually. So, if you don't mind, we'll jump through a few of those. 38:11 38 minutes, 11 seconds Um, so first off, Grant Lavac, uh, he says, "Next month marks the 60th anniversary of the West case, and to 38:19 38 minutes, 19 seconds date, the Australian government and Department of Defense hasn't provided any documentary evidence or any explanation for what was observed in the 38:26 38 minutes, 26 seconds sky above West High School. Given your research on the case, do you think the Australian government will ever be transparent on what really happened? 38:35 38 minutes, 35 seconds You know, when I interviewed the science teacher Greenwood, 38:42 38 minutes, 42 seconds um, he had talked about a visit that he'd gotten from some men in suits. One of them was in uniform and two men in suits. And I wasn't sure if 38:52 38 minutes, 52 seconds one or two of them were Americans. I I I I I don't recall, but I do know that 38:59 38 minutes, 59 seconds that there was a a significant and serious effort to to shut that story down. And I suspect uh and it was 39:08 39 minutes, 8 seconds interesting actually because when we when we looked at the dates and I think that event happened I think it was uh April April 6th. Yeah. 39:17 39 minutes, 17 seconds So I did the I did the the calculations when I was doing the phenomenon and I was like wait a minute that would have happened right around the time the last 39:26 39 minutes, 26 seconds congressional hearing in the United States 1966. They were just coming out of that hearing when there was a landing 39:32 39 minutes, 32 seconds happening in Australia. And and I got to I got to a guy named James Kibble who 39:40 39 minutes, 40 seconds allegedly took well he took a a Polaroid of what had to be that similar craft. He described it exactly like all the other witnesses at the Westall Primary School. 39:49 39 minutes, 49 seconds Was that the one on its side? 39:53 39 minutes, 53 seconds Yeah. James Kibble had described it. He was an engineer. He said he it was kind of floating down like this and it got 40:00 40 minutes his eye reflected the sun and it kind of that's what got his attention to it. And he looked up and he saw this discshaped 40:07 40 minutes, 7 seconds thing kind of floating down. He said like a leaf almost. And then he was like, "My god," you know, and he grabbed his Polaroid camera because he was 40:15 40 minutes, 15 seconds documenting, and I'll get to the re relevance of this in a second. He was documenting the the garden for his mother with 40:23 40 minutes, 23 seconds Polaroids, like how you know how the garden was coming along. And he in his haste, he hit his face with the Polaroid 40:31 40 minutes, 31 seconds camera to get a shot of it, clicked the shot, and as doing so, it flipped up. 40:37 40 minutes, 37 seconds So, it was going down like this and then it flipped up and that's when he took the picture. And then a beat later he said it rocketed away like it was being 40:45 40 minutes, 45 seconds shot out of the barrel of a gun. And he goes, "You know, the last time I was I met with anyone was James 40:54 40 minutes, 54 seconds McDonald, the phys the uh atmospheric physicist James McDonald from the United States. He was there in I believe it was 41:02 41 minutes, 2 seconds 1966. I don't know if when he died. He died in like 70 or late 60s, but James McDonald was the last person to 41:11 41 minutes, 11 seconds interview him. So that was a high level of American interest clearly. And I don't know what his connection was or wasn't to Project Blue Book at the time. 41:20 41 minutes, 20 seconds We'd have to look that one up. So there was definitely an American presence investigating that case. And there was definitely a huge effort to squash it. 41:27 41 minutes, 27 seconds There were threats made to the scientist uh at the school uh Mr. Greenwood and uh 41:35 41 minutes, 35 seconds so I suspect there would be records both in um Australia and records in in the 41:43 41 minutes, 43 seconds United States and I think it's a I think that's a great idea if there's anybody out there listening particularly uh Shane Ryan who did the documentary 41:51 41 minutes, 51 seconds amazing documentary on the case thank you Shane Ryan and um uh James um why am I drawing a blank right now 41:59 41 minutes, 59 seconds Rney Rick James Riggnney yeah that I think that uh I That would be a great undertaking would be to I don't know do they have 42:06 42 minutes, 6 seconds foyer or foil like requests in in Australia. I think that that should be done. I I think that would be a brilliant idea. I think now better than 42:15 42 minutes, 15 seconds now better than ever before would be a great time to do that. John Greenwood if you're listening. 42:23 42 minutes, 23 seconds Next question. I actually I think sorry before I think Grant who asked that question has probably more than likely sent those freedom of information 42:31 42 minutes, 31 seconds requests out in the past because uh he's Australian. I know he does a lot of lot of good work out there. So I'd love to hear if he gets any kind of response at all. I'd love to know. 42:39 42 minutes, 39 seconds There we go. Absolutely. Next question comes from Mysterious Planet. That's Scott. He says, "Do you think the general public can handle disclosure 42:47 42 minutes, 47 seconds knowing that we are being visited by a non-human intelligence? There is a different mindset between believing and knowing. Can the general public handle that potentially very confronting news? 42:58 42 minutes, 58 seconds You know, we we just did this event at the National Press Club in January of this year, January 20th. It was coincided with the 30th anniversary of 43:06 43 minutes, 6 seconds the of the Varia case. and we were 43:13 43 minutes, 13 seconds about to have someone talk about the potential onlogical shock that will come from 43:21 43 minutes, 21 seconds disclosure. I personally haven't like 43:28 43 minutes, 28 seconds taken that threat seriously, but other people that have really like analyzed and studied this phenomenon 43:36 43 minutes, 36 seconds have. And I remember talking with Bigalow about it years ago at his home in Las Vegas and I was probably in my 43:45 43 minutes, 45 seconds late 30s at the time and I was just wrapping up that two-hour special for uh I know what I saw uh the History Channel 43:53 43 minutes, 53 seconds special and he that caught his attention and he actually invited me to have lunch at his house and he talked to me about the impact that this story would have on 44:02 44 minutes, 2 seconds the world population and I remember him talking about religious institutions financial institutions talked about collapse. She was like, 44:10 44 minutes, 10 seconds "Take every scandal you've ever heard in the history of the world, in the modern world, and multiply that by a thousand, and that's the impact the story would 44:17 44 minutes, 17 seconds have." Now, at the time, I was thinking to myself, you know, I don't really believe that. I think it would be a 44:24 44 minutes, 24 seconds really unifying thing uh moment. And I'm perhaps just what you know 44:33 44 minutes, 33 seconds we the the people that our race the species of this planet need as sort of a a unifying moment to know that we're not 44:42 44 minutes, 42 seconds alone that there's an outside you know and uh that's the way I've kind of always looked at it. But people that I trust, you know, people that have looked 44:51 44 minutes, 51 seconds into it like Hal put off and had talked about it. Not just the onlogical shock of it, but the, you know, the technology 44:58 44 minutes, 58 seconds for instance, if we did recover this technology that's, you know, the pros and cons of releasing that, uh, you 45:06 45 minutes, 6 seconds know, the impact that it would have on a religion and all, like I said, financial, all these things. So now I'm kind of leaning more in the in the 45:14 45 minutes, 14 seconds direction of I think it would be really shocking to a lot of people. I think we'd get over it, but uh I think it 45:21 45 minutes, 21 seconds would be pretty shocking. Yeah, I do. I mean particularly particularly if they're walking among say they are, but you know that would be pretty shocking. 45:34 45 minutes, 34 seconds Did Bigalow say anything about that to you when you were at that meeting? 45:37 45 minutes, 37 seconds Because he said that publicly, didn't he on that 60 minutes? Well, he didn't say it publicly, but he said it to me, but he didn't tell me not to talk about it. 45:43 45 minutes, 43 seconds And so, after like a decade, I was like, I'm going to talk about it. He said they're walking among us. And again, to your audience, James Fox says they're 45:50 45 minutes, 50 seconds walking among No, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that Bigalow told me that they're walking among us. Because I said, what do you mean by that? He goes, 45:58 45 minutes, 58 seconds I mean exactly that they are walking among us. And if that's true, boy, that would be a shocker. Could you imagine? 46:07 46 minutes, 7 seconds that. Yeah, they probably have like apps being sold that you could point at people that would determine if they're non-human intelligence or if they're are 46:16 46 minutes, 16 seconds you real? Hold on a second. I gotta scan you. You know, oh my goodness, that'd be crazy. Wow. I know. 46:23 46 minutes, 23 seconds Next question is from Nile Dunn. Has James ever looked at the evidence around the Cash Land case? 46:30 46 minutes, 30 seconds It's a fantastic case. What was that, 1986 or something? Somewhere around there. Yeah. 46:35 46 minutes, 35 seconds Yeah. all the burns and they were hospitalized and the and the radiation like Jesus. I I haven't done a deep dive into that case. 46:45 46 minutes, 45 seconds I know there were a lot of helicopters that were spotted. I mean, there was a lot of military activity around it. Was there was it a super secret craft that 46:53 46 minutes, 53 seconds was developed by us or was it was it extraterrestrial or whatever non-human intelligence? Um, that's a fascinating 47:00 47 minutes case. I I don't know that much about it, but I know that something extraordinary happened and there was a a technology witnessed by a number of people that 47:09 47 minutes, 9 seconds were affected directly by it, which I I guess would be considered a close encounter of the second kind. Kind of like Richard Dvis, you know, when his face was burned, that kind of stuff. 47:18 47 minutes, 18 seconds Fascinating case, but but I don't I don't know enough about it. 47:22 47 minutes, 22 seconds No, I'm I'm of the same. Definitely a great case. There's a follow-up question from Nile there that says, "Why do you believe there is so much taboo against 47:30 47 minutes, 30 seconds experiencer accounts?" You know, I feel bad because when we were at the event, 47:38 47 minutes, 38 seconds um, uh, author of Communion, I know him. 47:44 47 minutes, 44 seconds Yeah. Whitley Streber. Whit Whitley Streber was there. It was great. He's very, very supportive and I have n so 47:49 47 minutes, 49 seconds much respect for him. and he wanted to ask a question about experiencers and I 47:57 47 minutes, 57 seconds have nothing but tremendous respect for experiencers but I felt that we were already pushing the envelope so 48:06 48 minutes, 6 seconds far with allegations of face-to-face contact with a captured alien, a captured live alien and limited communication. I felt like that was 48:15 48 minutes, 15 seconds already like hard for mainstream to process that if we started talking about abductions and things of this nature 48:22 48 minutes, 22 seconds that that would be the only thing that any media that we had there would focus on. And so I was like perhaps we can 48:30 48 minutes, 30 seconds just like steer clear of that and let's focus more on the witnesses that are here today. uh because that's already a 48:39 48 minutes, 39 seconds hard pill to swallow for the mainstream that we're we're already pushing the envelope so much. Do you know what I mean? So, but I have tremendous respect 48:47 48 minutes, 47 seconds and I know a lot of experiencers and that's a really tough one. But I've been if you look at the progression of my movies, I've gone from just objects on 48:55 48 minutes, 55 seconds the sky, then it was like, okay, objects that landed, you know, blah blah blah, and then like a decade, decade and a half, then it's like, okay, close 49:03 49 minutes, 3 seconds encounters of the third kind. I c I I I I covered a couple in the phenomenon and then I went all in on, you know, alleged 49:10 49 minutes, 10 seconds crash and live aliens, but I haven't done a deep dive at all in alleged, you know, these so-called abduction cases. 49:18 49 minutes, 18 seconds But I'll tell you, I'll say this really quickly and we'll move on. I had 49:24 49 minutes, 24 seconds um met with probably in 2007, 2008, Bud Hopkins. He was very excited when he 49:32 49 minutes, 32 seconds came to the event at the National Press Club that I did with Leslie Kaine in uh 2007. And Leslie and him were partners 49:39 49 minutes, 39 seconds at the time. And uh he was showing me these drawings that he had these experiencers do that were under hypnosis, I guess. 49:50 49 minutes, 50 seconds And uh he had them draw these drawings. 49:52 49 minutes, 52 seconds What do you see on the craft? What do you see from the table? What do you see? 49:55 49 minutes, 55 seconds And they were drawing these symbols on the craft. And I'm telling you, like they were all from around the world. 50:02 50 minutes, 2 seconds They were all people, none of these people knew each other. They were drawing a slightly different variation of the same symbol. Like it was really 50:09 50 minutes, 9 seconds compelling. Like I was really moved by that. I thought this is the most compelling evidence that I've seen that really like wow, how is that possible? 50:20 50 minutes, 20 seconds How could all these people be drawing relatively the same thing from they don't know each other from allegedly on 50:27 50 minutes, 27 seconds the craft. So that was really compelling really compelling stuff. So I think that I would love to see a deep dive a 50:35 50 minutes, 35 seconds mainstream deep dive into it but I don't know if the general public's ready for that right now. They're trying to just accept this and that's you know what I mean? 50:44 50 minutes, 44 seconds Definitely. You know that's the thing. 50:45 50 minutes, 45 seconds It isn't just one thing disclosure. It's it's every little step and you know like you said you you started your films by just the craft in the sky. 50:55 50 minutes, 55 seconds I mean that would be the a good starting point and then you go through and work out the depth of the subjects when it comes to everything that's happened and 51:03 51 minutes, 3 seconds everything that's talked about. It's depth I was telling you like you know I've got moment of contact New Revelations of alien encounters. Okay, 51:12 51 minutes, 12 seconds that's the first time I've ever used the word alien in any film I've ever made. 51:16 51 minutes, 16 seconds And I thought carefully about that. It wasn't something that I easily did. That was a big step. And honestly, I'm having 51:24 51 minutes, 24 seconds more trouble getting mainstream coverage on this film than any film I've ever done. And it's because I don't I think 51:33 51 minutes, 33 seconds people are reluctant to want to. And I don't blame them. I I really don't. You know, I'm going to put it out there anyway. and I'm going to put my reputation on the line for this and I 51:42 51 minutes, 42 seconds know that I'm going to be I know people are going to distance themselves and but it'll they'll come around. Uh they'll come around. I've seen this pattern 51:50 51 minutes, 50 seconds before. You know, they'll come around. I mean, look, when we put out the first cut of Moment of Contact, you know, my phone wasn't ringing. I 51:59 51 minutes, 59 seconds mean, and I remember, you know, I'd been on Rogan with the phenomenon with Jacqu Valet and that was amazing. And that was 52:08 52 minutes, 8 seconds dealing with, you know, people reporting close encounters of the third kind. I mean, particularly the case in Rua Zimbabwe in 1994. I mean, that's, you 52:16 52 minutes, 16 seconds know, that's I was worried that a lot of the mainstream people like particularly Senator Harry Reid was going to say, 52:23 52 minutes, 23 seconds "Remove me from this movie." But that that's come around since then. And then since the moment of contact was released, we've had congressional 52:32 52 minutes, 32 seconds hearings, people stating that there is a crash retrieval program. I mean, I was I was teared up that day because, you know, I didn't think I'd see the day. 52:40 52 minutes, 40 seconds And so, now we're talking about communication, you know, face tof face communication with a captured live alien. I mean, you know, I don't Are 52:49 52 minutes, 49 seconds people ready for it? Mainstream certainly doesn't seem to be. I don't know. I I think maybe I think maybe this film will get more traction in in, you 52:57 52 minutes, 57 seconds know, in the coming months, year. I out of the blue didn't really get pop get a lot of traction till three or four years after it came out. 53:05 53 minutes, 5 seconds Right. Okay. Well, that's encouraging then. I mean, yeah, just going by my past uh you know, 53:12 53 minutes, 12 seconds experiences and uh I think that um I think that this new cut, hey man, in a 53:20 53 minutes, 20 seconds lot of people's eyes, that's a pretty extraordinary statement. 53:24 53 minutes, 24 seconds I mean, fortunately, it's coming from a neurosurgeon that I can't find a motive for him to lie. 53:32 53 minutes, 32 seconds He's not selling anything. He's not asking money for his story. He's still conducting brain surgery as the head 53:39 53 minutes, 39 seconds neurosurgeon at the hospital. He'd have to be lying to his to his wife. And I've met his wife. I've met over Zoom calls 53:46 53 minutes, 46 seconds his kids, his daughter, like his co-workers, his colleagues, hospital staff. He's got to be lying to 53:55 53 minutes, 55 seconds all of them. For what motive? What does he have to gain? I mean, I don't know, man. I think that I think that the the 54:04 54 minutes, 4 seconds significance of his testimony is going to be is going to reverberate for quite some time. I really do. I don't think it's sunk in yet. 54:12 54 minutes, 12 seconds Yeah, I really hope so, too. And I really hope that this is a continuous a continuously evolving case and though we do get further with it because you know 54:21 54 minutes, 21 seconds it's just you put in so much work and there's been so many people involved and it'd be great to reap the rewards of all of that. So fingers crossed. 54:28 54 minutes, 28 seconds I will say one more thing on that is that I I'm um there are efforts that are happening behind the scenes 54:35 54 minutes, 35 seconds um that I'm personally working with to find the Americans involve invol potential involvement. So, that's 54:43 54 minutes, 43 seconds ongoing. I'm not going to just walk away from this case. Hello. I mean, come on. 54:47 54 minutes, 47 seconds I'm This is This This in my opinion is the case that's going to settle this debate. It's just we got to keep digging. 54:54 54 minutes, 54 seconds Yeah, absolutely. It has all the potential and and everything to be the one. Definitely. I I agree. I really I really hope that you get get further with it. I really do. 55:02 55 minutes, 2 seconds That we get further with it. We get Yeah, there you go. Not about me. Uh listen, thank you so much, brother. 55:10 55 minutes, 10 seconds always always great hearing from you and speaking with you. So, I really appreciate you joining me. Thank you so much. Thanks for having me on, Vinnie.
