1:311 minute, 31 secondsHey everybody, welcome to another episode of the UAP sessions. I am Scott Murther from Mysterious Planet and joining me today I have a very special guest all 1:401 minute, 40 secondsthe way from the UK, Inspector Roy Teague. Roy, thank you for joining us today. 1:471 minute, 47 secondsThank you Scott for having me on your awesome show. 1:511 minute, 51 secondsI really appreciate that. Roy, before we get dig into the meat of this conversation about UAP and about your book, uh can you tell me a little bit about your career? 2:012 minutes, 1 secondYeah, certainly. Yeah, no problem. I um left school at 16, joined the the army. 2:092 minutes, 9 secondsUh spent six years in the army. Uh deployed to Northern Ireland, Bosnia. 2:152 minutes, 15 secondsEventually left the army and pretty much straight away joined the police. I've served in two home office police forces. 2:222 minutes, 22 secondsThe first one was Surrey Police, which is uh right next to the Met, which is the very famous one everybody everybody's heard of. and I transferred 2:312 minutes, 31 secondsfrom the Metropolitan sorry from Surrey Police uh to uh West Midlands Police where I'm currently working now and I've 2:392 minutes, 39 secondsbeen in the police for uh almost it'll be 27 years this December and I hold the rank of inspector which is the one above 2:472 minutes, 47 secondssergeant. So I'm in a good place. It's a respectable rank. It's a good position. 2:522 minutes, 52 secondsUm I love the job. I like locking up bad guys. I like keeping good people safe in their beds at night. and big for me is 2:592 minutes, 59 secondslooking after the welfare of the police officers that I have the high honor of uh of being in charge of. So that's me in a nutshell. 3:073 minutes, 7 secondsThat's awesome. That's very commendable and I know I appreciate what you do even though you're you're in another country. 3:133 minutes, 13 secondsI do appreciate your your job and the effort that takes and I know it's can be a dangerous job as well. So your efforts are greatly appreciated. 3:223 minutes, 22 secondsThanks mate. 3:233 minutes, 23 secondsOf course. Um so tell me you you wrote this book, right? Close Encounters of the Police Kind. And I'm curious what 3:313 minutes, 31 secondsgot you into this subject because we don't really get a lot of books of this nature from police officers. So, I'm just curious, tell me about how you got 3:393 minutes, 39 secondsinto UFOs and what made you decide to to write this book and tell this story? Chapter 3: Writing the book 3:443 minutes, 44 secondsI mean, I've always had um a passion for sort of investigating the bizarre and the unexplained ever since I've been a 3:523 minutes, 52 secondskid. probably influenced by films like Close Encounters of the Third Kind and um you know all that type of stuff and 4:004 minutesyou know sci-fi series back in the day and I've always followed it but something uh I guess a light went off in 4:084 minutes, 8 secondsmy brain in 2016 I came back from a late shift Scott and stumbled across a documentary called UFOs and Nukes by Robert Hastings about how lights and 4:174 minutes, 17 secondscraft are being seen above um uh military bases uh in the United states and had rendered their ICBMs, intercontinental ballistic missiles 4:254 minutes, 25 secondsinoperative. And I thought, wow, that's absolutely fantastic. Why would the servicemen make that up? I don't think they would. There were so many witnesses 4:334 minutes, 33 secondsand I thought they were very compelling, very credible. I thought, well, who else makes compelling, and credible witnesses? And surely by virtue of the training, uh, police officers must be 4:424 minutes, 42 secondsright up there. And so for that reason I started to collect sightings of um British police officers, 4:504 minutes, 50 secondscops as you call them uh over there and uh I interviewed about 250 and I put the 4:574 minutes, 57 secondsmost compelling 75 in the book which is obviously titled Close Encounters of the Police Kind and it's a sort of um it's a 5:065 minutes, 6 secondsnod to the film. I wanted people to to know by the title of the book what the book was probably about before they even saw uh the front cover and I think I 5:155 minutes, 15 secondsachieved that. I've just always been into it and I just wanted to be a conduit for the officers and tell their stories. But I can tell you for a fact, Scott, if it wasn't for the fact I was a 5:245 minutes, 24 secondsserving police officer, um these uh you know uh these officers would never have come forward. And it's it's a it's a 5:335 minutes, 33 secondsphenomena in my opinion, especially in the UK, more so than the United States, that has really remained hidden behind 5:405 minutes, 40 secondsthe badge for decades. You can talk about a bit more openly in the United States, not so over here on this side of the pond. Chapter 4: Professional repercussions 5:485 minutes, 48 secondsCan you tell me why you think that is? 5:495 minutes, 49 secondsWhy are police officers so hesitant to to talk about it? 5:565 minutes, 56 secondsum because they fear the ridicule uh and the stigma that it'll bring them. So, for example, you know, if an officer 6:046 minutes, 4 secondscomes out and says, you know, I saw a UFO, a sorcerer shaped one, a cigar- shaped one. I believe it was from, you know, somewhere else in the universe or non-human tech. Um and then they go to 6:146 minutes, 14 secondsgive evidence at court and the defense will say, "Ah, aren't you that guy that thinks XY Z?" And they try and cast, I guess, dispersions against character. 6:246 minutes, 24 secondsUm, I myself worried how my colleagues would regard me uh that I work alongside of. I worried how senior officers would 6:326 minutes, 32 secondsview me. I personally feel that since the book has come out and I've come out the UAP closet, so to speak, that I'm 6:396 minutes, 39 secondstaken less seriously than what I was even two or three months ago. And I think that's a shame. There are officers 6:476 minutes, 47 secondsin the past in the UK that have had an awkward time because of their interest in UAP. We we had a guy Alan Godfrey who 6:566 minutes, 56 secondsclaimed he was abducted in the 80s went on morning uh TV um and and professed as much and he believes he was harmed and 7:057 minutes, 5 secondsharassed out of the police force. I know other officers who've mentioned UAP sightings, they've had the same. on your side of the pond, you had a deputy 7:127 minutes, 12 secondssheriff called uh Chuck Zakowski and uh he had his own uh I guess it was like a a website attribute, you know, 7:207 minutes, 20 secondsattributing sort of uh incidents to UAP technology and also he investigate encrypted stuff and his force in 7:287 minutes, 28 secondsinvestigated a series of cattle mutilations and they put that down to predators like coyote and all the rest of it. He challenged that and said it 7:357 minutes, 35 secondsmight have a UAP connotation and he said that publicly on his website and two days later he was visited by two Colorado deputy sheriffs and he was 7:447 minutes, 44 secondsrelieved of his gun and his badge and his ID and he was fired for um contradicting official department um uh 7:527 minutes, 52 secondspolicy by commenting uh in the public eye about this and for contradicting their version of what uh 8:008 minutesthey believe transpired. So, it was always at the forefront of my mind how it would make me look in a professional capacity going to work as a police 8:088 minutes, 8 secondsofficer. It it certainly hasn't helped, but we're supposed to be seekers of the truth, Scott, whether that's investigating crime or anything else for 8:178 minutes, 17 secondsthat matter. Uh, and UAP falls under the umbrella of anything else, and we should be able to have honest and open dialogue about it. And unfortunately, I don't 8:258 minutes, 25 secondsthink we can. Certainly not this side of the pond. It's a bit more taboo. 8:288 minutes, 28 seconds[clears throat] 8:298 minutes, 29 secondsYeah. And that's what that's a whole that's a shame about that because like you said, I think it's important to look into it and I do appreciate your diligence in in doing so. 8:398 minutes, 39 secondsDo you feel that I know you said people may not take you as seriously um do you feel like the book has like had any 8:478 minutes, 47 secondsbesides like people not taking you seriously any other professional like repercussions from from doing something like this? 8:548 minutes, 54 secondsUm, I can tell you it has, um, 9:019 minutes, 1 secondbut because I'm still serving, um, I can't really go into it, but I can 9:099 minutes, 9 secondsconfirm that in some capacity I'm under some sort of investigation for 9:179 minutes, 17 secondsproducing the book. Um, and I can't say any more than that. Understood. Understood. That's Wow. 9:269 minutes, 26 secondsOkay. Understood. Chapter 5: Reporting systems and stigma 9:299 minutes, 29 secondsIs So for a police officer, if you were to have a sighting or one of your colleagues has a sighting, is there any 9:379 minutes, 37 secondslike particular like reporting system that you would have to go through if you see something like this? 9:449 minutes, 44 secondsI mean, there used to be many years ago. 9:479 minutes, 47 secondsyou would have like a daily occurrence book um and it would be written in the book. I mean notes we've you know in a more electronic age and we'd probably 9:569 minutes, 56 secondstype something up. U but the fact of the matter is that daily occurrence book has gone where you would put you know 10:0410 minutes, 4 secondsreports of UFOs in and that would usually then be sent off to the the RAF the Royal Air Force who may or may not 10:1210 minutes, 12 secondsinvestigate it depend upon what was you know seen by the officers or what a member of the public had come and told the officer that seen. So there's no 10:2110 minutes, 21 secondsofficial way of reporting this to the police. If somebody came in the police station and reported seeing a UAP, we would probably say, "Well, it's not a 10:2910 minutes, 29 secondspolice matter." I I would argue on some occasions that is not true, and it certainly is, especially with abduction or kidnap cases because that's what they 10:3610 minutes, 36 secondsare. Um, but a lot of it would depend on 10:4410 minutes, 44 secondsum as to whether we would investigate it would depend on what time of the day it was, where it was. For example, if you know someone's saying there's a there's 10:5110 minutes, 51 secondsa UAP craft near or above a school at half 3 when the children are leaving with all the parents, well, we probably go to that because it's a safety issue. 10:5910 minutes, 59 secondsIf someone's saying it's half past 3 in the morning in the middle of the woods, 5 miles from the nearest road, I guess we perhaps wouldn't. It all depends on 11:0711 minutes, 7 secondsuh what the nature of the call is and the details, the information, intelligence on the log, what we the police would do. But primarily we would say that this is a a military matter. 11:1811 minutes, 18 secondsHm. Okay. So, there's no like official like I guess UK like government system that UFO reports go into. Is it just 11:2711 minutes, 27 secondskind of like filed away? And you can you pretty much you can email the RAF and I'm sure they'll email you 11:3511 minutes, 35 secondsback saying thanks for your email and that's probably about it. But don't get me wrong, Scott, I have no doubt when these reports come in there is some um 11:4411 minutes, 44 secondsyou know cloak and dagger department that takes them and looks into them. Um but that department is not a public one. 11:5211 minutes, 52 secondsFor example, you know, you have Arrow in the United States, right? 11:5511 minutes, 55 secondsAnd uh you know, you've got President Trump talking about disclosure now and releasing videos. We don't have any of 12:0112 minutes, 1 secondthat. Um we are usually behind the United States in most things. We're usually about five years behind you. 12:0912 minutes, 9 secondsWhen you do something, it takes us five years to get there. And the saying is that, you know, um, when the United States sneezes, Britain catches a cold. 12:1712 minutes, 17 seconds[snorts] 12:1812 minutes, 18 secondsSo, I am I'm hoping we catch the cold soon and we start releasing some videos and being a bit more honest and having 12:2512 minutes, 25 secondssome dialogue about it, but uh, it hasn't happened yet, and I don't see it happening anytime soon, but I will cross my fingers and hope it does. Chapter 6: Police as trained observers 12:3412 minutes, 34 secondsDo you feel like being a police officer, you you're a trained observer. 12:3912 minutes, 39 secondsDo you feel like being in that position where you're that's kind of your job is to be a train observer that it kind of gives you an advantage on picking out 12:4812 minutes, 48 secondslike if something is truly anomalous or maybe it's a drone or has some other type of prosaic explanation. Do you feel 12:5712 minutes, 57 secondslike having that that background sort of gives you an advantage on that? 13:0213 minutes, 2 secondsI feel it does, but I also want to emphasize that people who aren't police officers can also make absolutely 13:1013 minutes, 10 secondsexcellent witnesses and in some cases better than some police officers. But yes, we do have specific training and I'm talking about suspects here. You 13:1813 minutes, 18 secondsknow, you know, a person I think a to age, build, color, distinguishing marks, elevation, face, the gate, how they walk, the height, individual marks, what 13:2613 minutes, 26 secondsjewelry they had on, all that type of stuff. Um, so you get that additional training and you can just transpose that across if 13:3413 minutes, 34 secondsyou were to see a craft, you know, um, you know, how old did it look, you know, did it look shiny, is it metallic, did it look like it was 10 years old or just 13:4313 minutes, 43 secondsnew out of a factory, you know, all that type of build, which would be the size of it. So you can transpose that training into a UAP um, sighting. There 13:5113 minutes, 51 secondshave been studies on do police officers make better witnesses than um, civilians and in the main, believe it or not, the answer is no. we're on a par. So for 14:0014 minutesanyone watching this, don't think for one minute I'm saying we've got, you know, um we're the we're the best at this. But there have been some studies 14:0814 minutes, 8 secondsand where police officers come into their own, it's what they don't do is they don't tend to get tunnel vision with specific things. So, for example, 14:1614 minutes, 16 secondsif you got a subject with a knife or a firearm, yes, they'll focus on it, but they'll also um whether they know it or not, they'll concentrate on the 14:2414 minutes, 24 secondsbackground, are the people in the background, um how many cars are there, uh what was the weather like at the time, all this stuff. And a lot of times 14:3214 minutes, 32 secondswhen you don't have that training, you just got tunnel vision on the actual object itself. So later on, well, what weather was it? What time? I didn't know. I didn't look at my watch and I didn't do this or I didn't notice that. 14:4214 minutes, 42 secondswas police whether they know they're doing it or not because they've been doing it for years, you know, 10, 20, 14:4914 minutes, 49 secondssometimes 30 years or even more, they get very experienced at and setting the scene as well as describing whatever object they're looking at. So, I think it does help for sure. 14:5914 minutes, 59 secondsOkay, that's awesome. Actually, you kind of answered one of my questions. I had a have a friend, Julie, who wanted me to ask you this question. This is Julie's Chapter 7: Investigation methodology 15:0715 minutes, 7 secondsquestion. uh what's your opinion on witness testimony from you know average people versus credential witnesses and I think you answered that. 15:1715 minutes, 17 secondsYeah. I mean to be fair I I had a a good buddy of mine. and he always watches the podcasts, you know, that I do. And he and he told me off uh not long back 15:2515 minutes, 25 secondsbecause I said to him um you know, the reason I'm collecting these things is because I want to show and tell the 15:3115 minutes, 31 secondsworld that these um incredible objects um you know, extraordinary objects seen in the skies above the UK and and the 15:3915 minutes, 39 secondsrest of the world aren't just being seen by Joe the plumber and Phil the mechanic. They're being seen by police officers. Well, you know, Joe the 15:4715 minutes, 47 secondsmechanic and and Phil the butcher are equally as important as police officers and do make, you know, as credible witnesses. Like I say, it's just the tunnel vision bit. The police seem to go 15:5615 minutes, 56 secondsa bit beyond that. And for myself, I use the police training I've had when it comes to taking witness statements and 16:0316 minutes, 3 secondsinterviewing people. So, you know, I'll have a gold, silver, and a bronze standard of interview. So, um you you know, gold is in person in the same 16:1116 minutes, 11 secondsroom. Uh silver is like we are talking now. um you know over the internet but we can see each other as other other spaces and that's very important because 16:1916 minutes, 19 secondsNVC's non-verbal communication is very very important you can get an element of is the person being dishonest will he look me in the eye you know he or she 16:2716 minutes, 27 secondswill they look me in the eye and then the bronze stand is just a phone call and I always operate in the ABC principles of accept nothing believe no 16:3416 minutes, 34 secondsone and check everything Scott like a good investigator would uh would do and I I do have a myth mythology of 16:4116 minutes, 41 secondsinvestigation I follow it quite strictly And it's a lot of it is down to police training and I think it served me well in this um in this topic and and 16:5116 minutes, 51 secondsinvestigating these quite incredible events that have been reported to me. 16:5516 minutes, 55 secondsYeah. I mean I think first of all I think the fact that you've that you've created this book is great because this is I think a perspective that we don't 17:0417 minutes, 4 secondsoften get is you know from police officers. We hear from, you know, a lot of just civilians and we hear from like 17:1217 minutes, 12 secondsa lot now like a lot of whistleblowers and, you know, ex-military or current military folks, but I feel like the 17:1917 minutes, 19 secondspolice uh cohort, I guess we we don't really hear much about it. And so I love that you're doing this. And I I guess my 17:2817 minutes, 28 secondsquestion would be on that is well, let me ask you this. what from all Chapter 8: Theories on anomalous craft 17:3517 minutes, 35 secondsthe cases that you've heard, you know, you included a certain number, but you've have a lot more cases that you've collected and you actually included in 17:4417 minutes, 44 secondsthe book. Would you say a majority of them are maybe truly anomalous or do you think a majority of them could be just 17:5217 minutes, 52 secondsprosaic things? So, I mean, you and the listeners might hate me for saying this, but I think that 99.9% 18:0118 minutes, 1 secondof UAP sightings can be explained. Um, and it probably are uh innocuous things like drones, 18:1118 minutes, 11 secondslasers. We just haven't been able to prove that what we've seen was one of those things. I mean, planets, believe it or not, are one of the most, you 18:1818 minutes, 18 secondsknow, misdiagnosed things as UAP. Um it's very difficult to to rule out. I've got a rule out list 18:2618 minutes, 26 secondsabout 50 60 things on there, some of which I've already mentioned. You've got to think about the um you know uh the the fatamorgana effect where hot air 18:3518 minutes, 35 secondsmeets cold air, especially when the near bodies of water. You get a lot of UP sightings near oceans and the sea and it creates like a haze and sometimes it can 18:4318 minutes, 43 secondsmake it look like ocean liners are 100 foot off the waves and all this type of stuff. You got to think about the paridelia effect where an innocuous 18:5018 minutes, 50 secondsshadow of another innocuous shadow can create like uh something, you know, completely different. Um, for example, when your kid in the bedroom and a coat 18:5818 minutes, 58 secondsstand has a a jacket on it and it moves over a light and it looks like a scary man in your room and I have to rule out at least 50 things on this list. And if 19:0719 minutes, 7 secondsI rule all those out, which most times I can't, but if I can rule all those out, I'll go to the next thing, which is um 19:1519 minutes, 15 secondssecret military craft that we've built that we're we're testing. And well, how how do you rule that out, Roy? Well, what what I would do with that is has 19:2219 minutes, 22 secondsthe craft been seen moving in a trajectory in a manner that we can't do, like right angle uh turns at thousands 19:3019 minutes, 30 secondsof miles an hour and absolutely making sure that isn't a laser because you could do that with a torch beam in the sky, couldn't you? right angle, you know, then make sure it's not that. But 19:3819 minutes, 38 secondsif someone says it was a metallic craft, hundred of me, hundreds of meters away, easy to see, right angle turns at ridiculous speed, um then that's a very 19:4719 minutes, 47 secondscompelling um uh a very compelling way to then rule out military craft. If something goes from what I call bullet 19:5419 minutes, 54 secondsexit, which is from a standing start to thousands of miles an hour, that's very compelling because we can't do that. 19:5919 minutes, 59 secondsThere's got to be a reaction from the craft we make. There's going to be afterurners or something. We can get to thousands of miles an hour and it might only take about three or four seconds, 20:0720 minutes, 7 secondsbut these things are going from naugh to thousands of miles an hour just like that. Now, if I can rule out everything 20:1420 minutes, 14 secondson my rule out list and I can rule out secret military graph being tested, I go to uh there's a guy called uh Sir Arthur Conandor, very clever man, and he wrote 20:2220 minutes, 22 secondsSherlock Holmes, and what he said was this. When you've eliminated the impossible, um no matter uh what remains, no matter how improbable, must 20:2920 minutes, 29 secondsbe the truth. So if everything on my rule out list is impossible and secret military craft being tested 20:3620 minutes, 36 secondsis impossible uh no matter what remains craft of non-human origin no matter how improbable must be the truth and of the 20:4520 minutes, 45 seconds250 officers I have interviewed I would suggest if the accounts are as per what they've told me Scott they have been a 20:5320 minutes, 53 secondswitness to nonhuman intelligence but that's only seven from 250 I'm absolutely sure um that it's non-human tech. I'm not saying the others weren't. 21:0321 minutes, 3 secondsWhat I'm saying is I couldn't rule out something on the rule out list as being responsible for what they have described. Now, I know that's a bit of a 21:1021 minutes, 10 secondsa long- winded mouthful for your answer, and it's not an exact science or theory, but it's the one it's the best one I've 21:1721 minutes, 17 secondsgot at this point in time of of my learning and going forward investigating these UAP events. Chapter 9: Case study: London 1997 21:2221 minutes, 22 secondsNo, I think that was an excellent answer. That was great. What what would you say is one of the wildest accounts you've heard? 21:3321 minutes, 33 secondsUm there's there's so many. Um the one that you know and I've mentioned it a few times. 21:4221 minutes, 42 secondsUm it's probably the helicopter the police helicopter over London where there were um there was a pilot and 21:4921 minutes, 49 secondsthree other people on board the helicopter and I've interviewed two of them. So I've got corroborating witnesses with this. One was a police 21:5621 minutes, 56 secondsofficer and one was a a warrant officer first class in the British Army who was on a seconment working with the police and I'm working on talking to the pilot 22:0422 minutes, 4 secondsand I'm hoping he'll he'll give me a bit of his time and then I can get three of the four on the aircraft. Anyway, they're above London. It's July the 5th, 1997. 22:1422 minutes, 14 secondsAnd there the reason they're above there is there's a big parade in the street. 22:1822 minutes, 18 secondsIt's uh near the uh the MI6 building of all places, you know, where James Bond works out, right? You know, so uh your equivalent, I guess, would 22:2722 minutes, 27 secondsbe, I don't know, Langley or something with the CIA, but uh they're there purely in case any sporadic disorder breaks out so they can call in the ground units. While they're up there, 22:3622 minutes, 36 secondsthe helicopter banks over to the left and they see like this metallic object in the sky they describe as like 22:4522 minutes, 45 secondsa dart like you'd make in school, like a dart plane, you know, when you throw at someone when you were a kid. 22:5022 minutes, 50 secondsAnd they say to Heathrow, "What have you got up here?" Because this is a no-fly area because you've got Buckingham Palace there. You've got Down Street 22:5822 minutes, 58 secondswhere the prime minister lives. You got all houses of parliament where the the the members of of parliament, you know, uh work and make laws and 23:0623 minutes, 6 secondstax the hell out of us and all the rest of it, but um it's not supposed to be there. And Heathro and Gatwick airport say there's nothing there. Well, they 23:1323 minutes, 13 secondscan see it. So, they start to look at it through the flur camera, the forward looking infrared, and they start circling it like a I don't know, a 23:2123 minutes, 21 secondsgunslinger would circle, you know, somebody's about to draw on in a western. And uh as they're looking through the flur, the back of it heats 23:2823 minutes, 28 secondsup, the object shoots forward, and the officers say that a kind of [clears throat] a hole opens in the sky. 23:3623 minutes, 36 secondsThis thing flies into it. It's quite a big big object and then this it's almost the sky closed up behind it. They never 23:4523 minutes, 45 secondssaid anything to anyone and they decided to keep quiet about it. And the reason they wanted to get quiet about it, Scott, is because 18 years before in the 23:5223 minutes, 52 secondssame airspace, another officer was in another police helicopter that pursued a barrel-shaped UFO um from where it was, 24:0024 minuteswhich is right by where they are. Um to near Pondersbury um uh it was like a um 24:0824 minutes, 8 secondsPondersbury station. It's called like a railway station. 24:1124 minutes, 11 secondsAnd the officer who told the pilot to pursue it was grounded. He was contacted by the RAF, the Royal Air Force, and he 24:2024 minutes, 20 secondssaid, "Look, this has caused me enough trouble because I've been told by my superintendent not to say nothing." And and he was forced to write a statement 24:2824 minutes, 28 secondsthat said he had seen um like a a drone or some sort of kite in the air, which was a lie, but he was forced to do that. 24:3824 minutes, 38 secondsAnd the RF said, "Look, if you tell us what really happened, we'll get your place back on the air support unit." and 24:4524 minutes, 45 secondshe did. But for the next 18 years, that guy was ridiculed and people took the mick out of him, as we say in um the UK, 24:5324 minutes, 53 secondsmade fun of him. And these officers in 1997 didn't want um to happen to them, 25:0225 minutes, 2 secondswhat happened in 1979 to the other officer, a guy called uh PC Humphre. So that's just a good indication of how 25:1025 minutes, 10 secondspeople keep quiet because it'll affect their careers, their jobs. People are worried about mortgages, feeding their 25:1725 minutes, 17 secondsfamilies, professional reputation. You know, people don't want to be posted the airport unit to um you know, answering 25:2625 minutes, 26 secondsphones at the end of the division somewhere at a a crumbling old police station um in a in a a very uneventful role in the police. Chapter 10: Drone incursions analysis 25:3725 minutes, 37 secondsWow. So stuff like this, like you were saying that guy was forced to lie. Uh was that most likely under threat of his career? 25:4725 minutes, 47 secondsBasically, yeah. I mean, pretty pretty much. Um so he he altered 25:5525 minutes, 55 secondsa statement to say he'd seen like a a little drone or a kite. I can't remember what it was off the top of my head because there's so many of these reports 26:0226 minutes, 2 secondsthat that I've got. Um, so I mean I got the initial report um from 97. The report I'm comparing it to that occurred 26:1126 minutes, 11 secondsin 79 that was um given to me by another UFO researcher who an ex police offic Hansen. So I want to give him a shout 26:2026 minutes, 20 secondsout for you know um allowing me to put that it's the only account in the book that isn't mine but I thought it was worth putting in there because it's 26:2726 minutes, 27 secondsreally good what we call similar fact evidence. So you've got the guy John Anson interviewed and you've got the guy the guys who I interviewed and the story 26:3526 minutes, 35 secondsis very similar. It's the same air support unit based out of Lipids Hill that flies over London. So uh and the two that I interviewed just didn't want 26:4326 minutes, 43 secondsto be a victim of the ridicule and stigma which you know PC uh the PC was in in 79. So when I say PC I mean police 26:5326 minutes, 53 secondsconstable. So um yeah really um two really interesting accounts. 26:5826 minutes, 58 secondsVery interesting. What do you think about those the drone incursions? Drones as they were at least referring to them 27:0627 minutes, 6 secondsas drone incursions um that the RAF was monitoring. Uh what was it a year or two ago? 27:1627 minutes, 16 secondsYeah, it's about a year or two ago. 18 months, two years ago, but it was um it was over loads of American bases as well. Mhm. 27:2427 minutes, 24 secondsUm, I know some very reliable sources um that had some good knowledge of that. 27:3227 minutes, 32 secondsUh, you can actually read about one incident. It's a matter of public knowledge. You can go online and read about it where the police helicopter was scrambled 27:4027 minutes, 40 secondsum because there'd been a load of one of these drones seen in the sky and as it's flying towards this drone, it gets probably within about half a mile at 27:4927 minutes, 49 secondswhich point loads of smaller drones come towards the police police helicopter and the pilot is well if one of these hits 27:5727 minutes, 57 secondsthe rotor blades we're going to have a really bad day. So they turn the helicopter around and they can't I mean engage is the wrong thing. We're not 28:0528 minutes, 5 secondstalking Maverick and Top Gun here, but they can't get close enough to have a you know to have a really good look at this thing. So they have to turn around. 28:1228 minutes, 12 secondsNow if you go on to flight radar or uh a uh D BS or SB it's called the other rad you 28:2128 minutes, 21 secondscan actually see the point at which the helicopter turns round on its sorty and has to come back to base. But my theory 28:2828 minutes, 28 secondson it is I mean I I'm open-minded about it because these things have been seen 28:3428 minutes, 34 secondsat a lot of very sensitive key installations like um GCHQ in 28:4328 minutes, 43 secondsChelenham which is where a lot of the spy master type stuff goes on and all the rest of it. There was a lot of 28:5028 minutes, 50 secondspeople saying we thought these were um you know if they were Chinese or Russian maybe they were they were cache collectors where they can collect data from mobile phones which can then be 28:5928 minutes, 59 secondssent back to if it's Russia or China and they can find out what's going on um you know what people are putting in text messages or WhatsApp messages from those 29:0729 minutes, 7 secondsphones download them send them back to China Russia that was one theory another theory was it's UAP but just as suddenly 29:1529 minutes, 15 secondsthese reports started they went on for about two three months they just stopped didn't all disappeared and went. But I do have 29:2229 minutes, 22 secondsit on very good knowledge um from some very very good sources, Scott, that um 29:2929 minutes, 29 secondsyour colleagues in some of the American Air Force bases on British soil fired at 29:3729 minutes, 37 secondsthese things with weapons, um shotguns, rifles, and even some sort of EMP device. 29:4729 minutes, 47 secondsAnd I'm not going to reveal the sources because there are a few of them. And what I can tell you is that these things had absolutely no effect. Now why 29:5429 minutes, 54 secondsthey've just suddenly stopped, you know, after three or four months, one can only but guess. I'm open-minded whether it was UAP or some sort of foreign powers 30:0230 minutes, 2 secondstechnology encroaching on our soil to steal data from us. I don't know. Hm. So Chapter 11: Global UAP activities 30:0930 minutes, 9 secondsthese if these are drones and you know we don't know these might be like very high-tech drones maybe not like the small like quadcopter type drones. 30:2030 minutes, 20 secondsIf you these objects I mean some people have reported these things being pretty huge like size of like a truck something like that. 30:2730 minutes, 27 secondsYeah. 30:2830 minutes, 28 secondsDo you think these objects would would come down off of a shot from like a rifle or whatever type of artillery they were using? 30:3730 minutes, 37 secondsNo. I mean whether they used artillery because that's a whole different kettle of fish there. I mean if you miss a drone then it's going to go on for five miles and it's going to land in a village somewhere and it's going to it's going to ruin someone's buffet isn't it? 30:4730 minutes, 47 secondsSo I don't know if there's any artifact definitely shotguns and rifles and sort of some sort of EMP devices. But what I can say is yeah you're right. Some of them were 30:5630 minutes, 56 secondshuge some were small but these things had the aerodynamics a lot of them of a house brick. There was no visible signs of proportion. There were no sort of um 31:0431 minutes, 4 secondsyou know blades on them like you would see on a drone. Right. 31:0731 minutes, 7 secondsIt was just like a flying black house brick that appeared to be of a metallic metal construction. Some are huge, some are smaller. Sometimes they're in little 31:1531 minutes, 15 secondsalmost like a fleet. Um really fascinating. I am open-minded about that one. Um I never say, "Oh, it's this or 31:2331 minutes, 23 secondsthat." Right. 31:2431 minutes, 24 secondsUm because I don't know is the answer, but I guarantee somebody in the British government will and probably in your 31:3231 minutes, 32 secondsown. Um, but if it was UAP, they're certainly not going to say, right? Do you think these are the same 31:4031 minutes, 40 secondsthings that we were seeing here over Langley? They were kind of happening in tandem a little bit. 100% 100%. 31:4831 minutes, 48 secondsUm, so and also, you know, you got the UK and you've got America, you know, the United States and of course we're allies. So then you start thinking, oh, where is the Russians or the Chinese? 31:5831 minutes, 58 secondsBut then I've heard reports that've been seen over, you know, China and Russia, too. So, uh, or maybe they've done that 32:0532 minutes, 5 secondsthemselves to say, "Hey, look, it's happening here." But to, you know, to even though it's them to push the blame, they'd probably rather have it be UAP 32:1332 minutes, 13 secondsand people think it's that if it's them, but maybe they did have incursions and maybe it is UAP. I have no idea. It's 32:2132 minutes, 21 secondsinteresting because I mean I don't who knows the way those c those countries operate, but it seems like it would be 32:2932 minutes, 29 secondsvery brazen and bold move for them to just blatantly send these objects over our protected airspace 32:3732 minutes, 37 secondsand not even like trying to be uh clandestine about it. They're not 32:4432 minutes, 44 secondslike hiding. They're obvious. They're seeing it. There's these lights in the sky. The only thing that's that's that's the kind of thing that throws me about 32:5232 minutes, 52 secondsthat. It makes me think that maybe there is a UAP element to it and not just a foreign adversary because it seems like 32:5932 minutes, 59 secondsthat'd be a very bold maneuver to just show yourself over protected airspace. 33:0633 minutes, 6 secondsWell, they say the whole world's a stage and when it comes to the US and and Russia and China and Great Britain and all the other countries, when these 33:1433 minutes, 14 secondsthings happen, it's just like a game of chess sometimes and saber rattling. But I think that is a step too far um for Russia and China to just suddenly send 33:2233 minutes, 22 secondsthese things especially over you know you know another country's sovereign airspace. It seems unlikely but then 33:3033 minutes, 30 secondsagain some of the things the Russians and the Chinese have done in the past. 33:3433 minutes, 34 secondsUh you would think those were unlikely but they have. It's a really tough one. 33:3833 minutes, 38 secondsIt's a 50/50 call, but why would they expose their technology to the the might of the America American military 33:4633 minutes, 46 secondsespecially? Um, and and where do they come from? Where were they where were they picked up on radar? And we we haven't got that answer or did it did 33:5433 minutes, 54 secondsthey suddenly just turn up and come from above or did they come out the sea? We just don't know where the but if they were Russians or or um the Chinese, 34:0334 minutes, 3 secondswouldn't we have picked it up on radar or I I I have no idea. or what I mean what's the range on these things? What's fueling them? Would they have had to 34:1134 minutes, 11 secondslike come off a sub in the sea not far from the mainland? I there's so many questions. Um I just don't know the answers. 34:2034 minutes, 20 secondsYeah, I mean we were having around that same time like a year or two ago, we were having a lot of drone quote unquote 34:2934 minutes, 29 secondsdrone incursions over uh the state of New Jersey, other areas, but the ones in New Jersey 34:3734 minutes, 37 secondswere getting the most uh media attention and people could not figure out where it was coming from. It was, you know, 34:4534 minutes, 45 secondspeople, some people claimed that it was coming from the ocean and like coming inland. Do you are you familiar with that? Did you hear those those stories? 34:5534 minutes, 55 secondsSo, the thing that's weird about that to me is if you remember during that time, President Trump had 35:0335 minutes, 3 secondssaid um that he was going to try to figure out what it is. And the FAA had said, 35:1235 minutes, 12 seconds"Oh, we don't know what it is." And then when Trump did his investigation, he came back and said, "Oh, it was the 35:1935 minutes, 19 secondsFAA doing research." Even though the FAA previously said it wasn't them and they had no idea what it was. Yeah. 35:2735 minutes, 27 secondsYeah. I um I remember him saying that and it was almost it's ours. It's something it's it's built by human hands. Next story. 35:3735 minutes, 37 secondsRight. And that was it. was gone, wasn't it? Let's not talk about it anymore. 35:4135 minutes, 41 secondsAnd um the media then go, "Oh, okay then." And they focus on something else, won't they? 35:4735 minutes, 47 secondsYou know, and uh or whatever the next news story is, but there's so many unanswered questions with that one. I'm not convinced that it was anything to do with um the FAA. 35:5535 minutes, 55 secondsI I don't believe that it was. I mean, the way that that story was spun, it just seems like the FA was just kind of a cover for something else. 36:0336 minutes, 3 secondsYeah. But if I also think But if it was UAP, why did it suddenly stop? because I know it did because I've got some quite high place sources and they've said it 36:1236 minutes, 12 secondshas stopped. So it's not like it hasn't stopped but the government have told us it stopped. These things have stopped. 36:1836 minutes, 18 secondsUm so why if it was UAP would they suddenly have this almost like a blitzkrieg in the air of this drone mission for two or three months and then suddenly turn it off. 36:3036 minutes, 30 secondsRight. 36:3036 minutes, 30 secondsI don't know. [clears throat] So if it is truly a UAP, what do you think the reason is why they are hovering around Chapter 12: Strategic motives and threats 36:3836 minutes, 38 secondsour protected airspace like that? I mean, obviously they don't necessarily respect our airspace boundaries. They have no concept of our airspace 36:4636 minutes, 46 secondsboundaries, but why do you think they're interested in those locations? 36:5036 minutes, 50 secondsUm, I would suggest to see what our military capabilities are. What is at those specific uh sites, research, um, 37:0137 minutes, 1 secondhow many military staff have we got there? Vehicles. Um, do we pose a threat? Especially when it comes to 37:1037 minutes, 10 secondsnuclear, you know, missile bases and silos. I think it's data collection to know how much of a threat we are. The 37:1737 minutes, 17 secondsissue is we're getting, you know, if you go back in time 300 years and look where we were then and look how far we've come in a couple of 37:2537 minutes, 25 secondshundred years. Look how far we've come in the last 30 years. Where will we be in another 50 or 100 years? Now, if we 37:3337 minutes, 33 secondsthen conquer space and we start going out and all the rest of it, we get further a field and we start bringing some of the the nasty technology with 37:4237 minutes, 42 secondsus, nuclear missiles and all that, we then become a threat to them. 37:4937 minutes, 49 secondsum other planets if we can work out how to get there because there's obviously going to have to be some sort of breaking you know breaking technology 37:5737 minutes, 57 secondscome out where we can I don't know bend time or space or wormholes because the distances are so vast to the you know the the next star systems and all the 38:0538 minutes, 5 secondsrest of it but if we you know look we can do you know heart transplants and all sorts now can't we've got rockets to 38:1238 minutes, 12 secondsthe moon if you told somebody you know a hundred years ago they'd think you were mad they'd probably burn you at the stake for heresy and being a witch. So 38:2138 minutes, 21 secondswe didn't think anything 100 years and go look at us now couple hundred years you know I would say you would be surprised but we won't be here we'll be 38:2938 minutes, 29 secondsbut I think we'll be a lot more advanced and we will be we'll be going to Mars and doing this that and the other and maybe we'll conquer the great distances 38:3838 minutes, 38 secondsof time and space who knows but if we do we're a threat with nukes and that's why they're looking at us now I suspect yeah I mean there's a lot of cases when Chapter 13: The protection hypothesis 38:4638 minutes, 46 secondsyou look back through history of Like there was the um the aerial school case in Zimbabwe. Have you heard of that one? 38:5538 minutes, 55 secondsI have. Yeah. Yeah. 38:5738 minutes, 57 secondsSo things like that where a lot of seems like these beings whatever whatever they are or seem to try to warn us about you 39:0739 minutes, 7 secondsknow being careful with warning us against ourselves basically talking about us being a danger to ourselves. And there's a few cases like that. 39:1539 minutes, 15 secondsThere's actually probably many cases like that where a contactee is being told like something about nuclear weapons and you have to be careful, stop 39:2339 minutes, 23 secondsmessing with nuclear weapons. And it makes me think like are we are they warning us truly for our own like well are they looking out for our well-being? 39:3339 minutes, 33 secondsAnd if they are, why do they care so much about us? But then also, are they really looking out for our well-being? 39:3839 minutes, 38 secondsAre they looking out after this planet because they don't want us polluting it with nuclear radiation or whatever it 39:4839 minutes, 48 secondsmay be? Like, what are your thoughts on that? Why are they protecting? 39:5139 minutes, 51 secondsI think I think we I think there's, you know, I think there's lots of planets out there with, you know, with extraterrestrial life on there. They're 40:0040 minutesjust so far away. A lot of them probably don't know we're here. We don't know they're there. But I think there's some that are so advanced they can come here. 40:0640 minutes, 6 secondsI think they're um they're I would hope they're looking after us as we would uh 40:1340 minutes, 13 secondswhen we I don't know we fly over like a uh a tribe in the the Amazon who aren't as advanced as us or you know or or 40:2140 minutes, 21 secondsanimals we might follow a pride of lions and we will only interfere if it's for the betterment of of them or they're 40:2940 minutes, 29 secondsabout to starve off or or die or we we will do something but ultimately I think they let us live out our lives. I mean, 40:3740 minutes, 37 secondsI think they call it the zoo hypothesis where they just watch and they see us develop and all the rest of it. But if 40:4340 minutes, 43 secondswe were to see, you know, uh herd of, you know, lions are about to go extinct, we would do something about that if they 40:5040 minutes, 50 secondswere about if they were about to drink uh a load of contaminated water in the jungle. And I know I'm going off a tangent. Would we humans try and stop that? Yes, we would. And I think maybe 40:5840 minutes, 58 secondsthat's what they're trying to do with us with nuclear missiles. We probably don't appreciate how lucky we are living on 41:0541 minutes, 5 secondsthis planet. I mean, water is, you know, it's the it's the great giver of life. 41:1041 minutes, 10 secondsThe planet's, you know, 75% water. And we are we're fools really, aren't we? 41:1641 minutes, 16 secondsBecause you'll probably get species come here. And I do believe that happens. I know how that will sound to police officers watching this, especially in the UK. You've got the inspector coming 41:2441 minutes, 24 secondson saying, "He believes that extraterrestrial, you know, life forms are coming in craft." Yes, I do. And I believe that it's I don't know maybe 41:3241 minutes, 32 secondsthey're looking after us and and I guess trying to protect us from ourselves. 41:3741 minutes, 37 secondsThat's the only best ace guess that I can come up with. Chapter 14: UAP nature and extraterrestrials 41:4441 minutes, 44 secondsRight. And I guess you kind of answered one of my next questions which was what do you think UFOs are? Do you think these are seems like you believe they're 41:5341 minutes, 53 secondsfrom another planet? Do you think but do you what do you think about other hypotheses such as like something from 42:0142 minutes, 1 secondanother dimension or some people have said future humans who've just been kind of time traveling type of deal. 42:0942 minutes, 9 secondsSo I'll I'll go I'll go with the future human thing first. I mean look for me nothing's off the table. I have an open mind. But what I always think about the 42:1742 minutes, 17 secondsfuture human thing is if we're going to destroy the planet in the next hundred years, so people are coming back, you know, from a thousand years in the 42:2442 minutes, 24 secondsfuture or 2,000 or 100 thousands, why do they appear to people in the middle of woods or people that, you know, 42:3242 minutes, 32 secondsaren't in the government? Why don't they just come back and and and suddenly rock up at the G8 summit where no one else can see behind and just appear and say 42:4142 minutes, 41 secondsright and give the concrete proof or just abduct them all and go because if if they were our future selves you would just say right how do we stop this right 42:5042 minutes, 50 secondswe're going back in time we're going to grip up Mr. Trump, we're going to grip up the prime minister of the UK, France, Germany, all the rest of it, and we're going to we're going to take them into 42:5842 minutes, 58 secondswe're just going to abduct them and we're just going to show them and all the rest of it. And it doesn't happen. 43:0243 minutes, 2 secondsIt's always some guy in the middle of a woods or someone over here and who gets a doubt. Why would we if I look, if I 43:1043 minutes, 10 secondswant to um if I'm upset with a local authority, I wouldn't go and speak to, I don't know, the baker down the road. I'd go to the local authority. Do you see 43:1843 minutes, 18 secondswhat I'm saying? Right? and and and if I had trouble with the cakes that he was selling, I'd go to him, not the local author. Do you know what I mean? I don't know why we do these random people in 43:2743 minutes, 27 secondsthe middle of nowhere. As for who do I think or what do I think the the objects are? I think it's probably both. I think 43:3643 minutes, 36 secondsthere are we would be naive to think that um that we're the only, you know, planet in the universe that can sustain 43:4443 minutes, 44 secondslife. You know, the universe is 13.8 billion light years across. It takes us 240 million years to do one revolution 43:5243 minutes, 52 secondsof the Milky Way. It's vast. It's massive. We can't be the only ones. That where people struggle is they say, "Well, the distance is so so vast they 44:0044 minutescan't have got here." I think they have because of and I base that on the the witnesses I've spoken to, uh especially 44:0844 minutes, 8 secondsthe police officers. And you've got to ask yourself this, um, Scott, do you believe that all of the 250 officers 44:1644 minutes, 16 secondsI've spoken to and all of the hundreds of thousands of people around this planet are either all wrong about what 44:2244 minutes, 22 secondsthey've seen or they're all lying. And I don't think they are. And we have to remember that we only have to have one 44:3144 minutes, 31 secondsof those cases be true. And then the case is proven, isn't it? Beyond reasonable doubt. I think 44:3944 minutes, 39 secondsit's a culmination of nonhuman tech with, you know, extra treasure 44:4744 minutes, 47 secondsterrestrial biological entities on board. I'll just be honest, I say that's how what I think it is. Traversing the great distance of time and space to get here by some unknown technology we 44:5544 minutes, 55 secondshaven't got bend in space and time or wormholes or whatever. And I also think there's a lot to be said for the 45:0145 minutes, 1 secondinterdimensional um life forms as well coming through portals. There's a lot to be said about, you know, we operate on 45:0845 minutes, 8 secondsvibrations, don't we? And and all the rest of it. And we're operating the same one so we can see each other the same as this desk in my office. [clears throat] 45:1645 minutes, 16 secondsUm and you've only got to change the vibrational hum and the beat of something. And then you can't see it. 45:2245 minutes, 22 secondsAnd maybe if a technology and array servers have have mastered that they can come in and out of our dimensional 45:2945 minutes, 29 secondssphere existence at will. Um so I think it's both. I think it's the great distances and I think it's interdimensional. I'm not so sure about 45:3745 minutes, 37 secondsthe future human thing. I've not seen any evidence of that apart from few people saying I was told XY Z. 45:4345 minutes, 43 secondsRight. Yeah. I I I would agree. I think it's most likely something interdimensional or something from another planet. I mean, I think they 45:5145 minutes, 51 secondscould get here. Just because we can't get here and we can't fathom how they would get here from so so such a far 45:5845 minutes, 58 secondsdistance doesn't mean they can't figure it out. They're obviously way more advanced than we are. They are. Yeah. 46:0546 minutes, 5 secondsAnd when you'reating Well, the nearest the nearest star to us um Proxima Centuri is 4.25 light years 46:1446 minutes, 14 secondsfrom us. So we've got to travel at 4 point at the speed of light right which is 186,000 m a second 671 million miles 46:2446 minutes, 24 secondsan hour that is and it would take us four years at that 4.25 years at that speed to get there. Well we we don't have that you know ability to to to 46:3346 minutes, 33 secondscreate anything go that fast. So in our conventional speeds I think it's 6,300 years it would take us to get from here to the nearest next star. It's 46:4246 minutes, 42 secondsabsolutely incredible. And this is the nearest star in a Milky Way of between 100 to 400 billion stars. And then they 46:5246 minutes, 52 secondsreckon there's about 10 trillion different galaxies. So let's take the lowest number in the galaxy. You know, 100 billion. Times that by 10 trillion. 46:5946 minutes, 59 secondsYou I think it's 70 septilian. It's 24 zeros. And what that means, there's a study being done on this. And I know again I'm going off on a tangent. No, go for it. 47:0747 minutes, 7 secondsA guy a guy called Professor Cornrike from a university in the United States. 47:1147 minutes, 11 secondsHe did a a study and a thesis and it was looked at and it's pretty sound mathematics. So he took all of the you know the measurements from Google Earth 47:2047 minutes, 20 secondsof all the beaches and the deserts on the planet and and if they were so deep and so long and so wide and worked out 47:2847 minutes, 28 secondsthe mass of how many grains of sand there would be, right? And at the end of it there was a sun and what it meant was the number of grains of sand on the 47:3647 minutes, 36 secondsplanet were infinitely less than the stars in the sky. So, for every grain of sand on this planet, there are 10,000 47:4447 minutes, 44 secondsapproximate stars in the sky. And that's stars. There's more planets orbiting the stars. 47:5047 minutes, 50 secondsSo, you know, next time you go to a beach and you pick up a grain of sand sand, look at it, and go, "There are 10,000 suns for that grain of sand." And and that will make you think a bit different next time you go on holiday. 47:5947 minutes, 59 secondsBut we're in a massive infinite universe. We cannot be the only the only life form out here. the the the issue is where people fall down is they say I 48:0848 minutes, 8 secondsdon't I think there is but I don't think they've come here yet because it's so the distance is so vast and I think they have mate. 48:1548 minutes, 15 secondsYeah, I mean I would agree with you there statistically there has to be other life in the universe. There's just like you said, there's just so many 48:2248 minutes, 22 secondsplanets uh and the universe is constantly expanding and so there's no way we're the only ones. And when you're 48:3048 minutes, 30 secondsmanipulating like uh a lot of people theorize and we've had uh Bob Lazar who talked about 48:3748 minutes, 37 secondsworking on craft and manipulating gravity and like space when you're manipulating gravity in spaceime 48:4648 minutes, 46 secondsany amount of travel is theoretically possible regardless of the distance. 48:5148 minutes, 51 secondsAnd then the question kind of turns into how do they find us? Is it like are they looking through like I don't know kind 48:5948 minutes, 59 secondsof like we do we look at exoplanets and look for signs of life looking for certain like gas emissions or whatever. Yeah. 49:0749 minutes, 7 secondsAnd maybe that's how they locate us because it for them it would also be like finding life like finding a one particular grain of sand on a beach. 49:1749 minutes, 17 secondsYeah, they're probably because we can do that now. we can work out what gases are emanating off certain planets and a lot of these gases are um you know we know 49:2749 minutes, 27 secondsit's they come from sort of trees and water and well the region on this planet look so many light years away so there's a good chance it's there it's in the 49:3449 minutes, 34 secondsGoldilock zone just right you know period and distance from the sun so it's not too hot and too cold so and their 49:4349 minutes, 43 secondstheir way of finding these planets is going to be vastly more superior to what you know we can do So they might have, 49:5049 minutes, 50 secondsyou know, found another hundred civilizations like us and we we just don't know that they're there because we just not advanced enough yet. 50:0050 minutesRight. And what do you think about the thought of them actually living in our oceans? Like that's something that's been coming up a lot and they could have 50:0750 minutes, 7 secondspotentially been here longer than we have on this planet. Uh what are your thoughts on that? Just curious. Again, I Chapter 15: Oceans as a hiding place 50:1450 minutes, 14 secondsnever say never because, you know, a lot of these craft have been seen coming out in and out of water, uh, you know, 50:2250 minutes, 22 secondsunidentified submerged objects, USOs as they call them. And a lot of these have got this transmedium um technology about 50:3050 minutes, 30 secondsthem where when they come in and out the water, they don't even make a splash or and they're going in at like hundreds of miles an hour or thousands and they're just in. It's just so they've obviously 50:3850 minutes, 38 secondsgot something in front of them that can do something. So, it's seamless in and out. And those reports, the reason they're coming out now when they didn't 50:4550 minutes, 45 secondsprobably, you know, 40, 50 years ago is because we didn't have the technology back then where we can monitor and see these things and satellites orbiting the 50:5350 minutes, 53 secondsearth and and um you know, footage from, you know, fighter jets and all these things. So, it's been happening probably for a long long long time, but we only 51:0251 minutes, 2 secondsrealized it in the last five or 10 years because of our advances in technology. I think there's a lot to be said for that. 51:0751 minutes, 7 secondsAs I said before, 75% of the planet's covered in water. What a great place to hide, you know, hiding in plain sight. 51:1451 minutes, 14 secondsThere's even been reports of these things coming in and out of volcanoes. 51:1751 minutes, 17 secondsBut I think it's a really good shout, Scott, about in and out of water. I think that's a fantastic shout. 51:2451 minutes, 24 secondsYeah. I mean, I think I think what better place to hide on our planet, the ocean. We We can't 51:3151 minutes, 31 secondseven explore our oceans fully, which is crazy when you think about it, but we can't get to the bottom of our oceans. 51:3751 minutes, 37 secondsWe we probably know more about the like surface of the moon than than our ocean floor. It's true. 51:4451 minutes, 44 secondsWhat better place to hide than right there? 51:4751 minutes, 47 secondsIf they can conquer the great distances of time and space and, you know, interdimensional travel, I'm pretty sure that they can conquer the uh the 51:5651 minutes, 56 secondscrushing pressure of the Pacific and the Atlantic Ocean, you know, and hide down there. 52:0152 minutes, 1 secondOh, for sure. Especially if you're man manipulating like gravity and like spacetime and kind of like when these crafts are supposedly going in and out 52:1052 minutes, 10 secondsof water like you said they don't they don't make a splash. The water just kind of moves around like this almost like 52:1752 minutes, 17 secondsinvisible like bubble of energy. So you can take that all the way all the way down to the bottom of the ocean and uh as long as you were protected 52:2652 minutes, 26 secondsprotected by like a gravitational field or something like that. I don't know how it would work exactly, but and you would 52:3452 minutes, 34 secondsbe protected. So, yeah, I think for sure the ocean is a is a very likely location for those things. Chapter 16: Future projects and conclusion 52:4152 minutes, 41 secondsUm, I was going to ask you, you wrote this book and you you collected all these stories from 52:5052 minutes, 50 secondsofficers around the UK. Would you ever think about writing a book and expanding and going beyond the UK with that? 52:5852 minutes, 58 secondsYeah, I would. I mean to be fair when I wrote the book um I don't want to get in trouble for mirror books but I the book 53:0453 minutes, 4 secondshad uh it was like 120,000 words and I had to condense that to 80,000. So 53:1153 minutes, 11 secondspeople will read the book and say well there's this case is similar why didn't you mention this case or why didn't you do this or what can you clarify that but 53:1953 minutes, 19 secondsso a lot of the I would write an account and then I would want to write about the investigation into it but in the end I I 53:2753 minutes, 27 secondsalmost had to take a lot of that out so it's almost like a collection of um of campfire UAP stories really without me 53:3553 minutes, 35 secondselaborating in great deal detail about my findings because I was con you know I I was prevented from making, you know, 53:4353 minutes, 43 secondswriting a book that was absolutely massive. Um, but what I do plan to do in the future is, I mean, in the last uh 53:5053 minutes, 50 secondsjust over two months since the the book's come out, I've had hundreds and hundreds of emails um from serving 53:5853 minutes, 58 secondsofficers, firefighters, people in the military. So, I am writing a couple of different books, you know, at the same 54:0454 minutes, 4 secondsat the same time. Um, I've created as well um uh a YouTube channel called um 54:1254 minutes, 12 secondsPolicing the Unexplained. And what I plan to do is I mean it's great when you you interview people and you write it 54:1954 minutes, 19 secondsdown and people can read the book. But um a picture or a video paints a thousand words. So I'm going to get some of these officers that are in the book 54:2654 minutes, 26 secondsand some of the new cases I'm getting on email. I'm going to interview them. I've got the cameras, the green screen. I'm going to put them on to police the unexplained. Have a little channel. It's 54:3554 minutes, 35 secondsit's a work in progress because I'm working 247 shifts. Two early, too late, two nights. They get it four days off and I've worked seven hours into the 54:4254 minutes, 42 secondsfirst day off because it finishes at 7:00 a.m. They're going to sleep and but I'm doing my best. So, what I would say anyone watching this, it would really help me out enormously and it would 54:5054 minutes, 50 secondsinspire me to keep pushing forward if someone if people could go on the channel and just subscribe to pleasing the unexplained. That would help me out massively. But I want to get these 54:5954 minutes, 59 secondsvideos out there so people look and go, "Right, because when you look at video, you can see the emotion in someone's face and the believability factor and 55:0755 minutes, 7 secondsall the rest of it." So, that's my intention. Uh, some more books and these videos moving forward. 55:1455 minutes, 14 secondsI love that you're doing that. I love that you're doing that. And I think those on camera interviews go a long way. [snorts] Uh especially when you're talking about people like you said like 55:2355 minutes, 23 secondspolice officers who you know they they like you said they don't they don't want to have any type of repercussions 55:3155 minutes, 31 secondsfor for for talking about this stuff. Um and you have you're an amazing exception where you're willing to do it but a lot 55:3855 minutes, 38 secondsof officers aren't. So if you're able to get other officers who are willing to go on camera about this I mean I think that's pretty huge. 55:4755 minutes, 47 secondsIt is. Yeah. I mean some of them are going to take some persuading. I've had a few saying, "Look, I don't mind giving the account for the book and they've given me the picture and all the rest of 55:5455 minutes, 54 secondsit." Um, you know, to go with the account and the story. Um, but that's one thing and going on to, you know, videos is completely different. I've had 56:0256 minutes, 2 secondsa few, so I don't want to do that. So, rest assured, Scott, I'm going to keep chipping away at them and, you know, but 56:0956 minutes, 9 secondsa lot of them will, but um, not all of them. And it's a work in progress, mate. 56:1556 minutes, 15 secondsThat's awesome. That sounds really interesting. I can't wait for you to get that up and going because I'm really excited for that. Do you do you you said 56:2256 minutes, 22 secondsyou've gotten like a bunch of reports even after you wrote the book like people like these reports are flooding into you. 56:3156 minutes, 31 secondsAre you getting them from other places outside of the UK like other like countries in your region too 56:3856 minutes, 38 secondsor are you just getting them from UK offic all over the world now? All over the world. So um Australia, United 56:4556 minutes, 45 secondsStates, places in Europe, uh the Netherlands, um France. So it's a global phenomena and it isn't just police 56:5456 minutes, 54 secondsofficers. I mean, I've had a couple of firefighters u messaging me today. I had a pilot from uh the military who he said he's never spoke to anyone about this, 57:0157 minutes, 1 secondbut he um saw something like a triangular craft in the sky, but it was very high up like 30 40,000 feet. And he 57:0857 minutes, 8 secondsdidn't say why. Um but he he he um to the control room, but he said um oh there's something just off uh I think 57:1657 minutes, 16 secondsthere might be a plane or something just off my starboard bail or whatever it is because he's on a mission sort of plan and if you're taking a 40 million pound 57:2457 minutes, 24 secondsjet off it, you need to ask the RAF control room because they're going to think well why are you doing what why you flying off in this direction? So he's asked permission and he's then gone 57:3257 minutes, 32 secondsup to try and look at this thing and then it's disappeared. He didn't fly off. He just disappeared like this huge trailer craft in the blink of an eye. 57:4057 minutes, 40 secondsSo, I'm getting some really good stories. I had an inspector telling me today, "I've never told nobody about this for 40 years. Still serving. Same rank as me." And he said, "I can't talk 57:4857 minutes, 48 secondsabout it to anybody officially because they'll think I'm mad. I'm still serving. I'm I'm leading, you know, a group of men and women." He's on 999 57:5657 minutes, 56 secondsresponse like me. And he said, "What would you do if I told you that sometimes I wake up and I can see my house below me getting smaller and 58:0458 minutes, 4 secondssmaller and the next thing is I'm on a I'm on a bed and then sometimes I'll wake up in my back garden in my pajamas soaking wet." So it is clearly like an 58:1258 minutes, 12 secondsabductee type case and you you know and so these are all because of the book being released and 58:1958 minutes, 19 secondsbecause good people like yourself Scott have have got me onto a podcast so I can speak about you know the experiences 58:2758 minutes, 27 secondsthese officers are having it gets the message out to wider audience and it's going to encourage more police officers, firefighters, members of the military to 58:3458 minutes, 34 secondscome forward and not just those um lads and lasses. I've had members of the public come forward to because their sightings are equally as important. So 58:4258 minutes, 42 secondsif anybody watching this, whatever job you do, your your job's just as important as as mine, you know, or anybody else's. If you if you've had an 58:5058 minutes, 50 secondsexperience and you want to talk to me about it, particularly abduction cases, I'm here to listen. Just just send me an email. Um contacting.com. 58:5958 minutes, 59 secondsIt's on the YouTube channel. It's mentioned there, but I always guarantee that I'll reply to uh everyone that sends me an email. It's taken a while 59:0859 minutes, 8 secondsbecause I'm probably getting about 20 25 a day. It doesn't sound like a lot, but if you spend two minutes replying to every email, you're talking an hour. And 59:1559 minutes, 15 secondssome of these emails aren't quick two minutes. You know, they need half an hour to an hour. 59:2059 minutes, 20 secondsAnd then you might have three or four really interesting ones and you've got to spend time talking to them. And their case for them is the most important in the world 59:2859 minutes, 28 secondsand quite rightly so. But then I'm on to the next one. And I've got to write them all up, haven't I? Then then I've got to try and work out, well, who am I going 59:3459 minutes, 34 secondsto film first? uh which book does it go in and it's a really really really time conssuming 59:4259 minutes, 42 secondsum that's time but for me it's um it's worth it to get the message out there to 59:5059 minutes, 50 secondsbe a conduit to say the these things these things are in the sky this is happening whether you like it or believe it or not this is happening and we 59:5859 minutes, 58 secondsshould be able to have honest and open dialogue about it. 1:00:011 hour, 1 secondAbsolutely. And I I love that you're kind of seeming like you're having a slight focus there on the abduction phenomena with that because 1:00:091 hour, 9 secondsthat's an element of the phenomena that while it might be to people who don't believe in UFOs, UAP, people that might 1:00:181 hour, 18 secondsseem very uh controversial to like, oh, this person's crazy if they say they're abducted, but 1:00:261 hour, 26 secondsthere have been so many abduction cases and kind of to the point you were saying, before. 1:00:341 hour, 34 secondsEveryone can't be lying. All right? 1:00:371 hour, 37 secondsLike, they're all not lying. There might be some people who are making stuff up for attention, but if you go through the thousands and thousands of abduction 1:00:451 hour, 45 secondsgazes, there's no way every single one of them is lying. 1:00:491 hour, 49 secondsI completely agree. Yeah, I completely agree. So, I love that you're having that focus on that and collecting those type of stories, too, 1:00:571 hour, 57 secondsbecause I think and especially if you can end up getting someone like that on camera at some point because you can hear the tone in their voice. You can see their expression on their face. 1:01:071 hour, 1 minute, 7 secondsYeah, that's going to happen. And it's not just UAP. I'll get emails. It's it's I mean, I called it policing the unexplained because I didn't want to just have it honed in on the UAP 1:01:161 hour, 1 minute, 16 secondsphenomena. So when I say unexplained, it's the paranormal, cryptids, folklore, you name it. I've I've got the emails uh 1:01:251 hour, 1 minute, 25 secondsfrom some very highly credible witnesses about some really incredible cases right across the spectrum. 1:01:331 hour, 1 minute, 33 secondsThat's amazing. Uh I love the crypted stuff. Um, I don't want to go too off topic into the crypted stuff on this 1:01:401 hour, 1 minute, 40 secondsshow, but maybe I'm gonna have to have you back on another show so we can go into the crypted stuff because that's another area that is absolutely 1:01:481 hour, 1 minute, 48 secondsfascinating to me and I could talk about the crypted stuff forever as well. So, we Yeah, if you're up for it, we can come back 1:01:561 hour, 1 minute, 56 secondsagain in the future when you're kind of get all those crypted cases together. 1:02:011 hour, 2 minutes, 1 secondYeah, that would be that' be absolutely fantastic. It's a shame because, you know, I think I'm the only, you know, UAP, uh, investigator who's never had a 1:02:081 hour, 2 minutes, 8 secondsUAP experience. Um, and I've never seen any cryptids or any folklore stuff. And, uh, I'm hoping one day that that I will. 1:02:171 hour, 2 minutes, 17 secondsYeah. I mean, I've never had I've been doing this for a while. U, I mean, I've always been into UFOs and stuff like that, but I never had my own like crazy 1:02:251 hour, 2 minutes, 25 secondsUFO experience. I had one experience where I saw an orb in broad daylight, very tiny, like a golf ball size, and it 1:02:341 hour, 2 minutes, 34 secondswas really close, like it was like 15 feet above my head. Um, and it had no like outline, no features. It was just 1:02:431 hour, 2 minutes, 43 secondslike a ball of light 15 feet above my head, like flying around. And that's the only kind of I don't even know if I 1:02:501 hour, 2 minutes, 50 secondswould attribute that to to a UFO type of or what other type of paranormal 1:02:571 hour, 2 minutes, 57 secondsuh uh subject that could have been a part of. But so I haven't never seen a UFO myself either besides that one weird 1:03:041 hour, 3 minutes, 4 secondsgolf ball thing flying around near my head. But I I often get asked well um and a funny instance happened to me in Birmingham 1:03:121 hour, 3 minutes, 12 secondsCity Center. there was a a priest like a pastor um talking it's a place called Pigeon Park and uh they were out there 1:03:191 hour, 3 minutes, 19 secondsand you know preaching the word of God um really lovely guy and uh he got talking to me and I I explained what I'm 1:03:261 hour, 3 minutes, 26 secondsin you know my interest and he said oh he said I said do you believe in these things and he said oh I don't believe in anything I I haven't seen and I I lent 1:03:351 hour, 3 minutes, 35 secondsback against my arm response ve and I said do you realize what you've just said and he and then he started laughing he said yeah I do realize what I've just 1:03:421 hour, 3 minutes, 42 secondssaid. Um, and of course I'm talking about, you know, um, you know, God. And I've got my own beliefs. You know, you can still have beliefs in in God and you 1:03:511 hour, 3 minutes, 51 secondscan still believe in UAP because he works in mysterious ways and he's God and he can do whatever he likes, right? 1:03:571 hour, 3 minutes, 57 secondsSo, um, you know, I said to him, you I don't really think he would have just made us and all the rest of it, but um, 1:04:041 hour, 4 minutes, 4 secondsI think it's quite funny sometimes where people say, oh, you're crazy believe in UAPs. If I say, "Oh, you know, do you believe in does 95% of the planet 1:04:121 hour, 4 minutes, 12 secondsbelieve in a supreme being of some kind?" And it's that's just accepted, isn't it? And that's that's God. And uh 1:04:201 hour, 4 minutes, 20 secondsand God's you could argue God's an extraterrestrial. He he you know, he didn't come from Earth. He made it and all the rest of it. And I just think it's quite funny sometimes how that's 1:04:291 hour, 4 minutes, 29 secondsbelieved. No questions asked. We've got this book, the Bible, and that's what that says. So that's that's it. That's gospel. Uh you believe in UAPs. you're a 1:04:381 hour, 4 minutes, 38 secondscrazy man, but I'm coming at you with statements, CCTV, forensic evidence, um all these videos that have been released 1:04:461 hour, 4 minutes, 46 secondsby the Department of Defense and the Pentagon, the disclosure videos with the Tic Tacs, all this stuff, loads of evidence, and I've got more evidence 1:04:521 hour, 4 minutes, 52 secondsthan um you know, religion, but I'm the one and I guess yourself and other people on occasion are mocked who 1:05:011 hour, 5 minutes, 1 secondare into the UAP, you know, sphere of interest. So, uh, a bit controversial there, but that sometimes comes up in 1:05:091 hour, 5 minutes, 9 secondsconversation. I think it's an interesting point to make. 1:05:121 hour, 5 minutes, 12 secondsThat's Yeah, it definitely is. It definitely is. Uh, Roy, I want to just thank you so much for taking the time to 1:05:191 hour, 5 minutes, 19 secondstalk to me. Um, anybody who's watching, you got to go check out Inspector Teague's book, uh, Close Encounters of 1:05:261 hour, 5 minutes, 26 secondsthe Police Kind, his YouTube channel, which is Policing the Unexplained. Um, is there any other places people can find you, Roy? 1:05:351 hour, 5 minutes, 35 secondsYeah, so for the time being um it's poling the unexplained on YouTube and it's just email which would be you know contact policing the unexplained.com. 1:05:441 hour, 5 minutes, 44 secondsThose are the two best places. I'm sure in the future there'll be other other mediums to contact me but in the here and now that those are those are the two ones. 1:05:521 hour, 5 minutes, 52 secondsAwesome. Roy, it's been a pleasure. I absolutely loved our conversation today. 1:05:571 hour, 5 minutes, 57 secondsUm and I definitely want to have you back on the show in the future. so we can go into the crypteds things some more. And I'm really looking forward to 1:06:041 hour, 6 minutes, 4 secondswhat you're going to do on policing the unexplained. 1:06:071 hour, 6 minutes, 7 secondsThank you, Scott. It's been great to be on the show. Thanks for having me, mate. I appreciate your time, sir.
