hi this is Bryce sa I'm the co-host of need  to know with Ross cart but I'll tell you   something I've been somewhere in the skies  many times and it's a great place to be so   0:10 10 seconds without any further introduction  here is somewhere in the [Music] 0:18 18 seconds skies this is somewhere in the  skies with Ryan spread [Music] 0:36 36 seconds [Music]   0:43 43 seconds I'm really glad you saw the film yes and that you  had a cameo appearance up to the spot you know   0:53 53 seconds that was cool it was let's start there James guys  I'm with James Fox filmmaker of the phenomenon   1:00 1 minute moment of contact many films before that but we're  going to be talking today about his brand new film   1:07 1 minute, 7 seconds the program but uh let's start there James we  had the opportunity to actually hike up in the   1:14 1 minute, 14 seconds hills of calvine Scotland Dr with a drone oh man  that was an adventure an experience in and we went   1:23 1 minute, 23 seconds with former RAF press officer Craig Lindsay so  remember the remember the car ride with Craig   1:29 1 minute, 29 seconds Lindsay how awesome that was I will never forget  that and I was wondering if any of that would make   it into the film cuz you as a filmmaker you're  always filming and I remember you actually had a   1:38 1 minute, 38 seconds camera on us when we were talking but uh I did and  I really God sometimes I look back on things and I   1:44 1 minute, 44 seconds think why didn't I put that in there well you can  only put so much in like that's the curse of being   1:51 1 minute, 51 seconds a filmmaker you can only put so much stuff in and  I had it kind of mapped out in my head I mean I   do everything kind of by the seat of my pants  anybody who's worked with me in the fields like   2:02 2 minutes, 2 seconds geez this is pretty uh this is a pretty unusual  style of film making you're just winging it but   2:08 2 minutes, 8 seconds the thing about that is is that I'm legitimately  in the field documenting what's happening while   it's happening I'm not staging things right right  so when I'm learning about things you're actually   2:18 2 minutes, 18 seconds seeing me learn about cases and and and and  legislation and all that stuff you know so   2:26 2 minutes, 26 seconds I think that's one of the reasons why people seem  to like the documentaries because they're they're   2:31 2 minutes, 31 seconds not staged they're very it's very real right and  you know we were talking off air um I'm filming   2:38 2 minutes, 38 seconds my first documentary um directly inspired by words  you gave me uh while you were here in Scotland and   2:46 2 minutes, 46 seconds I would have to agree like as I was filming things  were happening uh people I were I was interviewing   2:52 2 minutes, 52 seconds were like you should talk to this person or  oh you didn't hear about that you need to go   pursue that and it's amazing you can go in with an  idea about what the filmm is going to be about and   3:02 3 minutes, 2 seconds then it'll completely change like you said um the  more you interview people uh things were evolving   3:10 3 minutes, 10 seconds in the world of UFOs as you were filming the  program yeah you were able to get a lot of that   in but yeah let's talk about that well I well  I finished a rough cut and I wasn't terribly   3:20 3 minutes, 20 seconds I'm never really pleased with a rough cut right  you got to you got to get somewhere right and   so got the rough cut done I'm looking at it I'm  like H I really need some fresh eyeballs on this   3:30 3 minutes, 30 seconds and there are some updates additional people  coming forward so you know all right time out   3:36 3 minutes, 36 seconds you know stop editing let me walk away from this  film for a little bit let me bring in some fresh   3:41 3 minutes, 41 seconds eyeballs l m came on on board he's a great guy  super technically Savvy and and creative and   3:48 3 minutes, 48 seconds just a wonderful hardworking guy man he willing  to put in like 17 hour days anyway uh and I went   3:54 3 minutes, 54 seconds and did some additional filming I went to DC I  went to Pennsylvania um then there was a guy uh   that had just stepped down from his position Kirk  McConnell Senate armed service committee who was   4:04 4 minutes, 4 seconds contemplating coming forward and so I long story  short I ended up flying him in from DC to right   4:11 4 minutes, 11 seconds here where we are now where I'm sitting and uh  conducted an interview with him very last minute   4:16 4 minutes, 16 seconds last minute you know and then we were also waiting  on uh additional information that was coming in   4:21 4 minutes, 21 seconds about the calvine 1990 calvine UFO case right and  we managed thank you David Clark to get uh Ryan uh   4:30 4 minutes, 30 seconds Richard Greaves who was one of the workers in the  in the kitchen with the alleged photographers so   4:39 4 minutes, 39 seconds and that was amazing it was the last thing that  we squeezed in at the very last minute that we   were not anticipating happening and it was just  in my opinion it's one of the best moments in the   4:48 4 minutes, 48 seconds whole movie yeah so I mean we won't give away what  you were able to uncover uh when it comes to the   4:54 4 minutes, 54 seconds Calin case and the primary Witnesses and uh and  what happened with that we'll let people see that   5:01 5 minutes, 1 second for themselves but when you said that to me I was  pretty stunned I'm like people have been looking   5:07 5 minutes, 7 seconds for these guys forever and again like we'll leave  it up to the viewer to decide uh but yeah I if if   5:15 5 minutes, 15 seconds this is what um is actually happening and what  you've uncovered is real uh we are one step   5:22 5 minutes, 22 seconds closer to uh finding the witnesses the original  Witnesses so I love I have their names now MH   5:29 5 minutes, 29 seconds I don't think I'm going to reveal them uh publicly  but I have both their names and I remember the   5:35 5 minutes, 35 seconds quote that uh Richard Greaves gives that it's just  like I think I want to make a t-shirt he goes I   5:43 5 minutes, 43 seconds me Pooch digs they me toast you remember that he  like I work with them in the kitchen I made po IGS   5:51 5 minutes, 51 seconds they made toast trust me man that accent I hear  that accent every day and it never gets easier   5:59 5 minutes, 59 seconds but yeah yeah some awesome stuff on calvine  but let's rewind a little bit now it's called   6:06 6 minutes, 6 seconds the program so for those watching listening um  let's kind of summarize what that is why you   6:12 6 minutes, 12 seconds chose to use that title um what kind of sets  this apart from something like the phenomenon   6:18 6 minutes, 18 seconds which was like this broad sweeping historical  look at the entire uh topic of UFOs when it   6:25 6 minutes, 25 seconds comes to government involvement um personal  Witnesses and now fast forward to 2024 and now   6:32 6 minutes, 32 seconds we're having UFO hearings and we're learning  some pretty Sensational uh and bold claims by   6:39 6 minutes, 39 seconds people so what is the program in your words so I  always like have to have a working title and the   6:45 6 minutes, 45 seconds title usually comes to me in the edit room and I  kept hearing Intel folks talk about the program   oh I knew about the program or he was involved  with the program or if I told you what I knew   6:55 6 minutes, 55 seconds about the program and I was like the program H  I really like that it's catchy of course there   7:01 7 minutes, 1 second are other things out there called the program  as well that's inevitably you can't you can't   copyright a title right right and so but there's  other other titles out there for out of the blue   7:10 7 minutes, 10 seconds I've seen other things out there for I know what I  saw so be it you know it's a shared title but the   7:16 7 minutes, 16 seconds program came because of the fact that several  people within the film kept referring to it as   7:23 7 minutes, 23 seconds the program and that's I guess the involvement  with uh with the UAP phenomenon or yeah UFOs   7:30 7 minutes, 30 seconds so the program uh you know we had this most  recent UFO hearing where Michael shellenberger a   7:36 7 minutes, 36 seconds freelance journalist came forward and said that  he learned about something called Immaculate   7:41 7 minutes, 41 seconds constellation um you know could this be the  program could other things be considered the   7:48 7 minutes, 48 seconds program we just don't know every you know in the  public we we know so little about um what these   7:55 7 minutes, 55 seconds Clen Stein programs could actually be um but  for you the filmmaker as you're interviewing   8:01 8 minutes, 1 second these insiders you had Christopher melon in the  movie uh Dr Gary Nolan who's actually studied   8:09 8 minutes, 9 seconds possible remnants of these craft that have said  to have come from these programs I mean my head   8:14 8 minutes, 14 seconds was spinning with with the people that you were  interviewing in this thing um so in your opinion   8:20 8 minutes, 20 seconds can does what Michael shellenberger what he  brought forward with Immaculate constellation does   8:26 8 minutes, 26 seconds what you uncovered lend any to what he's claiming  before the halls of Congress so right before uh   8:36 8 minutes, 36 seconds right before coming on your show just 10 minutes  10 minutes ago I was in correspondence on Signal   8:43 8 minutes, 43 seconds with an individual who appears in the film as navy  X um Navy X's uh has said navx reached out to me   8:54 8 minutes, 54 seconds right after I went and did that NASA stunt um I  basically got into NASA uh um that's a story in   9:04 9 minutes, 4 seconds itself we could say that for a later date but got  into got into NASA and and it was all publicized   9:10 9 minutes, 10 seconds it was broadcast live and after that you know  that stunt uh I get a message from a gentleman   9:17 9 minutes, 17 seconds who's contemplating coming forward but wants to  do it anonymously um we met we went on and did   9:24 9 minutes, 24 seconds the interview and he this individual revealed that  there is a database of high resolution 4K imagery   9:32 9 minutes, 32 seconds of UAP coming down from space coming in out of the  oceans performing exhibiting a technology that's   9:38 9 minutes, 38 seconds just Lighty years advance from anything that we  that we have now or certainly you know didn't   didn't have 80 years ago you know the objects  that don't have any Wings don't have any tail   9:48 9 minutes, 48 seconds uh don't make any noise no air disturbance have  the ability to hover Accelerate from a standstill   out aight the blink of an eye um trans medium  go underwater come out right so it's atmosphere   9:58 9 minutes, 58 seconds up in the atmosphere or up in space um and so he  described and he gave as much details as he could   10:05 10 minutes, 5 seconds as to where these can be found for members of  Congress people that are looking for this type of   10:11 10 minutes, 11 seconds of of data um and so when I heard about Immaculate  constellation which you know it made kind of sense   10:19 10 minutes, 19 seconds to me because I've heard from numerous Intel folks  that stuff does exist it's one of the things that   10:25 10 minutes, 25 seconds I address within the movie so whether that has the  name Immaculate constellation or not I don't know   10:30 10 minutes, 30 seconds Michael shellenberger I trust his instincts and  and his um journalistic uh Integrity so um and I   10:38 10 minutes, 38 seconds know that there are members of Congress that know  who that individual is they vetted him so uh it   10:44 10 minutes, 44 seconds could very well be Immaculate constellation but  again I don't know yeah but we do know there's a   10:49 10 minutes, 49 seconds body of much better data sensory data overhead  collection data satellite imagery that things   10:56 10 minutes, 56 seconds of that nature that's one of the things that we  really wanted to Hammer home because you see you   know people within the scientific Community like  Neil degross Tyson you know mocking the lack of   11:06 11 minutes, 6 seconds better data and it's frustrating for those who  are talking to people on the inside that say   11:11 11 minutes, 11 seconds yes it exists but it's classified and we can't  release it right well okay so you talked about   11:18 11 minutes, 18 seconds NASA um I remember watching the live stream  of their UAP study group press conference and   11:25 11 minutes, 25 seconds then you know they ask for questions from  the audience and then boom there's James f   one of the first up to ask a question you were  able to film it get it in your documentary as   11:35 11 minutes, 35 seconds well um and you had like even the director of NASA  at the time um you were literally interacting with   11:41 11 minutes, 41 seconds him what was that like yeah it was fantastic you  know it's funny I I got thrown off a little bit   11:48 11 minutes, 48 seconds because I was trying to get I was trying to get  in I had it's I had somebody put me on the on the   11:55 11 minutes, 55 seconds on the Press list but I wasn't really press and  I had this old press badge that I used when I was   12:00 12 minutes filming uh pretty slick that documentary on the  BP oil spill back in 2010 and I look like so much   12:08 12 minutes, 8 seconds younger this little baby it's totally expired  but I was like you know at a distance it it's   just you know attached to your hip you just kind  of glance at it okay maybe that's gonna be cool   12:18 12 minutes, 18 seconds kind of thing but there was this guy who looked  like he worked with NASA but he was armed he had a   12:24 12 minutes, 24 seconds gun and and uh and he was quite aggressively like  trying to screen me and I was trying to get all   12:30 12 minutes, 30 seconds the gear it was all very chaotic it was going to  start and I had tripods and camera gear and trying   to get through security and the metal detectors  and having to strip my body and take things out   12:39 12 minutes, 39 seconds of my pockets but this guy was like I remember  thinking this is this guy's like my damn Shadow   like every time I move he's right there like  asking me questions well who are you with like   12:47 12 minutes, 47 seconds what organization are you with and I was thinking  to myself this guy just doesn't want me in there   for some reason he just I don't know and um and  then finally the woman who had the roster she's   12:57 12 minutes, 57 seconds like Mr Fox is on the L he's on the list you know  Brian Bender with formerly with Politico had made   13:04 13 minutes, 4 seconds some phone calls and pulled some strings and got  me in there thank you Brian bender and uh and so   13:09 13 minutes, 9 seconds reluctantly but I could see that guy when I was  on stage kind of looking at me and I'm you know   13:15 13 minutes, 15 seconds I'm going after Bill Nelson the head of NASA right  I I'm just like you know hey how can you say what   13:21 13 minutes, 21 seconds something isn't when you don't know what it is  you know like you know and then what's the plan   13:29 13 minutes, 29 seconds what's the plan for telling the public is there  one because you can't be studying the unidentified   anomalous phenomena you can't be studying UFOs  right in an official capacity and not pre-   13:39 13 minutes, 39 seconds preparing if it leads to some of these are you  know originate from non-human intelligence prepare   13:47 13 minutes, 47 seconds to how to tell the public who does that who does  that whose job is that and and they don't have   13:52 13 minutes, 52 seconds a plan they clearly don't have a plan but it kind  of funny he's like you bet your boots you remember   13:58 13 minutes, 58 seconds you bet your boots I'm seeing some T-shirts coming  out of this movie I'm thinking poached eggs and   14:03 14 minutes, 3 seconds toast you bet your boots just having fun with it  you know absolutely man you have to you have to in   14:10 14 minutes, 10 seconds this topic even when you know the content itself  and the the implication is very serious like if   14:17 14 minutes, 17 seconds we're if we can't laugh at the ridiculous nature  sometimes of the phenomena itself and the culture   14:23 14 minutes, 23 seconds that's sprung up around it people like us even  um if you can't laugh at yourself what the hell   14:29 14 minutes, 29 seconds point in my opinion I couldn't I could not agree  more I I actually shared a funny story yesterday   14:35 14 minutes, 35 seconds on one of the podcasts because I was in my late  20s and I just landed at an interview with Edgar   14:40 14 minutes, 40 seconds Mitchell right Apollo Apollo 14 six man to walk  on the moon and I mean it was a huge moment in my   career you could imagine right here I am sitting  down with a guy who walked on the moon at his home   14:49 14 minutes, 49 seconds in Florida and uh it funny it was two things very  memorable one was uh I I I said to him and i' had   14:58 14 minutes, 58 seconds written countless letters letters because back we  didn't have I don't think we had email maybe we   just started having email but in any case um  I'm for years I was trying to get interviews   15:08 15 minutes, 8 seconds with him my God I couldn't believe it and I just  got denied denied denied denied denied and then   finally he met with me and I said to him while  we were shooting some b-roll walking out uh in   15:16 15 minutes, 16 seconds his in the pasture I said um Dr Mitchell you  know what ultimately uh cause you to decide   15:24 15 minutes, 24 seconds to to finally meet with me I was expecting some  profound you know answer he was impressed with   15:29 15 minutes, 29 seconds this or that and he goes well you know James I  realized you just weren't going away but but then   15:37 15 minutes, 37 seconds we go we sit down and he's like he's like well M  James what would you like me to wear and before I   15:42 15 minutes, 42 seconds had a chance to filter what came out of my mouth  I said how about a pink nighty and I was like oh   15:48 15 minutes, 48 seconds my God I can't believe I just said that was over  right and then he just roared with laughter and   15:55 15 minutes, 55 seconds he fell and I thought thank God this guy's sense  of humor you know because I just put my foot in my 16:01 16 minutes, 1 second mouth that's pretty good man add to the The  credibility Factor he had a great sense of humor   16:12 16 minutes, 12 seconds about it I gotta hand to the guy yeah well so you  know yeah we can we can laugh about it I'm sure   16:21 16 minutes, 21 seconds you've got some great stories behind the scenes  of filming some of these interviews but you you   have some interviews that um are exclusive people  who've never been filmed been on camera before   16:31 16 minutes, 31 seconds talking about this topic you mentioned one of them  earlier someone from the armed services committee   16:37 16 minutes, 37 seconds um never gone on camera before yeah right right so  tell us a little about some of the people in the   16:43 16 minutes, 43 seconds movie who we should really be paying attention to  well I would say Len valal Logan um he was part of   the task force I think it was when it was the task  force I don't think it was I don't think he was   16:52 16 minutes, 52 seconds part of Arrow I think it was Jay Stratton and the  UAP task force post um uh post eight tip but don't   17:00 17 minutes quote me on that but he was definitely part of the  task force with Jay Stratton um he'd never come   17:06 17 minutes, 6 seconds forward before as far as yeah no he's definitely  never been on camera before um Kirk McConnell and   he you know look he says I'll do the best I can  and say as much as I can without violating my   17:16 17 minutes, 16 seconds security oath I you know I have to be very careful  and in fact I had to take the segments they appear   17:23 17 minutes, 23 seconds in and they had to be approved right so he had to  he had to have it approved as did you know J Jason   17:31 17 minutes, 31 seconds Sans and and you know Kirk McConnell I he was very  careful on what he said on camera he said as much   17:36 17 minutes, 36 seconds as he could say without fear of Retribution um  Kirk McConnell said an armed service committee   17:42 17 minutes, 42 seconds he started in 2017 uh sticking his teeth into it  he had high level clearances and um you know and   17:49 17 minutes, 49 seconds he talks about in the film that's why I can say  it uh he has sat down along with members of of   17:55 17 minutes, 55 seconds the Senate with a first handers I think it was  like I don't know 10 maybe 8 10 to 12 something   18:04 18 minutes, 4 seconds I don't have an exact number but but somewhere  around there first handers and he says so in the   18:08 18 minutes, 8 seconds film think these people have high level clearances  credible you know uh act either active both active   18:16 18 minutes, 16 seconds and retired that's kind of a big deal I mean he's  putting his huge deal well yeah Jason I know a lot   18:25 18 minutes, 25 seconds of people I I I knew that there were going to  be certain people with in the community they're   going to criticize me for for including Jason  Sans but I did a lot of stuff a lot of digging   18:33 18 minutes, 33 seconds behind the scenes I did as best I could you know  to verify his credentials to to to prove that he   18:41 18 minutes, 41 seconds is who he says he was and he was where he says he  was right I even got his ex-wife and I actually   18:48 18 minutes, 48 seconds I kept saying look I need photographs of you in  the military and and I kept not getting them and   I finally said what's going on here and he goes  oh my my ex kind of my ex and she's got them in   18:57 18 minutes, 57 seconds they're in boxes up in the attic and she's and  have to go dig it ah I said we tell her $200 per   19:02 19 minutes, 2 seconds scanned image and I had him six hours later so  Money Talks baby talks you know I had to have   19:08 19 minutes, 8 seconds them you gotta have them yeah I met with people on  the inside current that vouched for him and said   19:16 19 minutes, 16 seconds look you know probably suffering from PTSD but  he is who he says he is he was where he says he   19:21 19 minutes, 21 seconds was uh we vetted him thoroughly and uh he's even  mentioned names of classified programs that that   19:28 19 minutes, 28 seconds he knew knew so um don't throw I just you know so  I stuck by his side and he's willing to take a lie   19:35 19 minutes, 35 seconds detector test publicly and he's willing to testify  under oath provided he's giving immunity to verify   19:42 19 minutes, 42 seconds to give the the details necessary to verify his  claims so there we have it so okay one of the   19:49 19 minutes, 49 seconds biggest I think issues or things we run up against  when it comes to the program per se is uh you have   19:57 19 minutes, 57 seconds people testifying before coners alzando um the  claims by a whistleblower to shellin Berger the   20:04 20 minutes, 4 seconds individuals you've spoken to and it seems like  James every time it comes back to well who are   20:10 20 minutes, 10 seconds these people where's the location where the craft  are being hidden or stored or worked on um what   20:17 20 minutes, 17 seconds are the locations of these programs and whatnot um  it's always uh I could talk about that in a skiff   20:25 20 minutes, 25 seconds or a classified setting so that seems to like the  big roadblock right now is like this idea of this   20:33 20 minutes, 33 seconds mythological skiff that everyone talks about and  people like George knap have claimed I've been in   20:40 20 minutes, 40 seconds a skiff like I've literally been in a skiff with  these people why can't members of Congress get in   20:45 20 minutes, 45 seconds there and do it to further their investigation  into the claims being brought to them so like   20:51 20 minutes, 51 seconds what do you make of this whole like I don't want  to say it's like a way out of it like saying oh I   20:58 20 minutes, 58 seconds could talk about that in a skiff and then they can  never actually get in the skiff to talk to these   people I don't think I don't think the Ski's  going to solve it because look let's say you   21:06 21 minutes, 6 seconds get Thomas monheim the current ICI intelligence  Community Inspector General into a ski and he   21:12 21 minutes, 12 seconds reveals the street addresses now now what it's  still classified so what the members going to   21:17 21 minutes, 17 seconds Congress maybe possibly leak it out then you don't  have Providence I think what needs to happen is   that the Firth handers need to be provided  whistleblower protections real protections   21:27 21 minutes, 27 seconds where they feel secure and safe and Immunity to  disclose in a public setting just like we did with   21:34 21 minutes, 34 seconds David grush but allowing them to relinquish all  the information street addresses who who has it   21:41 21 minutes, 41 seconds which agencies which uh you know subcontractors  and that nature in my opinion that's what needs   21:46 21 minutes, 46 seconds to happen Okay so take the executive branch I  would because I've asked that and and I've also   21:52 21 minutes, 52 seconds asked like where are they hiding this so-called  unacknowledged special access program right and   21:57 21 minutes, 57 seconds the the best I can get well well if it does exist  it's probably under the doe Department of energy   22:04 22 minutes, 4 seconds because that's the least amount of oversight  yeah so that's where it would be right but look   it's frustrating people feel like things aren't  happening fast enough but I have to remind people   22:13 22 minutes, 13 seconds just look at where we've come since 2017 right we  got we've got a couple people Intel folks testify   22:22 22 minutes, 22 seconds under oath publicly that there's a crash retrieval  program let's not forget that I don't think you   22:28 22 minutes, 28 seconds can overstate the significance of that testified  under oath okay that it exists so there are   22:35 22 minutes, 35 seconds consequences for lying to Congress particularly  under oath I mean potential prison time so we   should take that allegation very seriously and  we should keep the pressure on keep supporting   22:45 22 minutes, 45 seconds our elected officials both parties and and while  while they keep digging and you know try to get   22:52 22 minutes, 52 seconds uh you know love the Trump Administration or or  don't like the Trump Administration I think that   22:58 22 minutes, 58 seconds more likely to possibly wave the magic wand  and provide some level of immunity to these   23:04 23 minutes, 4 seconds firstand Witnesses which what in my opinion needs  to happen so this really lay like you said in the   23:11 23 minutes, 11 seconds executive branch and policy making you know you  you stress in the film this um uh what do you   23:19 23 minutes, 19 seconds call it the the disclosure act that's been trying  to get past and whatnot um through the efforts of   23:25 23 minutes, 25 seconds people like uh uh Schumer and whatnot right on  the senate pass and the Senate fail right um   23:33 23 minutes, 33 seconds so basically what you're saying is like it has to  come to a law that's going to protect these people   23:40 23 minutes, 40 seconds in order for them to come forward yeah so I I um  sorry I got sidetracked earlier on I was going to   23:46 23 minutes, 46 seconds mention there's an individual who appears in the  film under uh it's Navy X and this individual is   23:52 23 minutes, 52 seconds putting together a statement we were going over  it just 15 20 minutes ago uh anonymously on um   23:59 23 minutes, 59 seconds it's a very compelling statement and it's going  to be released on my ex account on the day of the   24:04 24 minutes, 4 seconds film released on the 16th of December basically  explaining you know why this individual uh is   24:11 24 minutes, 11 seconds doing what he's doing why uh he's uh fearful  for his safety uh where some of this material   24:18 24 minutes, 18 seconds is what he has what this individual has seen um  and basically why he's why he's coming forward   24:24 24 minutes, 24 seconds anonymously it's very compelling it's going  to it's it's several paragraphs and it's it   24:29 24 minutes, 29 seconds really explains a lot of things within the The  Fear Factor is real the consequences for for   24:39 24 minutes, 39 seconds uh violating their security Oaths I guess is  real they're and um yeah so it explains a lot   24:47 24 minutes, 47 seconds of it and it's frustrating it's frustrating  for for filmmakers myself it's frustrating   for the general public when you hear these all  these people telling me like I'd go to jail if   24:54 24 minutes, 54 seconds I told you what I know excuse me it's like hey  why can't we have a blanket protection somehow   25:01 25 minutes, 1 second and really because if what these people are  saying is true this is the biggest story of   the Millennium I mean ever really right so it  merits further investigation and it merits the   25:12 25 minutes, 12 seconds efforts of our elected officials to try to provide  immunity for these whistleblowers yeah yeah we'll   25:18 25 minutes, 18 seconds see what happens um it's it's in interesting  time especially when you have like these people   25:24 25 minutes, 24 seconds testifying before the house and then you know  Arrow test ifying before the Senate and they're   25:30 25 minutes, 30 seconds kind of going up against one another in terms of  who knows what um what can be proven what can't   25:36 25 minutes, 36 seconds be proven so what do you think of Arrow and  what Jill's doing very interesting I'm glad   25:43 25 minutes, 43 seconds you brought that up because try to think about how  much background I give you on this but basically   I had an opportunity right after I I attended the  First Congressional hearings I got to attend after   25:53 25 minutes, 53 seconds 30 years waiting for that and a lot of people were  like oh it was a big nothing Burger well you know   it was pretty exciting nonetheless I was  pretty happy to be there pretty happy to   26:02 26 minutes, 2 seconds see people testify under oath pretty happy to  see the rear Admiral Tim gadet and you know uh   26:08 26 minutes, 8 seconds Lou testify under oath about the existence of a  crash retrieval program pretty big deal but the   26:14 26 minutes, 14 seconds next day Kirk McConnell had arranged a meeting  with me in a skiff with the new head of Arrow   26:20 26 minutes, 20 seconds and there was another gentleman Air Force office  of special investigations Kevin Ryan I think his   last name was I'd have look into that but in any  case kaslowski is the new head of Arrow and I got   26:31 26 minutes, 31 seconds in there and I I was thinking to myself like  this is crazy I'm I'm in a SK with the head of 26:36 26 minutes, 36 seconds Arrow the somewhere in the sky podcast is  free to listen to every week but if you would   26:46 26 minutes, 46 seconds like to help support the show we have a very  active patreon page where you give what you   26:52 26 minutes, 52 seconds think the show is worth in return you'll get  early access to the main show bonus episodes   26:58 26 minutes, 58 seconds and priority to ask our guests your  listener questions your support truly   27:04 27 minutes, 4 seconds makes the show continue and grow so to  learn more and to join visit [Music] 27:28 27 minutes, 28 seconds and uh and sure the vast majority of these  sting can be explained away in conventional   terms but you know there's a residual 10 15 20%  that clearly defies a conventional explanation   27:39 27 minutes, 39 seconds and we're probably dealing with non-human  intelligence and nobody scoffed or denied   27:44 27 minutes, 44 seconds or anything like that you look at me and he goes  James I can't part my own hair without approval   27:51 27 minutes, 51 seconds from the dod and you can quote me on that and I  thought to myself I thought about that for a while   27:58 27 minutes, 58 seconds so basically what he's saying is Congress puts  him in charge of digging through the various   intelligence agencies and finding out what  they know and yet the dod which is part of   28:07 28 minutes, 7 seconds the executive branch tells him what he can  and cannot say so that doesn't seem like a   28:14 28 minutes, 14 seconds very really why why is that why is that structured  that way but that's what he said it's interesting   28:22 28 minutes, 22 seconds because you had at the Senate hearing you had  Susan gof the Pentagon spokesperson next to the   28:28 28 minutes, 28 seconds head of Arrow like eyeing him the whole time  the freaking lasers in the back of his head   28:35 28 minutes, 35 seconds and then at the house hearing you had members  of Congress like Jared mosovich saying we were   told today not to ask you specific questions  so it's like who's pulling the strings above   28:46 28 minutes, 46 seconds everyone here and you know I gotta say something  really cool that that I was just blown away by and   28:52 28 minutes, 52 seconds this was told to me by the Air Force office  of special investigations Kevin and he goes   28:58 28 minutes, 58 seconds uh he goes you can't work for Arrow it's it's a  prerequisite to watch the phenomenon before you   29:07 29 minutes, 7 seconds come work for Arrow and then he goes God that case  at the end in Africa I said you mean the landing   29:12 29 minutes, 12 seconds case wow what it's like the training manual for  Arrow now good job this is amazing this is amazing   29:23 29 minutes, 23 seconds yeah it was pretty cool so so just to terrified  were did you go into the skiff I did I did I went   29:32 29 minutes, 32 seconds into yes just like in the movies it was crazy yeah  and I had to like do a 48 hour background check   29:40 29 minutes, 40 seconds then I had to go through all this like security  metal detector then I went through this like glass   like this glass tube thing almost like in a Star  Trek movie where the door opens on one side and   29:49 29 minutes, 49 seconds you walk in and it opens on the other side you  walk through and then I had to get rid of all   29:55 29 minutes, 55 seconds anything electronic leave it out in a on top of a  of a little Locker open buttons and everything on   30:02 30 minutes, 2 seconds it oh yeah no cameras no cell nothing man boom  I'm inside and their whole operations for Arrow   30:08 30 minutes, 8 seconds are inside of skiff and really I was so I walked  down this hallway and sorry my camera's moving   30:17 30 minutes, 17 seconds I hate that I need to turn that feature off but  I'm walking on this hallway I'm walking on this   hallway with the guy from Air Force office  special investigations afosi and and he stops   30:28 30 minutes, 28 seconds you know wait here and he's doing something and to  my left there's a door open and there's a um uh a   30:36 30 minutes, 36 seconds a table uh with like maybe five people sitting at  the table talking and I just couldn't help myself   30:42 30 minutes, 42 seconds I just kind of turned over and I started tuning in  to what they're saying they're all sitting down at   30:48 30 minutes, 48 seconds this this this table and uh and then somebody gets  off and they walk over and close the door my face 30:58 30 minutes, 58 seconds oh man myself he's like I there I look over know  T into what's what's being said and then yeah it   31:09 31 minutes, 9 seconds was pretty funny and then I went into another room  with the two of them for for like 15 20 minutes   31:15 31 minutes, 15 seconds maybe 45 minutes with uh the head of Arrow hung  out for 15 20 minutes and he had to go and then I   hung out with the other guy the Air Force office  special investigations interesting I was asking   31:25 31 minutes, 25 seconds him about Men In Black who are they what agent are  they from are you looking into it you need to look   31:31 31 minutes, 31 seconds into this case that case like here's where I think  you could find some yeah it was pretty cool please   31:37 31 minutes, 37 seconds tell me you asked about Dodie I I did not I did  not sorry it's all right next time next time yeah   31:45 31 minutes, 45 seconds but I do have I do have their I have one of their  numbers and I text with them wow you know but I   31:51 31 minutes, 51 seconds told them I said you got to throw us a bone you  can't we're not going anywhere yeah this is not   going to go away it's not way yeah absolutely  man well and see that's the frustration right   32:02 32 minutes, 2 seconds there you were in a skiff why can't these members  of Congress get in there to interview these people   32:07 32 minutes, 7 seconds it just this conundrum just it baffles me I I  don't get it look they didn't reveal anything   32:14 32 minutes, 14 seconds classified and the fact that I met in a skip I  mean I don't I don't know could they have shared   classified I don't know if they could have or  not I mean I did a lot of the talking and you   32:23 32 minutes, 23 seconds know but when I started talking about nhi and I  I clearly was like you know this is where this   32:29 32 minutes, 29 seconds is going right you know that right you know and  that's what he just said look like I can't part   32:35 32 minutes, 35 seconds my hair without the dod approving it what he said  see and that makes me think they wanted to they   32:41 32 minutes, 41 seconds wanted information from you not the other way  around they're Gathering Intel from the people   32:47 32 minutes, 47 seconds who are you know investigating these things making  films about them I told them stuff and there's one   32:54 32 minutes, 54 seconds particular bit of evidence that I've been digging  up I look people are get frustrated cuz they're   you know uh the Virginia case we talked about  photography evidence um you know I've been going   33:03 33 minutes, 3 seconds after that for a couple of years now I don't  give up like I've been going after quietly and   again I have to say thank you to David Clark on  the calvine UFO photograph I mean it's been like   33:14 33 minutes, 14 seconds quietly in and out for 20 years I've been kind of  making inquiries about that you know pastoring um   33:20 33 minutes, 20 seconds Nick Pope about it um great interview he gave by  the way on that case isn't it it was interesting   33:26 33 minutes, 26 seconds yeah framed the whole experience in real time  I waited 20 20 years for that moment you know   33:34 33 minutes, 34 seconds and going to the spot so I I'm also been trying to  track down uh um footage of a launch at vanderberg   33:41 33 minutes, 41 seconds Air Force Base I've I've been on it for about  10 years now maybe maybe 12 years and I know the   33:46 33 minutes, 46 seconds individual that has it and so I've been I've been  working that angle for a while and uh and talking   33:53 33 minutes, 53 seconds with it was basically a launch I think it was  in September of 1964 vanderberg Air Force Base   quite similar to what Robert Jacobs talks about  with that object that circles the tip of the   34:04 34 minutes, 4 seconds atlas rocket shoots beam the lights this this  particular footage that I'm going after has I   34:09 34 minutes, 9 seconds think two or three objects circling the tip of an  atlas rocket traveling in roughly 89,000 miles an   34:15 34 minutes, 15 seconds hour um taken in 1964 but it doesn't shoot beams  according to the people that have seen it it does   34:22 34 minutes, 22 seconds and the individual who has it it doesn't shoot  beams of light but it does Circle in it's two   different camera angles one close one further away  showing exactly the same thing so they've totally   34:30 34 minutes, 30 seconds eliminated any possibility of lens flare things  of that nature but it's pretty pretty impressive   stuff and they kind of want my help to go after  it and I did say to them if I help you get it it   34:40 34 minutes, 40 seconds can't disappear like I'm going to get a copy and  you'll get a copy so oh yeah yeah okay so so we're   34:46 34 minutes, 46 seconds working together in tandem on it interesting well  okay yeah we'll see but if they take it and they   34:53 34 minutes, 53 seconds and they lie about it I'm gonna call them out yeah  and I told them that you're not going to make this   go down a black hole because I can give you a  thousand cases right here right now about how   35:02 35 minutes, 2 seconds this stuff has an uncanny ability to vanish well  on that I do want to I know we got to wrap things   35:09 35 minutes, 9 seconds up shortly but got 10 minutes and I gotta walk my  dog and then I've got to go to my dad Bond class   35:17 35 minutes, 17 seconds bu of middle-aged dudes and older get together and  work out and make fun of each other and pump iron   and it's really fun it's good for my mental  state of health so yeah I don't top priority   35:27 35 minutes, 27 seconds you're you're gonna need it for the next few weeks  my friend that's for sure um black hole video I   35:33 35 minutes, 33 seconds have to ask you this um when we were in the car  you played a voicemail for me I won't name the   35:40 35 minutes, 40 seconds individual but people will know who it is about a  certain video will we ever see that video from I'm   35:49 35 minutes, 49 seconds okay well everyone knows at this point is Logan  Paul ever going to drop this best video ever on us   35:56 35 minutes, 56 seconds what's going on I had another guy come to my house  he probably wouldn't want me to mention his name   36:03 36 minutes, 3 seconds and I can't remember his name right off the bat  right here came to this table right here about a   36:08 36 minutes, 8 seconds year ago something like that maybe less and he has  the video and so he showed it to me I said well   36:16 36 minutes, 16 seconds can I take a video of you know uhuh and it was  very degraded uh and it was edited it seemed like   36:23 36 minutes, 23 seconds somebody had edited it wasn't it was It was kind  of chopped up and degraded I mean it definitely   36:29 36 minutes, 29 seconds showed the disc you know doing the wobble that I  remember crystal clear and the the paranoia for   them inside the car and the light over the top  of the car all that but it was kind of edited   36:39 36 minutes, 39 seconds and chopped up and it was really degraded and  I was like God this is and he said that he was   going to he had contacted Chuck Clark and he  was going to um have it enhanced with a with   36:50 36 minutes, 50 seconds a latest software to get rid of all the Dropout  uh for preservation purposes and then I said   okay well do you think it'll get released at that  point he goes well first my first step is to get   36:59 36 minutes, 59 seconds it enhanced and then we'll see what happens so I  haven't forgotten about it I'm still going to try   I I won't ever give up on it uh it's at one point  or another I'm sure Chuck Clark oh and one more   37:10 37 minutes, 10 seconds thing I'll say about it is that I went uh I was on  a tour at a conference actually with um uh um Fade   37:20 37 minutes, 20 seconds to Black uh Jimmy Church yeah Jimmy church and we  were on a conference we took buses from Las Vegas   37:26 37 minutes, 26 seconds out to Area 51 was part of the tour and um we got  to little alien and we hung out there for three   37:33 37 minutes, 33 seconds hours we had food and drinks and whatever and um  I met the again and I've known her for decades the   37:39 37 minutes, 39 seconds daughter of the woman who owned it I think it was  Pat Joe and Pat used to own it Pat's still around   37:44 37 minutes, 44 seconds Joe passed and Pat's daughter I talked to her  about that footage because Chuck Clark lived like   37:51 37 minutes, 51 seconds a couple hundred yards away from the little alien  in in a double wide for for probably 20 years   37:57 37 minutes, 57 seconds of course he had that footage and everybody knew  about it everyone seen it and so I said to her   like what why is there so much secrecy around who  shot it like what what's the big deal why don't   38:07 38 minutes, 7 seconds they come forward and um we talked and and she  was very kind of she remembered me and knew who   38:14 38 minutes, 14 seconds I was but she was kind of standing off it and then  she looked at me and she goes do you really think   we're that stupid that we're not going to make a  digital copy of it she there's reasons why that   38:23 38 minutes, 23 seconds individual didn't come forward no she I yeah there  there was reasons why and wouldn't tell me and I   38:29 38 minutes, 29 seconds don't know I I don't know I don't I don't know but  I I won't I won't I haven't given up on I haven't   38:34 38 minutes, 34 seconds given up on it going after any footage sometimes  this stuff takes a while I don't know yeah welcome   to euphology as always welcome to euphology yeah  I mean look how long it took for the calvine UFO   38:44 38 minutes, 44 seconds photograph to oh my gosh man 34 years 33 years  and completely by happen stance like it was in   38:50 38 minutes, 50 seconds his desk the whole time oh God it's it's crazy  how these things work oh well let's talk briefly   you had um Gary McKinnon in the movie I know you  were I think you were with him the day before you   39:00 39 minutes met up with me right yeah probably yeah probably  wasn't that great that was so cool to hear from   39:06 39 minutes, 6 seconds him again so many years later and and and talked  about he was gonna take his own life before he   39:12 39 minutes, 12 seconds would go Ro in a prison yeah that's intense yeah  so what do you make of his claims in the broader   39:20 39 minutes, 20 seconds picture of the program well it certainly it  certainly aligns with the research that we've done   and the Intel officers telling us about so-called  Immaculate constellation right if there's some   39:30 39 minutes, 30 seconds sort of program that has all this high resolution  4K data right satellite collection data all the   39:38 39 minutes, 38 seconds sensory data uh it's got to be somewhere we we  we've talked to numerous people that have seen   39:43 39 minutes, 43 seconds it you know most of whom are willing to take a  lie detector test that it does exist so uh why   39:50 39 minutes, 50 seconds not Gary McKinnon his claims he's never changed  his claims he saw he saw one image that was very   39:55 39 minutes, 55 seconds impressive of an object that didn't that looked  like it was not of this Earth and then also the   40:02 40 minutes, 2 seconds the officers the non-terrestrial officers what  the hell is that that's weird yeah who are those   40:07 40 minutes, 7 seconds guys are those like astronauts right because  non-terrestrial officers or are they something   40:13 40 minutes, 13 seconds else yeah you know I remember thinking you know  look one of the things the place where I'm at   40:22 40 minutes, 22 seconds now after 30 years is i' I've finally gotten to  a place where I go James I know this sounds crazy   40:31 40 minutes, 31 seconds you hear about different aspects of the phenomenon  that you just have this knee-jerk reaction and go   40:36 40 minutes, 36 seconds that's impossible there's no way in hell that  happened I've gone beyond that now I have to   40:42 40 minutes, 42 seconds say James take a moment suspend judgment and at  least consider this maybe a possibility maybe   40:49 40 minutes, 49 seconds this did happen and dig a little further don't  just reject it so that's where I'm at right now   40:55 40 minutes, 55 seconds I started thinking about Jason Sand's encounter  in the desert that's pretty if true like that's   41:02 41 minutes, 2 seconds a pretty nuto he's he's willing to take a public  lie detector test he has the names of the other   41:10 41 minutes, 10 seconds officers that were on duty that day we have a date  we have a location we have names let's dig let's   41:16 41 minutes, 16 seconds dig into it yep prove or disprove that let's let  the let let let's let the world know about it and   41:23 41 minutes, 23 seconds and and let's dig deeper on that one because  if that really happened [Music] wow it's yeah   41:31 41 minutes, 31 seconds it's it's one for the ages for sure yeah I was  like incredible it's it was incredible um I'm   41:38 41 minutes, 38 seconds gonna look at James I've got just a couple uh  uh questions from Twitter here really quick um   41:44 41 minutes, 44 seconds I'll just pick one I'll pick the greatest hit  here um my favorite color is dark blue next 41:50 41 minutes, 50 seconds question heinous X says what's up James box  um let me see here oh here's a good one Brian   42:00 42 minutes Jacoby asked what is the biggest frustration  about go going through the conventional route   42:06 42 minutes, 6 seconds AKA Congress politicians what can what what can  us normal people do to push the topic forward   42:14 42 minutes, 14 seconds uh what as normal people can do myself included  on that is to support our elected officials bip   42:21 42 minutes, 21 seconds partisan effort to push for more transparency  they need to hear from us that we want answers   42:27 42 minutes, 27 seconds and we have they have our support that's I can't  overstate how significant that is okay cool um let   42:34 42 minutes, 34 seconds me see here we talked about oh uh you posted on  X today you were looking for the J Edgar Hoover   42:43 42 minutes, 43 seconds what's going on with that a friend of mine was  asking me about it and I was like oh yeah I know   42:50 42 minutes, 50 seconds where that is and did did a little quick search  it's like what why can't I find this yeah and   42:55 42 minutes, 55 seconds then I remember thinking you know what that's a  pretty significant document we're talking about   43:00 43 minutes Crash retrieval stuff the former head of the FBI  in his own handwriting right because I featured   43:07 43 minutes, 7 seconds this document in out of the blue decades ago says  okay perfect thank you this is excellent so look   43:15 43 minutes, 15 seconds if we could just figure out what that it's some  people say la or is ITW what is that because if   43:23 43 minutes, 23 seconds that's s SW it could be the Southwest which would  mean could could be Roswell because he talks about   43:29 43 minutes, 29 seconds and look at the date it's July 15th that's just  a week or so after the Army would have grabbed it   43:36 43 minutes, 36 seconds right right right because that's when Roswell  happened so this in my opinion because it's   43:41 43 minutes, 41 seconds not typed it's in his own handwriting it's an  official document from Jed gaho and I know it's   43:48 43 minutes, 48 seconds old obviously and I know it's been reported on  obviously but let's do some analysis and find out   43:55 43 minutes, 55 seconds what that says because if it's if it's La then  I'm just stumped but if it's s SW it could be   44:00 44 minutes Southwest which would mean Roswell which is pretty  significant like let's not just throw this out   just because it's old and it has been reported on  the past as far as I'm concerned it's never really   44:10 44 minutes, 10 seconds we haven't gotten to the bottom of it yeah it's  interesting yeah grabbed it and wouldn't let us   44:16 44 minutes, 16 seconds have it for cursory examination we must insist  upon full access to discs recovered this is a   44:24 44 minutes, 24 seconds week or so after Roswell 194 7 yeah like come on  man if this isn't a smoking and gun document if   44:31 44 minutes, 31 seconds we can just figure out somebody needs to do some  analysis work on that and find out what because   44:36 44 minutes, 36 seconds he says for instance in the something case the  Army grabbed it wouldn't let us have for curs   44:42 44 minutes, 42 seconds examination one week or so after Roswell 10  days after Roswell whatever that is like wow   44:47 44 minutes, 47 seconds right yeah it's crazy um and it could be no more  appropriate than for your new film coming out it's   44:55 44 minutes, 55 seconds super relevant right now I mean relevant document  I know it's old and I know it's been reported on   but nobody's really got in the bottom of it what  what case is he talking about yeah if that's his   45:04 45 minutes, 4 seconds Southwest then that's Bingo right yep exactly  so anyway yeah that's why I I'd like to see I   45:12 45 minutes, 12 seconds just bringing it to people's attention I think  it's relevant very relevant it would be crash   retrieval confirmation in the former head of  the FBI's own handwriting right it's better   45:22 45 minutes, 22 seconds than typing it's it's in his handwriting it could  be an analyzed we should figure out what that is   45:28 45 minutes, 28 seconds I want to know your thoughts what's going on in  new New Jersey man like between the UK and New   45:34 45 minutes, 34 seconds Jersey is this War of the Worlds what's what's  happening I I wish I had definitive answers   45:40 45 minutes, 40 seconds and I don't I have a friend of mine who lives in  New Jersey he called me yesterday alessie and he   goes he actually was with me in Virginia Brazil a  couple of years ago filming for moment of contact   45:50 45 minutes, 50 seconds and he calls me up and I totally trust this guy  and he goes hey I live here they're flying over   45:55 45 minutes, 55 seconds my house I said 'w tell me what are you seeing  he goes they're the size of an SUV and they   46:02 46 minutes, 2 seconds make noise but they're hovering and they're this  and they're that I go they're making noise yeah   they're making noise but they their loiter time  is hours as opposed to minutes now I fly pretty   46:12 46 minutes, 12 seconds Advanced drones I mean relatively within the you  know I mean I fly I you know for my movies right   but I'm lucky to get 20 minutes flight time  maybe 25 of them I'm really lucky under the   46:22 46 minutes, 22 seconds right conditions these things are up for hours  and in some instances I've heard relatively   46:27 46 minutes, 27 seconds credible reports of f-16s over more sensitive  airspace like like military bases uh you know   46:33 46 minutes, 33 seconds going after them and then just outmaneuvering an  F-16 is that really true because if that's true   46:39 46 minutes, 39 seconds you're talking about potentially conventional  propulsion but highly Advanced so I don't know   46:45 46 minutes, 45 seconds I don't know what to think it's really crazy and  the Silence from from from the executive branch is   46:51 46 minutes, 51 seconds deafening really I mean they're saying don't worry  you have nothing to fear really but you don't   46:57 46 minutes, 57 seconds know what they are that doesn't make sense either  the pentagonally nothing to see here folks they   47:05 47 minutes, 5 seconds said they that it's not US tech and that it's  uh what did they say not US tech and it's not   47:12 47 minutes, 12 seconds Iran because one of the New Jersey reps said that  he heard that it was Iranian technology and they   47:19 47 minutes, 19 seconds were able to uh deny that but then they also  said this is not US tech either they're giving   47:27 47 minutes, 27 seconds horrible explanations they're making matters worse  to say that because why don't you just follow one   47:33 47 minutes, 33 seconds of them back wherever it goes follow it duh like  makes me think they know it really makes me think   47:42 47 minutes, 42 seconds they know they should say we know what they are  don't worry about it it's okay but they don't   say that either yeah so I'm highly dubious I you  know come on I know man anyway like yeah sorry go   47:53 47 minutes, 53 seconds ahead no I don't want to end with a drone question  question so so I guess my big question for you is   48:01 48 minutes, 1 second um what do what happens next the film is coming  out December 16th um yeah what is the biggest   48:10 48 minutes, 10 seconds thing people should pay attention to with the film  and where is this all heading as we go into 2025   48:17 48 minutes, 17 seconds with the UFO issue well I I think it's really  important to keep the pressure on I think we   48:22 48 minutes, 22 seconds really are living in unprecedented times right now  it's happening there's a culmination right and uh   48:29 48 minutes, 29 seconds it's got the attention of Congress uh starting to  get the attention of the American public in fact   48:36 48 minutes, 36 seconds globally remember the implications are for all  of humanity not just the United States right this   is this is far-reaching global implications and  and uh it potentially could be the biggest story   48:46 48 minutes, 46 seconds in modern history and um I think we need to keep  the pressure on keep supporting the Congressional   48:54 48 minutes, 54 seconds effort uh to hold the Intel community feet to  the fire um keep demanding answers and um and   49:02 49 minutes, 2 seconds and and don't let up now's not the time to let up  I I want to say that this is the most independent   production I've ever done start to finish we have  no distributor we're doing this entirely on our   49:12 49 minutes, 12 seconds own I had to borrow a quarter of a million dollars  just to pay to get it released it's a long story   49:17 49 minutes, 17 seconds but there's a lot of un unfor there's just a lot  of expenditures PR companies you know ad running   49:23 49 minutes, 23 seconds ad space I'm doing basically exactly what my  distrib distributor used to do like when I put out   the phenomenon everything's the same the people  that Acquire the film aren't going to see anything   49:32 49 minutes, 32 seconds different it's just that we're all paying out of  pocket we have no Distribution Company we have   an aggregator who posts it up on the filmhub but  that's it we do everything so uh it's the first   49:41 49 minutes, 41 seconds time in the history of all my films that has been  that independent the film's coming out on Amazon   49:47 49 minutes, 47 seconds iTunes Apple Vimeo it's going to be expensive  for the first two weeks it's purchased only yeah   49:55 49 minutes, 55 seconds I know so it's going to be $20 and if you can't  afford the $20 I totally get it sit tight and we   will make it available for rent at the end of this  month we're trying to recoup we're about a million   50:05 50 minutes, 5 seconds dollars in debt right now uh people wanted me to  set up a GoFundMe I refuse to do that unless I'm   in a foreign prison somewhere and I do not have  the ability to get myself out then you can set   50:14 50 minutes, 14 seconds up a Gund me I'm not accepting free money but if  you guys want to fund me and you want to help buy   50:20 50 minutes, 20 seconds it in the next two weeks and if not wait until  it's available to rent and I do appreciate all   50:25 50 minutes, 25 seconds of your support really really mean that yeah yeah  if you want to see me my sweaty ass hiking up a   50:32 50 minutes, 32 seconds hill with James Fox who's in way better shape  than I'll ever be um yeah you could see me for   50:38 50 minutes, 38 seconds like half a second there but hey I'm not arguing  so yes yes that was yes you're in there a number   50:46 50 minutes, 46 seconds of times that was me and one of your camera guys  so I I can say that I was in a reenactor of one of   50:52 50 minutes, 52 seconds the calvine UFO Witnesses you know what you're  going to get an Academy Award for that un that   50:57 50 minutes, 57 seconds was your acting was phenomenal way you stood there  under the tree and knelt down that's a right there   51:05 51 minutes, 5 seconds I'd like to thank my mom all of my supporters  throughout for this award no I'm kidding dude it   51:10 51 minutes, 10 seconds was such a pleasure doing that with you like it's  a Memory I will hold dear forever keep me posted   51:16 51 minutes, 16 seconds on your documentary on the Shag Harbor and let me  know how I can help out absolutely I will and um   thank you I know you got to get going James but  I can't wait for it to come out um like you said   51:26 51 minutes, 26 seconds we'll have links to everything in the show notes  for where you guys can find the film and uh good   51:31 51 minutes, 31 seconds luck with the release my friend thanks so  much thanks for joining us bye everybody 52:24 52 minutes, 24 seconds
