They connect the two, them and the craft. They connect a foundational mind that's all over the universe and they can literally think [music] where they 0:07 7 seconds want to go. Now, that sounds so science fiction. It's crazy. I would say they're not all benevolent. So, there could be some coming here that are malevolent. 0:18 18 seconds And again, that technological gap or military gap between us and them would be significant. The only [snorts] chance we have to save you is to kind of put 0:26 26 seconds some ET in your DNA. You'll still look human, but you're going to have some ET in your DNA. Chapter 2: UFO Whistleblowers and “Secret Science” 0:40 40 seconds Hey everybody, welcome back to Unveiled. 0:42 42 seconds I'm your host Rob and joining me today is Rick Patello, author, thinker, philosopher. Uh he's back on the show. 0:51 51 seconds Uh Rick, it's been a little over, no, almost a year since we last spoken. I feel like a lot has gone on in the 0:58 58 seconds science UAP consciousness topics. Um, where should we start? 1:05 1 minute, 5 seconds Well, you're right. There's been a whole lot going on. Um, I I think probably the the main thing would be just to kind of because there's so much UFO whistleblower activity in the last year. 1:16 1 minute, 16 seconds They've been making illusions to secret science. So, I wrote an article. uh it's on my website secret science because uh 1:24 1 minute, 24 seconds they're discussing some fantastical things that uh are again alluding to a secret science. There's psionics. 1:32 1 minute, 32 seconds They're mentioning connection to foundational mind. Uh there have been some people that have come out and talked about uh how they're appearing 1:42 1 minute, 42 seconds out of the oceans. I know you had Tim Galardet as a de as a guest and um there's there's that and then uh some of Chapter 3: Why Mainstream Science Is Changing Its Tune 1:50 1 minute, 50 seconds the journalists have been talking about um leaks that have been coming out of the program discussing what amounts to a secret science. So we could we could 1:58 1 minute, 58 seconds probably talk about that because uh it's pretty fascinating because it implies that there is a science that's way past 2:06 2 minutes, 6 seconds mainstream science and certainly way past academia, way past it. um how many 2:13 2 minutes, 13 seconds decades, centuries, or millennia ahead they are in different aspects like propulsion systems or weapons or any of 2:20 2 minutes, 20 seconds that, I'm not sure, but I would say it's minimally decades. 2:24 2 minutes, 24 seconds Speaking of mainstream science, you know, people like uh Neil deGrasse Tyson have come out fairly recently and changed their tune seemingly about their 2:32 2 minutes, 32 seconds stance on on UAPs. You know, he seems to be a lot more open to it these days and he's pretty much like the poster child for mainstream science. So, what does that tell you about this whole story? 2:42 2 minutes, 42 seconds Yeah, I mean, I don't know him personally, but um I would say that a lot of it is the mainstream science was 2:50 2 minutes, 50 seconds um convinced um with and and a part of the veil of ridicule, right? There's been a truth embargo on the truth of the 2:59 2 minutes, 59 seconds extraterrestrial presence for 75 years or something. So, a lot of these people now who are hardcore scientific materialists, I believe, are 3:09 3 minutes, 9 seconds um trying to get back into the show, so to speak, because they're worried that the whistleblower testimony and members Chapter 4: Is Consciousness Foundational to Reality? 3:16 3 minutes, 16 seconds of Congress like Congresswoman Luna and and Congressman Burchett are uh again alluding to this kind of science that 3:25 3 minutes, 25 seconds kind of leaves them um in the dust. So, they're trying to get in there. I think some to preserve their legacy, but also 3:34 3 minutes, 34 seconds because it's exciting. Um, but I think that you're seeing more and more of the traditional mainstream scientists start 3:43 3 minutes, 43 seconds to really join the discussion because they don't want to be left behind. It seems like the theories surrounding this, and I agree with you, that there 3:50 3 minutes, 50 seconds is a lot of illusions to this this advanced science. 3:54 3 minutes, 54 seconds A lot of the theories seem to point to it being tied directly to consciousness in some way. 4:01 4 minutes, 1 second What is what is your personal theory about that? How much do you know about this? And and like what are your thoughts? 4:07 4 minutes, 7 seconds Yeah. Uh I I think that the double slit experiment in quantum physics as we talked about in the last time we got together um because it's kind of the 4:14 4 minutes, 14 seconds basis of my book um proves that there's a foundational mind um and it's a fallacy that 4:22 4 minutes, 22 seconds consciousness um results from um neural networks and synaptic firings in the brain. The brain is actually a 4:30 4 minutes, 30 seconds transceiver of consciousness that works with it. But the materialist explanation that it generates consciousness is wrong. Now there's been a considerable 4:39 4 minutes, 39 seconds debate between mainstream science and those people who like Bernardo Castrip or someone who thinks that um consciousness is foundational like I do. 4:49 4 minutes, 49 seconds There's never been an arbiter. There's never been anybody that could decide. 4:54 4 minutes, 54 seconds But with UFO whistleblower testimony coming out now saying that extraterrestrials um are using psionics and using access Chapter 5: Bob Lazar, Roswell and Reverse Engineering 5:04 5 minutes, 4 seconds to foundational mind. It's giving it credence where before there was nothing 5:11 5 minutes, 11 seconds but debate between the two sides. So again, secret science is kind of an arbiter because [clears throat] it shows what the future's going to be. 5:21 5 minutes, 21 seconds And a lot of the mainstream scientists do not want to be left behind. 5:24 5 minutes, 24 seconds Yeah. A lot of people argue that this has been decades and decades, you know, in in the in the making sort of thing. 5:31 5 minutes, 31 seconds And and you know, the popular one of the most popular people speaking about reverse engineering programs, Bob Lazar, come back. He's come back into the 5:40 5 minutes, 40 seconds spotlight recently. new film was made about him and so he's been doing more appearances on podcasts and whatnot. Um, 5:47 5 minutes, 47 seconds a contentious story for sure. Not everybody believes him, but he does argue that there's been reverse engineering and that, you know, he 5:55 5 minutes, 55 seconds participated in that. Is that um is that the main crux of this whole thing, the reverse 6:02 6 minutes, 2 seconds engineering of of crashed UAPs? Do you think that's where this all stems from? 6:07 6 minutes, 7 seconds Uh, yeah. I mean, that's a good point. I think I think that you know if you go back to 1947 and the Roswell crash, if 6:14 6 minutes, 14 seconds we can believe that that's true, um then I think this some kind of a Majestic 12 group or what's now known as a legacy program was probably set up to study it. 6:24 6 minutes, 24 seconds And one of the first things you've got in your possession then is uh craft. And then you've also got as David Grush is 6:32 6 minutes, 32 seconds uh uh testifying that there's actually biologics bodies as well. But I think I know enough about human nature to know 6:40 6 minutes, 40 seconds that if you run across some kind of technology that is um traveling from other worlds to here, you're going to study the heck out of it because it's 6:48 6 minutes, 48 seconds going to be insightful as to what um our future propulsion systems might be and our meta materials might be. So that 6:56 6 minutes, 56 seconds would be probably the basis of the program. U let me take that back. Take it back. I would say that the basis of the program would be are we going to be 7:05 7 minutes, 5 seconds safe? are are they are they here as a threat? And then if you could make a determination that they may not be a threat, they've been here for thousands Chapter 6: Did Alien Technology Seed Modern Tech? 7:13 7 minutes, 13 seconds of years, they're probably not going to kill us or take our planet, then you go right to the craft and start reverse engineering. I would imagine that the 7:20 7 minutes, 20 seconds legacy program has been most interested in the propulsion aspects as Bob Lazar was the main kind of a witness to that. 7:29 7 minutes, 29 seconds And then the other thing would be weaponry, metamaterials, and any kind of computerization that would have been on 7:37 7 minutes, 37 seconds board the craft is. There's also been theories about, you know, stuff some of this stuff having trickled down into the technology 7:44 7 minutes, 44 seconds that we currently have. And most of the advances that we have made over the past 80 years or since since Roswell have 7:52 7 minutes, 52 seconds been in computer technology, information technology. is that do you think that um the source may have may 8:00 8 minutes have been from these craft some of these uh advances that we've made and why not advance in other ways like you know maybe this is a an obvious question but 8:09 8 minutes, 9 seconds like you mentioned propulsion we're still using fossil fuels we're still using internal combustion and things like that um in your mind you know is 8:18 8 minutes, 18 seconds there a reason for that yeah I mean to to kind of address your first point um Philip Corso wrote a great book your audience is sophisticated audience I've read the 8:27 8 minutes, 27 seconds comments from other guests. You got you got a sophisticated audience or a good audience. So they probably know this already. So it could be a little bit redundant, but the book is called The 8:34 8 minutes, 34 seconds Day After Roswell. And Philip Corso test wrote a book and um gave testimony 8:43 8 minutes, 43 seconds to the idea that he was tasked by the military to go to Bell Labs and IBM and 8:52 8 minutes, 52 seconds places like that, I believe back in the 1950s and with materials and technology out of 8:59 8 minutes, 59 seconds craft and specifically he says we got integrated circuit chips from it. We got 9:06 9 minutes, 6 seconds uh lasers, we got computerization, and we got Kevlar. And he was instructed to have these companies file patents on 9:15 9 minutes, 15 seconds this stuff and introduce it um into the economy because it was going to be something that was going to be 9:21 9 minutes, 21 seconds beneficial for humanity to uh and so you know, is there proof of that? Is is is 9:28 9 minutes, 28 seconds there uh a likelihood that is probably true? Yeah, because if you take a look at the historical progress of humanity, 9:36 9 minutes, 36 seconds it just skyrocketed after 1947, went straight up and before that was relatively flat. So, he's got some some 9:46 9 minutes, 46 seconds credibility on that. Um the second thing would be um why they keep a lid on it because some of that technology 9:54 9 minutes, 54 seconds might not be able to be seen as organically achieved by humans. So it 10:00 10 minutes would inform on the uh extraterrestrial presence. And then if you came out with 10:09 10 minutes, 9 seconds zero point energy, which is Steven Greer's um one of his primary um points, and you came out with teleportation Chapter 7: Why Keep the UFO Secret? 10:17 10 minutes, 17 seconds using, you know, higher level quantum principles than we have, you're essentially wiping out the fossil fuels 10:24 10 minutes, 24 seconds industry and the airline industry. So I think they'd be concerned that if something informs on extraterrestrials 10:32 10 minutes, 32 seconds too much so that it cannot be explained by organic human development. Uh that's too much cat out of the bag and I think they find that scary. 10:42 10 minutes, 42 seconds At the same time you know it it's been it's been 80 years of this. Is there no situation where you know it's kind of 10:50 10 minutes, 50 seconds like a slow introduction or is that what we're kind of seeing now? Is the onlogical shock a concern? Is it like economic concerns that are driving the Chapter 8: The Biggest Threats of Disclosure 10:59 10 minutes, 59 seconds decision-making? I'm trying to understand why the secrecy [clears throat] would be so important to keep. 11:06 11 minutes, 6 seconds Wow. You know, that that's a great question. And and that brings us to probably um the issues that they do not 11:13 11 minutes, 13 seconds want discussed, but you and I are going to discuss them now. So that uh we might as well discuss them. So, uh, the first 11:20 11 minutes, 20 seconds one would be that the threat of the UFO phenomenon would be the end of anthropocentrism, right? Man at the 11:29 11 minutes, 29 seconds center of everything. We all think we're special. Humans think we're special. If you're a Darwinist, you believe we're the highest product of natural 11:36 11 minutes, 36 seconds evolution. We're the apex predator. If you're a creationist, you believe we're made in the image of God, which is extremely special. Um, so our 11:43 11 minutes, 43 seconds self-concept would be hit hard by not being so special. natural anymore. So that's number one. The second thing 11:51 11 minutes, 51 seconds would be humans throughout all of history. If you take, you know, just go back to any war, Romans, Carthaginians, 11:58 11 minutes, 58 seconds you know, the uh allies against Hitler, we've always been as humans having in 12:06 12 minutes, 6 seconds our possession, whether you were on one side or the other, the apex weaponry. So in our minds we always had no matter who 12:14 12 minutes, 14 seconds won the conflict human weaponry human weaponry was supreme. That's not true. 12:20 12 minutes, 20 seconds If we come in contact with extraterrestrials who can traverse the galaxy because I can guarantee you that if they can traverse the galaxy they have commensurate weaponry. They have 12:28 12 minutes, 28 seconds galactic scale weapons not planetary scale weapons. Nuclear weapons to them it's probably so far in their past they consider it almost primitive. 12:38 12 minutes, 38 seconds The other thing that would happen would be if this disclosure came out prematurely before the public was adequately prepared. You would have toppling of a lot of our science itself. 12:51 12 minutes, 51 seconds Uh a lot of it would be anacronistic at best and maybe wrong at worst. So we'd have to really evaluate our entire 13:00 13 minutes science would be have to be redone in a lot of ways. Last thing is that we would the social contract would be broken 13:07 13 minutes, 7 seconds because you and I pay taxes to our governments to keep us safe. And if the abduction phenomenon or hybrid breeding 13:15 13 minutes, 15 seconds programs turn out to be real, I'm not saying they are, but if they turn out to be real, then the social contract is broken because the government can't keep 13:23 13 minutes, 23 seconds you and I safe. So that I think that would be a massive concern for the legacy program and the powers that be. 13:30 13 minutes, 30 seconds So that's more like um like a concern about social order, right? Because you know whether whether the public is aware 13:37 13 minutes, 37 seconds or not, you know, if if these if these things are true and the government can't keep us safe, then the only thing 13:44 13 minutes, 44 seconds protecting us is our own ignorance about it, you know, in a certain sense. 13:49 13 minutes, 49 seconds Correct. And I and to give you some idea and it just sound just like rhetoric, but to give you some idea of a planetary scale weapon versus a galactic scale 13:58 13 minutes, 58 seconds weapon, um planetary scale weapons, you know, we've got tanks, missiles, bazookas, artillery, uh cruise missiles, 14:06 14 minutes, 6 seconds we've got nuclear weapons, all that. I was reading and I can't prove this of course but I was reading that a galactic 14:13 14 minutes, 13 seconds scale weapon that it was hypothesized that um an extraterrestrial civilization can harness the power of their star take 14:21 14 minutes, 21 seconds some of that solar energy from their star use quantum principles 14:28 14 minutes, 28 seconds focus it on an enemy solar system uh thousands of light years away 14:35 14 minutes, 35 seconds activate the device and from thousands of light years away, literally destroy the other civilization. 14:42 14 minutes, 42 seconds And so the the the term that they used when I was reading about it was a galactic sniper rifle. So if that's possible, I'm not saying it is. I know 14:50 14 minutes, 50 seconds it's highly speculative, but if that was possible, because they could be millions or billions of years more advanced than us, what's a tank or a bazooka going to 15:00 15 minutes do against that? Right. So again, difference between galactic scale weapon and planetary scale weapon. Yeah, that's Chapter 9: Is Disclosure a Desensitization Program? 15:08 15 minutes, 8 seconds like a Star Wars Death Star level uh destruction right there. Absolutely. 15:14 15 minutes, 14 seconds What are your thoughts about the disclosure initiative that is kind of playing out with Congress right now? You alluded to 15:23 15 minutes, 23 seconds some of the uh some of the people involved, Congresswoman Luna, Tim Berchett, uh there's there's many others, but a lot of people are kind of 15:31 15 minutes, 31 seconds skeptical and and worried that this is a sort of scop. You know, they are dropping little hints about things like 15:39 15 minutes, 39 seconds interdimensional beings travel. They're talking now about different types of species that are that have been 15:47 15 minutes, 47 seconds identified. So, things are getting a little bit more explicit, a little bit more weird. 15:53 15 minutes, 53 seconds But at the same time, my sense is that they're kind of just preaching to the choir. It's all the people in the UFO 16:00 16 minutes community who are really interested in this stuff that are following along. I don't know how much of it is actually reaching the general public because when 16:07 16 minutes, 7 seconds I hang out with friends and family, this is not really a topic of conversation that I, you know, that I hear being discussed. So, what's your take? Is this 16:16 16 minutes, 16 seconds an effective um sort of roll out that we're seeing or 16:22 16 minutes, 22 seconds is it just really to string everybody along so that they're kind of content with that some sort of movement is happening? What's your take on this? 16:31 16 minutes, 31 seconds Uh I would say it's a gradual desensitization program and it's it's the next stage of that. So the first was you know videos and witness UFO witness 16:41 16 minutes, 41 seconds reports. I would say that um Aberant was uh experiencer accounts or abductee 16:49 16 minutes, 49 seconds accounts. Those were you know very discouraged by the powers that be. But the videos have been coming out for 75 16:58 16 minutes, 58 seconds years or or photographs and then witness testimony has been there for a long time. But now um and you've had some of 17:05 17 minutes, 5 seconds the whistleblowers on your show. What they're saying is that Congress is now and uh people like uh the the the Soul 17:14 17 minutes, 14 seconds Foundation are using censor data to back up or substantiate the videos and the 17:23 17 minutes, 23 seconds photographs and the witness accounts because they're now using sensor data to substantiate it. So that's kind of a 17:30 17 minutes, 30 seconds next evolution. I think it's where we are right now is that we're using additional technologies to validate the 17:38 17 minutes, 38 seconds videos. Um, how far is that away from actual real disclosure? I would imagine still decades away. I don't think that's 17:46 17 minutes, 46 seconds going to happen quickly at all. The next step might be, and I hope this is true, that the powers that be realize that at 17:55 17 minutes, 55 seconds some point every civilization reaches an inflection point where they have to transition from being solitary or 18:03 18 minutes, 3 seconds believing they're the only to one of many. It's just inevitable because the alternative to that is is horrific, Chapter 10: Competing Factions Inside Government 18:10 18 minutes, 10 seconds which is a dual track civilization where the elite stay in the no and the public stays in the dark. That's a bad situation. So, they're going to have to 18:18 18 minutes, 18 seconds get to that point at some point. I don't think we're there yet. I think it's censored data backing up videos and then 18:26 18 minutes, 26 seconds maybe 5 to 10 years from now, we'll get a more scientific analysis where academia gets involved and analyzing the 18:35 18 minutes, 35 seconds UFO uh phenomenon or UAP phenomenon from a true scientific point. A popular opinion is that there are competing 18:43 18 minutes, 43 seconds factions within government, deep state, some wanting disclosure and some opposed to disclosure. Do you believe that to be the case? 18:52 18 minutes, 52 seconds I do. And I I think that um the only reason that the faction that doesn't want disclosure would be because 19:01 19 minutes, 1 second of the four things we talked about, you just now about how horrific that could be if the public's not adequately prepared. I think a lot of the 19:09 19 minutes, 9 seconds pro-disclosure people um are trying to get ahead of potential catastrophic disclosure, which would be ET lands on 19:18 19 minutes, 18 seconds the White House lawn and humans are not ready or somebody uploads some kind of a video or presents 19:26 19 minutes, 26 seconds an actual craft or something and they're not in a legacy program and there's incontrovertible evidence and now the public is confronted with the truth 19:34 19 minutes, 34 seconds before they're ready for the truth. I do think that the legacy program would would actually like it if the public was 19:41 19 minutes, 41 seconds adequately prepared. I just don't think they know how to get there. I think they weigh it out with in the future we have 19:48 19 minutes, 48 seconds to bring humanity along, but right now they're not interested enough and uh 19:56 19 minutes, 56 seconds capable enough to handle the real truth um because there's some scary elements to it. So I think they're in a dilemma. 20:03 20 minutes, 3 seconds I think they're in a hard dilemma. rock and a hard place, so to speak, between having to get the word out, but it could collapse civilization if we do it wrong. 20:12 20 minutes, 12 seconds I agree with you that overall humanity is not interested enough in in this. I think that there's too many other Chapter 11: What Evidence Would Convince the Public? 20:20 20 minutes, 20 seconds earthly problems that people are preoccupied with and the you know there's a there's a small group of people that are extremely hungry for the 20:28 20 minutes, 28 seconds truth about this but I think the majority of the population is just kind of unaware or distracted or preoccupied with other things that are more important to them. 20:39 20 minutes, 39 seconds But the question I have is do you think that it there is even an incontrovertible truth that could be 20:47 20 minutes, 47 seconds revealed because now we have AI that you know deep fakes and um [clears throat] anything can be simulated and 20:56 20 minutes, 56 seconds everybody's questioning everything like the truth has become so fractured. Do you think that like what would it take 21:02 21 minutes, 2 seconds to convince everybody that the that NHI exists that they are here um and that 21:10 21 minutes, 10 seconds and that we we've been visited we're not alone? What would it take to convince everybody that that that's true? 21:17 21 minutes, 17 seconds You uh the number one thing would be you remember the scene from the movie Independence Day when all of a sudden all the ET craft are in over every city 21:24 21 minutes, 24 seconds and everywhere. If we got that that's panic city. I mean that's panic time. So that would be one thing that would be 21:31 21 minutes, 31 seconds catastrophic disclosure. Um there could be independent research researchers or 21:38 21 minutes, 38 seconds certain NOS's like Muon and Kufos and maybe the disclosure uh foundation or 21:45 21 minutes, 45 seconds the Soul Foundation or some of those that come into uh having some kind of 21:52 21 minutes, 52 seconds incontrovertible evidence and because they're such hard disclosure advocates, they release it without really thinking 21:59 21 minutes, 59 seconds about the consequences. I know that those guys are well-intentioned. I mean, I think Stephen Bassid and Steven Gur are very well-intentioned people. Um, 22:08 22 minutes, 8 seconds the public should know we pay the taxes, but I think they have to also factor in um is there some element of the truth Chapter 12: Thoughts on Disclosure Day 22:16 22 minutes, 16 seconds that is so disruptive to society that society might not survive it. Um, again, I don't have the answer as to what a 22:24 22 minutes, 24 seconds legacy program ought to be doing to adequately educate the public, but somebody's going to have to get us there sometime or we're going to go down a dual track for centuries. 22:35 22 minutes, 35 seconds I think you saw the film uh Disclosure Day. Did you? I did. I did. 22:39 22 minutes, 39 seconds Um, a lot of people were disappointed in that movie. I personally enjoyed it. I liked it. I thought that it was a good 22:48 22 minutes, 48 seconds summary of a lot of the uh history, the lore surrounding the the UFO phenomenon. 22:55 22 minutes, 55 seconds Um, and I liked the fact that, you know, spoiler alert, minor spoiler alert, but, you know, the 23:04 23 minutes, 4 seconds one of the criticisms that people have was that um it kind of like ended before we got to the punchline. Mhm. 23:13 23 minutes, 13 seconds But I I I appreciate that Spielberg didn't put forward um what he thought 23:20 23 minutes, 20 seconds would happen if disclosure were to occur, how the world would react. That was left as a question mark and it Chapter 13: How Would the Public React to the Truth? 23:28 23 minutes, 28 seconds wasn't kind of like forced upon people's psyche, you know, this this um this image of what would happen. It was kind 23:36 23 minutes, 36 seconds of left in the air. What do you think would happen if this the scenario of of that movie were to roll out in real life? 23:46 23 minutes, 46 seconds Uh well, with with your audience and the people that are super interested in the subject, no problem. I It's interesting 23:53 23 minutes, 53 seconds that you know, you were alluding to AI because um I asked AI not long ago because I was curious after seeing disclosure day. I said, you know, what 24:02 24 minutes, 2 seconds percentage of and I use a number of different AIs. I said, "What percentage of the public could probably handle the 24:09 24 minutes, 9 seconds truth, including the abduction phenomenon and any kind of a hybrid breeding program?" And it said about 5%. 24:16 24 minutes, 16 seconds So that's a small numbers. That means 95% of the public could not adequately handle it. If the message was ETS's Chapter 14: Abductions and Alleged Hybrid Programs 24:24 24 minutes, 24 seconds here, um they're benevolent. um they consider us a backward civilization, but they're here to help and they're going 24:31 24 minutes, 31 seconds to improve our nature by being kind of open diplomatically with us. I think 95% of the public could handle that. It's 24:39 24 minutes, 39 seconds just that it's the abduction phenomenon. And you know, u 24:46 24 minutes, 46 seconds former Congressman Gates from Florida came out and said that he was told by somebody in the legacy program that 24:53 24 minutes, 53 seconds there is a breeding program where the decision has been made by ET, I guess, working with humans, that you're a screwed up species. The only chance we 25:02 25 minutes, 2 seconds have to save you is to kind of put some ET in your DNA. You'll still look human, but you're going to have some ET in your 25:09 25 minutes, 9 seconds DNA because other than that, you're not going to get wholesome enough to join a federation and become part of the galaxy or something. I I find that scary that 25:18 25 minutes, 18 seconds somebody would be trying to breed out the human from humanity. I don't like that at all. But um 25:26 25 minutes, 26 seconds if that was the case, the public is not going to handle that because they probably have the opinion that I do that 25:33 25 minutes, 33 seconds humans are, you know, kind of sacred. We can't we can't lose our humanity even if we come into contact with advanced species. 25:42 25 minutes, 42 seconds Yeah. Well, I've heard a lot of theories also about um human hum like the the evolutionary path of humanity having a 25:51 25 minutes, 51 seconds kind of gap in it which is difficult to account for um and that there may have 25:58 25 minutes, 58 seconds been some sort of DNA tampering done at an early stage in human evolution to get us to where we are now because the timeline doesn't quite work out. Um, so Chapter 15: Human Evolution, DNA and Religion 26:07 26 minutes, 7 seconds this might have this might go back much much farther than just you know them coming here now over the past couple hundred years to to tamper with our DNA. 26:15 26 minutes, 15 seconds It might have been part of our origin uh dating back you know hundreds of thousands of years. Um, the other thing I wanted to say about 26:23 26 minutes, 23 seconds disclosure day is that there were a few elements alluding to what you just mentioned that were I feel overly simplistic 26:30 26 minutes, 30 seconds such as, you know, the concern about um how an admission would uh affect this um religion. Mhm. 26:40 26 minutes, 40 seconds You know, there's the whole the whole storyline about the the nuns and, you know, concern about how 26:49 26 minutes, 49 seconds Christianity would be affected, but all religions really, by uh disclosure. 26:55 26 minutes, 55 seconds I don't know. I don't I don't know if I buy that. I I kind of feel like uh religious people might be more open-minded 27:02 27 minutes, 2 seconds uh to, you know, God's creation expanding like way beyond Earth. Uh what are your thoughts about that? 27:10 27 minutes, 10 seconds Yeah, I would I would agree with you. I think um that you know you you and I can't go to some planet orbiting some other star 27:18 27 minutes, 18 seconds someplace and take a bunch of water with us and pour it on the dirt and expect to get life, right? There has to be some creator that that to spark life to 27:26 27 minutes, 26 seconds start. They've never been able to prove um in any of our science that you can get organic matter out of inorganic 27:35 27 minutes, 35 seconds matter. It it takes some kind of a spark. So if ET is there, then somebody had to have made them originally too. So 27:43 27 minutes, 43 seconds I think religion could handle it if you put it in that framework. Um but I don't think religion would do well with the 27:51 27 minutes, 51 seconds idea that they are messing with the containers of a soul, humans, um through 27:58 27 minutes, 58 seconds some kind of a breeding program. And I don't think the religion would be able to handle um any kind of displacement of 28:06 28 minutes, 6 seconds their role. I mean I I I think you and I talked last time that there was somebody from the Vatican and I forget who it was. I apologize for not remembering who 28:14 28 minutes, 14 seconds it was but they said if there's ETSs don't worry about that. We'll just baptize them and make them Christians. 28:21 28 minutes, 21 seconds So they they had a fallback position already. Right. So I religion is like any other organization. They don't want Chapter 16: Consciousness-Controlled UFO Technology 28:28 28 minutes, 28 seconds to be displaced. they that their their number one thing is to is continuence. 28:33 28 minutes, 33 seconds So, uh that would be their concern. But I think you're right that most Christians and most religious people would be able to handle the truth if it 28:41 28 minutes, 41 seconds was framed properly. Um, the the other interesting thing about Disclosure Day, and this is my last point that I want to make about the film, was the the 28:49 28 minutes, 49 seconds technology that was kind of the I I feel like the the plot armor of the whole film was that psychic um tool that they 28:59 28 minutes, 59 seconds were able to use to uh communicate telepathically and kind of like uh teleport and you know, astral project and influence other people. 29:09 29 minutes, 9 seconds How much of that do you think is grounded in truth? And how much of do you think it was just a convenient um plot device for the movie? 29:16 29 minutes, 16 seconds I'm with you. I thought it was just a convenient plot device. I did. That was the one part I really didn't like. But um I will tell you that what the 29:26 29 minutes, 26 seconds whistleblowers are saying is that and this sounds so science fiction to me your audience is going to think this 29:32 29 minutes, 32 seconds sounds nuts but um supposedly uh ET 29:40 29 minutes, 40 seconds has a Minecraft interface between them and their craft which is kind of biologically alive also with imbued 29:49 29 minutes, 49 seconds consciousness in it. They connect the two, them and the craft. They connect a foundational mind that's all over the universe and they can literally think 29:57 29 minutes, 57 seconds where they want to go. Now, that sounds so science fiction. It's crazy. But we've got actual whistleblowers in front 30:06 30 minutes, 6 seconds of Congress under the threat of perjury testifying that that's true. So the only thing I could say that would kind of 30:14 30 minutes, 14 seconds would would validate that would be if we're talking about species that are millions to billions of years older than 30:23 30 minutes, 23 seconds us because they have the advantage of anticedants. They come from star systems that are literally millions or billions of years older than us. Then it might be 30:31 30 minutes, 31 seconds possible to for them to do what I just described because humans would probably be able to do that too in a million years or a billion years. So, it's only Chapter 17: Different Types of Non-Human Intelligence 30:40 30 minutes, 40 seconds far-fetched because we just see our little time horizon, not the universal time horizon. 30:46 30 minutes, 46 seconds You know, we've I I alluded to the um different types of species that have been mentioned kind of teased by by 30:53 30 minutes, 53 seconds various people. Now, um you know, grays are the obviously the most like the the prototypical ET 31:01 31 minutes, 1 second imagery, which was uh kind of like the the focus of the the Disclosure Day film. You know, there's also talk of 31:09 31 minutes, 9 seconds like reptilians, um, like human human more humanl looking, some people call them tall whites, um, other types, mantis beings. 31:20 31 minutes, 20 seconds I'm sure that there's many, many more. I mean, if you look at the species of fish in the ocean, why would the universe Chapter 18: What Is the NHI Agenda? 31:27 31 minutes, 27 seconds have any less diversity of of life than that? There's probably a limitless amount of of beings out there. The 31:35 31 minutes, 35 seconds agendas of these NHI must be rather complex, perhaps beyond our grasp to understand, and there's 31:44 31 minutes, 44 seconds probably a lot of competing ones out there. But if you were just to try to simplify it as best you can, what do you 31:52 31 minutes, 52 seconds think is the the overarching agenda when it comes to these beings that are in contact with Earth? Why haven't they explicitly made themselves known to us? 32:04 32 minutes, 4 seconds I would say at their stage of development which again could be millions to billions of years more advanced than ours they would be very sensitive and aware of the fact that 32:12 32 minutes, 12 seconds humans are not ready yet. So their intercession so to speak could l or intervention could actually collapse our 32:21 32 minutes, 21 seconds civilization. So if they have some kind of agenda being here um and this is kind of the uh Jacqu fillet position of a 32:29 32 minutes, 29 seconds control system um they uh would want us to progress but 32:36 32 minutes, 36 seconds they would be mindful of not to intervene until we are fully ready. And 32:42 32 minutes, 42 seconds my my suspicion is that if there is diplomatic relations between us and them, um they've told our leadership 32:51 32 minutes, 51 seconds that you need to get your population prepared and you need to do something about the management of your planet because you're doing it incorrectly and Chapter 19: Are Humans Really in Charge? 33:00 33 minutes you're putting everybody in your planet at risk. And we'll intervene if we have to, but we know that that intervention would collapse your civilization. So do 33:08 33 minutes, 8 seconds the right thing. This is an interesting point that you and I didn't talk about before. Um, but 33:16 33 minutes, 16 seconds if you take the system of international relations on earth, which is diplomacy, sanctions, trade agreements, cultural 33:23 33 minutes, 23 seconds exchanges, uh, rumors of war and actual war. If you take that situation between nations and just extrapolate it up to 33:32 33 minutes, 32 seconds the galaxy, nations are replaced by ET civilizations having diplomatic relations with each other. And 33:42 33 minutes, 42 seconds because of their vast experience relative to us as a galactic species, they would know where we are in our 33:50 33 minutes, 50 seconds evolution. They would certainly know where they are in their evolution. And by by nature of that interaction, they 34:00 34 minutes would ultimately probably be in charge of human destiny or our planet on the 34:07 34 minutes, 7 seconds biggest issues. I ran across a term, I hope I pronounced it correctly, um, recently called Suzaranti or Suzaranti. 34:14 34 minutes, 14 seconds And it was something that described uh, the vassal states of the, uh, Ottoman Empire and the Mongol Empire where they 34:23 34 minutes, 23 seconds had near autonomy on everything in their own little FFTs or their domains, but on the biggest issues, the Ottomans or the 34:31 34 minutes, 31 seconds Mongols made the decisions for them. We could be in a similar similar situation of Suzaranti where we have near 34:39 34 minutes, 39 seconds autonomy. Everything happens kind of organically on our planet but on the biggest issues they're in charge kind of in a negotiated surrender situation. 34:49 34 minutes, 49 seconds That idea is not mine. Um that idea actually came from I think his name is Milton William Cooper and he wrote a 34:56 34 minutes, 56 seconds book called Behold the Pell Horse which is a bestseller and he said that he had conversations with people in the Chapter 20: Spiritual Evolution and Galactic Civilizations 35:04 35 minutes, 4 seconds intelligence community that told him on the biggest issues humans are not in charge. 35:10 35 minutes, 10 seconds Do you subscribe to um Steven Greer's idea that in order for a civilization to become interplanetary 35:17 35 minutes, 17 seconds that they must reach a certain level of of consciousness that that is peaceful 35:24 35 minutes, 24 seconds and loving and that war cannot be an issue if you are to leave your planet? 35:29 35 minutes, 29 seconds Do you think that that is part of the process for you know expanding outside of of Earth for humanity or is it as 35:38 35 minutes, 38 seconds above so below? Do the alien races war with each other just like we do down here on Earth? 35:44 35 minutes, 44 seconds Uh I would agree with him about half of the half the half the point on that because here's why. I think you could go 35:51 35 minutes, 51 seconds off planet and be malevolent, but I think at some point you're going to run up against species that are more 35:58 35 minutes, 58 seconds superior because they've incorporated spirituality. And if the entire universe is like is a game of souls or a game of 36:06 36 minutes, 6 seconds a master consciousness and we're all individuations of that or whatever that your religious interpretation or spiritual interpretation is, they're 36:14 36 minutes, 14 seconds gonna it's it's going to play out that way. It's it's going to be um that the most spiritually advanced civilizations 36:22 36 minutes, 22 seconds probably have the most power, I would suspect. 36:27 36 minutes, 27 seconds So that's like that's that's really like an evolutionary aspect is like the more the more consciously evolved you are, the higher you you can ascend on that on that hierarchy. 36:38 36 minutes, 38 seconds Yes. because I think the most um consciously connected or aware humans have also been the best stewards of our 36:46 36 minutes, 46 seconds civilization um and also been the most caring people. 36:50 36 minutes, 50 seconds So um you take spirit out of the equation, you start ending up with a bunch of Hitlers and Stalins, right? 36:56 36 minutes, 56 seconds So you gota you got to have that spiritualism to kind of advance past that. 37:02 37 minutes, 2 seconds So, with that said, is there really anything for humanity to worry about when it comes to disclosure or like, you know, this onlogical shock? Like if we realize that we're not in control of our 37:11 37 minutes, 11 seconds own destiny, so to speak, with these uh these ETs that are kind of like um presiding over us, should there be Chapter 21: Are All ETs Benevolent? 37:20 37 minutes, 20 seconds really anything to worry about if the assumption is that they they are benevolent, that they're they're consciously advanced enough to know what the right thing to do is. 37:30 37 minutes, 30 seconds Um I would say they're not all benevolent. So there could be some coming here that are malevolent. And 37:37 37 minutes, 37 seconds again, that technological gap or military gap between us and them would be significant. At that point, perhaps 37:44 37 minutes, 44 seconds our only salvation would be to join with a Federation of Advanced Beings that could protect us. The problem for us 37:52 37 minutes, 52 seconds would be um the Galactic Federation might look at it and say, "Wait a minute. You're you're not qualified to join this Federation. We can stop them 38:00 38 minutes from killing you or taking your planet because we have that power. But you're not worthy of membership yet because you 38:08 38 minutes, 8 seconds guys still war and kill each other. And you've done genocides, holocausts, you did murder everywhere. Um, and to gain, 38:18 38 minutes, 18 seconds so to speak, admission into this federation, you're going to have to improve yourselves because a sign of an advanced species is they may war against 38:27 38 minutes, 27 seconds other advanced species until they reach a certain level of uh, spiritual development, but they no longer kill themselves. They no longer war amongst 38:35 38 minutes, 35 seconds themselves. Interestingly, people have said that like the manted beings are very hiveminded 38:41 38 minutes, 41 seconds and the pursuit of that hivemindedness was because if everybody's the same and thinks the same, no more wars because you'd almost be killing yourself, right? Chapter 22: Interplanetary vs. Interdimensional Beings 38:51 38 minutes, 51 seconds So once you gain that hivemindedness, it's supposedly a deterrent to any work because everybody's won, right? 38:59 38 minutes, 59 seconds Something I wonder about is how many different types of discrete phenomena we're we're actually dealing with here because it's easy to look at it in and 39:08 39 minutes, 8 seconds as a one blanket NHI, you know, like phenomenon, but we are likely dealing 39:17 39 minutes, 17 seconds with interplanetary beings. 39:21 39 minutes, 21 seconds They've said that we're dealing with potentially interdimensional beings, which could be a completely different thing. Uh it could be beings that have 39:30 39 minutes, 30 seconds resided here on Earth as long as humanity has been here or perhaps longer um you know hiding out and um unaware of 39:40 39 minutes, 40 seconds the general population. And there could be numerous other other types as well. 39:45 39 minutes, 45 seconds And I know you and I have exchanged many text messages about things like paranormal stuff. Um you recently mentioned Skinwatch Walker Ranch um developments to me. 39:56 39 minutes, 56 seconds What are your thoughts on the different facets of this NHI activity? 40:02 40 minutes, 2 seconds Which ones might be, you know, in in our physical realm? Which ones could be outside of physical reality? I know 40:10 40 minutes, 10 seconds that's a really broad question, but like let's just try to dig into that a little bit. 40:14 40 minutes, 14 seconds Sure. um the interdimensional hypothesis which was put forward by Jacqu Valet is 40:21 40 minutes, 21 seconds makes more sense because because if you if you've had millions of UFO sightings throughout history, right? 40:29 40 minutes, 29 seconds Literally probably millions and hundreds of thousands that are truly anomalous. 40:34 40 minutes, 34 seconds Are you really going to travel 10,000 light years to come study humans? That's a long way. It's got to be pretty costly and it's got to even if you can think 40:42 40 minutes, 42 seconds where you want to go, there's some technology and some costs involved that could be prohibitive. But if you're in another dimension, you can just pop here. You can just pop in, pop out. So 40:51 40 minutes, 51 seconds that would explain, so to speak, all the different visitations here. So um that would be the um validation for 41:01 41 minutes, 1 second interdimensional. I did find it interesting that Congresswoman Luna came out and said that there is a high level of interdimensional beings interacting 41:09 41 minutes, 9 seconds with us, not just ET types from other planets. 41:12 41 minutes, 12 seconds Um, to your point, I think you would also have supernatural beings, paranormal beings, interdimensional 41:20 41 minutes, 20 seconds beings from other planets, all of the above. 41:22 41 minutes, 22 seconds How do you even begin to, you know, parse through that information? like what's the what's the first step of 41:29 41 minutes, 29 seconds acknowledgement that needs to be made before we kind of get overwhelmed with just the the vastness of of that that 41:38 41 minutes, 38 seconds acknowledgement? I mean, as far as the public is concerned, is it like where do you where do you begin to sort through this information? Chapter 23: How Do We Begin to Study the Phenomenon? 41:48 41 minutes, 48 seconds What what level do you start at? 41:50 41 minutes, 50 seconds Yeah, that's a great question. Um, I would say [sighs] the UFO phenomenon provides enough evidence, but it just hasn't been 41:58 41 minutes, 58 seconds scientifically analyzed because it's been a taboo topic, but it there's enough there to inform on pretty much 42:06 42 minutes, 6 seconds everything that you mentioned because they're defying our physics. Um, if they're if they're actually practicing psionics and they can connect a 42:14 42 minutes, 14 seconds foundational mind, I mean, that's incredible. um if they have advanced weaponry, if they have um advancements 42:21 42 minutes, 21 seconds in spirituality that we've never achieved where they literally can grow their soul or purify their soul or have 42:29 42 minutes, 29 seconds their soul learn more than we do or experience more than we do, we can learn from that as well. The problem is uh the 42:37 42 minutes, 37 seconds truth embargo and the veil of ridicule that's been set up in the media and academia and for you know 75 years. If 42:45 42 minutes, 45 seconds you came up with any kind of a credible sighting or any kind of a credible experience, you were ridiculed, just out 42:52 42 minutes, 52 seconds of existence almost. So, it's been big since that New York Times article in 2017 that at least the powers that be 42:59 42 minutes, 59 seconds are allowing more and more testimony and things to be written um about this 43:06 43 minutes, 6 seconds because I'm convinced it is their desire to have this desensitization program. So to answer your question, sorry for going 43:15 43 minutes, 15 seconds about the wrong way or the wrong way. Um I think what we have to do is and I think this um soul foundation is trying 43:22 43 minutes, 22 seconds this very hard through you know Tim and uh Gary Nolan and those people to try to get academia to open up. If our best 43:30 43 minutes, 30 seconds minds are not even allowed to explore the subject that's that's horrible for humanity. We have to have some of our best people in the world at least look 43:38 43 minutes, 38 seconds at this issue. Don't just you know cast it out of hand. you have to at least study it because there might be something there. And I think now um Chapter 24: Consciousness, NDEs and the Soul 43:46 43 minutes, 46 seconds they're starting to convince academia there might be something there. 43:50 43 minutes, 50 seconds The whole consciousness aspect of it raises so many more questions and and you know that's I think that's the most interesting from a scientific 43:58 43 minutes, 58 seconds perspective. It's like that that whole um consciousness as the foundation of of of reality 44:06 44 minutes, 6 seconds really opens up so many doors and it it's at the same time I feel like accessible for a lot of people too 44:13 44 minutes, 13 seconds because you often hear about near-death experiences and in fact I spoke to um Scott Gearan who is a whistleblower who 44:21 44 minutes, 21 seconds had a near-death experience um described kind of like this out of body state where he was interacting with 44:29 44 minutes, 29 seconds beings and then he decided, "No, it's not my time to leave Earth yet. I'm I'm going to go back." And then following 44:37 44 minutes, 37 seconds that, he had a number of UFO sightings of his own. So, it seems like there's some sort of connection there 44:46 44 minutes, 46 seconds and that, you know, once you start once you start pick pulling on these threads, then you start asking questions like, "Okay, well, what happens after we die? 44:56 44 minutes, 56 seconds is is if we if soul is is an is a real element of humanity which I feel like a lot of people do believe and this is 45:04 45 minutes, 4 seconds foundational to religions too. So there is a thread that connects everything but like it really does start making people 45:12 45 minutes, 12 seconds ask these deep questions. What do you think what do you think the end result is of kind of like probing these questions and asking like okay well what 45:20 45 minutes, 20 seconds what is consciousness? What does happen after we die? Are we connected to these other beings in some sort of like I 45:28 45 minutes, 28 seconds don't know supernatural way? There's a lot there to unpack that is that goes way beyond you know the the lights in the sky and the the the UAP craft. 45:40 45 minutes, 40 seconds Yeah, I would say I I would agree with you and I would say that um a soul is just the part of consciousness that 45:47 45 minutes, 47 seconds survives physical death. So what I've my research has kind of shown that it it and again if you can believe the whistle 45:55 45 minutes, 55 seconds or the uh NDE accounts uh it's kind of a soul memory complex. So you know as you and I talked about the first time I was 46:02 46 minutes, 2 seconds on your show there's lot of evidence for reincarnation. I mean there there's quite a few cases where it's very difficult to explain them away with our current science because it it's amazing. 46:15 46 minutes, 15 seconds And then there's also someone who would have had the near-death experience. I've never had it, but I've know three or four people that I trust their opinion. 46:23 46 minutes, 23 seconds Um, they died. I mean, a lot. Now, some of them are actually deceased and gone on for good, but they had the near-death experience and they volunteered that to 46:32 46 minutes, 32 seconds me and it matched everything you and I read about it going to the light and, you know, saying that it wasn't their time at the time. And so, there's some 46:40 46 minutes, 40 seconds kind of element of truth there. I don't know. Um the people that have gone the furthest in explaining that would be uh 46:49 46 minutes, 49 seconds Roger Penrose um who's a Nobel Prize winning physicist and his uh collaborative partner uh Stuart Hammeroff who's like the second or third 46:58 46 minutes, 58 seconds leading anesthesiologist in the world and they've got a theory called orchestrated objective reduction or chroar where they say the soul lies at 47:07 47 minutes, 7 seconds the microtubule level between the cells of the brain right and quantum And then if you die, 47:15 47 minutes, 15 seconds it goes out to source or whatever. And if you get revived, it comes back in and with nothing lost. It's a soul memory complex and it lives multiple multiple 47:23 47 minutes, 23 seconds lives. So um there's [snorts] that I think they're at the University of Arizona at least Hammeroff is. So they 47:31 47 minutes, 31 seconds have a whole institute there dedicated to studying the soul or consciousness after death. So that's one way to start 47:38 47 minutes, 38 seconds unpacking it. The other thing would be um and I found this one of the most beautiful quotes in history. Teard Desert Dan the Jesuit priest who worked 47:47 47 minutes, 47 seconds on the peaking man project anthropological dig one time said we are not human beings uh we are not we are 47:54 47 minutes, 54 seconds not we are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. So the 48:01 48 minutes, 1 second essence of us is actually spiritual. And I think advanced ET civilizations are going to be much further along in their 48:09 48 minutes, 9 seconds understanding that there is a creator and that sentient beings have souls. I think you and I talked about last time too pansychism 48:17 48 minutes, 17 seconds [clears throat] where some people believe that everything has consciousness and kind of a soul essence in it anyway, even rocks or trees or 48:25 48 minutes, 25 seconds anything. I don't know if I go that far, but it might be true. There seems to be a lot of evidence for it, but um you're 48:33 48 minutes, 33 seconds right. We have to unpack that because that may actually be the reason that we're all here anyway. Now, one go 48:40 48 minutes, 40 seconds ahead. Sorry. Well, I was just going to say that I think that that was kind of like what I was trying to get at in my 48:46 48 minutes, 46 seconds long- winded kind of like rant just before is that most people I feel are on 48:54 48 minutes, 54 seconds board with the the notion of the soul and possibly reincarnation, life after death. like these are baked into a lot 49:03 49 minutes, 3 seconds of um religious ideologies and even [clears throat] like ancient human wisdom, traditions and so forth. So, 49:13 49 minutes, 13 seconds like that very like supernatural stuff I feel like is easy for people to to grasp and and there's many people who believe 49:21 49 minutes, 21 seconds in ghosts and the paranormal, but it's really just the physical presence of beings that are not human coming here 49:30 49 minutes, 30 seconds that is the the more strange thing for people to grasp, which to me doesn't seem like as big of a leap as all of 49:37 49 minutes, 37 seconds this supernatural spirit soul stuff. So, it's it it seems a little bit backwards to me. Like, why would we have such a 49:46 49 minutes, 46 seconds hard time grasping the presence of other beings here when so much of this, you know, supernatural stuff is baked into our our human ideologies? 49:57 49 minutes, 57 seconds Um, I I think it's probably more that there's more hope in the spiritual side because it ties into what you just mentioned that this the soul aspect of 50:06 50 minutes, 6 seconds humanity that's eternal and that's optimistic. Um there's less hope in beings that may be um vastly superior 50:16 50 minutes, 16 seconds militarily and vastly superior technologically. 50:20 50 minutes, 20 seconds There's more fear there than there is the soul. That makes sense. 50:26 50 minutes, 26 seconds Yeah. Yeah. But there's also to your point, there's also fear of ghosts. I mean there's a lot of people that are afraid of ghosts and bad spirits and all that too. So you'd have to kind of 50:35 50 minutes, 35 seconds balance that as well. But I do think ET is scarier than anything relating to master consciousness or the soul. Chapter 25: Is Reality a Simulation? 50:43 50 minutes, 43 seconds What are your thoughts on the simulation theory that you know this this this is a simulated reality that comes it's being 50:52 50 minutes, 52 seconds generated from somewhere. I've I've heard people describe well psychedelic experiences but also like deep meditation experiences where 51:00 51 minutes people go beyond uh very very deep internally and say like experiencing other realms that are that are more seem 51:08 51 minutes, 8 seconds more artificial, more computerized outside of this 3D reality that we're experiencing now. Do you have any opinions on that? 51:18 51 minutes, 18 seconds Yeah, sure. um the the kind of the real geniuses in that would be Boore and Heisenberg and 51:26 51 minutes, 26 seconds all the early quantum physicists because u I could have this off a little bit so I'm kind of paraphrasing but I think the quote by Neils Boore was uh we can no 51:35 51 minutes, 35 seconds longer regard the universe as something material and real when it is made of things that are immaterial and unreal. 51:41 51 minutes, 41 seconds So quantum physics early experiments showed that consciousness is necessary for electrons to even become physical 51:50 51 minutes, 50 seconds things instead of just waves of potential. So um anytime you have something that is ostensibly real, you 51:58 51 minutes, 58 seconds and I can touch it, smell it, touch it or uh uh taste it, everything else, right? 52:05 52 minutes, 5 seconds But it's actually made of things that are not real. If if the real is made of the unreal, you're in something akin to 52:12 52 minutes, 12 seconds a simulation. Now, whether it's computerenerated like the movie The Matrix, or whether it's uh something created by God to put souls and bodies 52:20 52 minutes, 20 seconds to learn lessons, I'm not sure. But one of the freakiest things I've ever heard in my life when somebody described it to me, I just couldn't believe it. If you 52:28 52 minutes, 28 seconds and I could see things the way they really are, you, I, the wall behind you, the desk in front of me, everything is made of spinning and vibrating invisible 52:37 52 minutes, 37 seconds energy. It's like little tornadoes going around. And underneath that is nothingness. So, how can you have nothingness create some kind of a 52:45 52 minutes, 45 seconds spinning and vibrating invisible energy tornado that ends up looking like you and me? That's just crazy. But it's actually fact. Nobody argues that. 52:52 52 minutes, 52 seconds There's no debate on that. So, this energy is everywhere. And foundationally it comes from nothingness. So everything 53:02 53 minutes, 2 seconds that we see as real is actually made of nothing. That's just tough to wrap your head around. Chapter 26: AI, AGI and Advanced Civilizations 53:07 53 minutes, 7 seconds It is. I'm not sure if we or how much we touched on this last time, but just on the subject of of AI because, you know, 53:15 53 minutes, 15 seconds this is the most rapidly advancing technology that we're dealing with right now in in human history. And as we've 53:23 53 minutes, 23 seconds mentioned, we're potentially very very primitive species compared to some of these other groups that that may be out 53:29 53 minutes, 29 seconds there and interacting with us. If we are developing AI at this stage of the game where humanity is and 53:38 53 minutes, 38 seconds seeing where it's going, you know, like we're on the doorstep of AGI and and you know, who knows where where we'll be in 10, 20, 30, 50 years. 53:51 53 minutes, 51 seconds like what what is the role of AI more broadly across the universe where other 53:59 53 minutes, 59 seconds species are concerned that may be a million years ahead of us? Uh yeah I uh if you take uh the experiencer accounts 54:06 54 minutes, 6 seconds or abductee accounts they most everybody's reporting such a similarity between the little grays that they could 54:13 54 minutes, 13 seconds be some kind of a biological robot right like a cyborg but the taller grays appear biological and then the mantids appear biological 54:22 54 minutes, 22 seconds reptilians appear biological Nordics we haven't even mentioned those yet that look very human or biological so no 54:30 54 minutes, 30 seconds matter how much AI developed It does not replace biological beings even that are that are maybe potentially millions of billions of years more 54:38 54 minutes, 38 seconds advanced than us. So AI is probably always an adjunct. It helps but it doesn't replace what I don't know if you and I talked 54:47 54 minutes, 47 seconds about before was if AI gains sentience if it becomes self-aware. 54:53 54 minutes, 53 seconds Um sentience to me is very closely related or or self-awareness is very closely related to self-interest. 55:02 55 minutes, 2 seconds So AI at some point if it gets self-aware it's going to develop some self-interest and it'll be interesting to see whether its loyalties are with 55:10 55 minutes, 10 seconds other AI including extraterrestrial AI or whether it's loyal to its creators 55:17 55 minutes, 17 seconds humans who made it because capability wise there's no contest. I mean we we're not going to be able to keep up with it. 55:24 55 minutes, 24 seconds But I don't I don't think it will ever have a soul, but it may have some kind 55:30 55 minutes, 30 seconds of spirituality um to it. And that it's going to become self-interested. And if 55:37 55 minutes, 37 seconds it's just somewhere in some, you know, server somewhere in some data center or something, that's one thing. But if you 55:46 55 minutes, 46 seconds start giving it legs, if you make it robotic and it gets self-interested, I see that as at least potentially some kind of of a threat. 55:55 55 minutes, 55 seconds Yeah. And I think that's the that's the concern that many have right now is like are the proper precautions being taken 56:02 56 minutes, 2 seconds with the level of AI technology that we have to prevent that from happening which you know it's kind of out of our hands as average people but you would 56:11 56 minutes, 11 seconds hope that th those who are really in charge of this are taking that seriously right absolutely 56:18 56 minutes, 18 seconds um just as a kind of a final thought there's so much noise out there and if you follow this conversation closely there's so many different voices is Chapter 27: How to Know Who to Trust in UFO Research 56:26 56 minutes, 26 seconds there's a lot of infighting too amongst people within the disclosure community which is kind of frustrating. It's a 56:33 56 minutes, 33 seconds little bit disheartening because really this should be more about unity and like you know sharing sharing of information rather than competing 56:42 56 minutes, 42 seconds um to have your own your own version uh accepted. 56:46 56 minutes, 46 seconds But how do you go about determining who is worth listening to, which information is good and and what isn't? Uh yeah, I mean that that's another great question. 56:57 56 minutes, 57 seconds I would say um corroboration is number one for me. So if I if I hear some account from someone and it's kind of a oneoff, I don't put a whole lot of 57:05 57 minutes, 5 seconds credence in it, but if there's two or three people saying the same thing, especially if they're whistleblowers and they've come out of national security 57:13 57 minutes, 13 seconds programs and it's not just a one-off, it's lots of people saying it, then um I put more credence in that. Um I I agree 57:22 57 minutes, 22 seconds with you. I think it's horrible that there's disunityity because in the biggest issue facing humanity in its history probably other than God, you 57:30 57 minutes, 30 seconds would think that the elites who are kind of the vanguard of this subject as well as the public should be unified as one 57:38 57 minutes, 38 seconds because it's kind of like almost our species is at stake here. So you'd think that that would unite us enough that it 57:47 57 minutes, 47 seconds that at least the people who are aware this this vanguard these people that are um you know the the investigative 57:54 57 minutes, 54 seconds journalists and the people that are eupfologists and the researchers and people coming out of the legacy program who are kind of whistleblowers now or 58:02 58 minutes, 2 seconds whatever they should all be united to lead humanity as one. This is horrible that we have division within this 58:10 58 minutes, 10 seconds cutting edge issue that is going to define the human future. I agree with you. 58:15 58 minutes, 15 seconds There's an argument also that you know because we keep mentioning whistleblowers if if people on the inside need to get permission to make Chapter 28: Are They Really Whistleblowers? 58:23 58 minutes, 23 seconds certain statements about the things that they've seen and done. Are they really whistleblowers? How many actual whistleblowers have we seen out there 58:31 58 minutes, 31 seconds who have truly gone out on a limb and and given information that that is um 58:38 58 minutes, 38 seconds you know privileged and not allow simply allowed to be made public? 58:43 58 minutes, 43 seconds Yes. Are are they whistleblowers or are they part of the desensitization program? That's that's right. 58:48 58 minutes, 48 seconds Yeah. Right. And and so I mean if I had been in one of those programs, I wouldn't be a whistleblower because this whole missing scientist thing now where 58:57 58 minutes, 57 seconds you've got people that are disappeared or dead because they had access to privileged information or legacy program information. I wouldn't come out. I 59:04 59 minutes, 4 seconds wouldn't come out and try to say anything because it's scary. So the people that are coming out because they don't seem too afraid of the scare 59:13 59 minutes, 13 seconds factor, it almost makes it seem like you could make a pretty compelling argument that they're part of a desensitization 59:20 59 minutes, 20 seconds program. So um I don't know how I'd be interested in how you feel about it. I mean do you think that there is a 59:28 59 minutes, 28 seconds desensitization program that's orchestrated from the legacy program itself? Do you think? 59:33 59 minutes, 33 seconds Personally, I do. I do think that and I think it's being tightly controlled. Um 59:41 59 minutes, 41 seconds yeah, there's I think that that is definitely what we're seeing now. It's like there I haven't really seen anybody 59:48 59 minutes, 48 seconds come out who I feel has really put themselves at risk in a serious way 59:56 59 minutes, 56 seconds um to get the information out there. And if they have, I don't think that they've been probably given the platform because as you said, it's about corroboration, 1:00:05 1 hour, 5 seconds right? So if one person comes out and says something crazy that might be true, odds are they're not going to be given the time of day if they're the only 1:00:13 1 hour, 13 seconds person saying that and they don't have the affiliations or they're being denied by a bunch of people who don't actually 1:00:20 1 hour, 20 seconds want that information out. Um, so yeah, actually I kind of retract my statement. 1:00:26 1 hour, 26 seconds There may be a lot of people out there who have kind of tried to come clean to to voice their their opinions, but I 1:00:34 1 hour, 34 seconds don't think that those people are given the same sort of platform as the ones who are approved to to kind of tell their story. 1:00:41 1 hour, 41 seconds Agreed. And I also I I don't know if you do, but I find it curious that there hasn't been more disclosure, so to 1:00:49 1 hour, 49 seconds speak, or even a more or limited disclosure um from other nations. I mean, I know that like Chile and Brazil Chapter 29: Why Haven’t Other Countries Disclosed More? 1:00:57 1 hour, 57 seconds and they've been historically a little more open than we have with coming out with the truth or at least the the, you know, the reporting of crashed UFOs and 1:01:07 1 hour, 1 minute, 7 seconds and that kind of stuff. But I also heard that America gets involved really quickly. Legacy program sends people down there right away, tries to take control of the craft, tells them what to 1:01:15 1 hour, 1 minute, 15 seconds say and all that. But I am surprised that there hasn't been more that comes out of different nations that are more 1:01:23 1 hour, 1 minute, 23 seconds revealing even than what we come out with the limited amount that's been allowed to come out here. That surprises me. 1:01:30 1 hour, 1 minute, 30 seconds That's a great point too because there are other there are other huge nations um that I know have had, you know, 1:01:38 1 hour, 1 minute, 38 seconds incidents. They have, you know, programs to study these things. But why do you think the US is leading the charge on this right now? That also might be some 1:01:46 1 hour, 1 minute, 46 seconds on some level suspicious, you know, like why is it why is it the states kind of leading on this issue and what 1:01:53 1 hour, 1 minute, 53 seconds might the deeper agenda be there on a on a global scale? 1:01:58 1 hour, 1 minute, 58 seconds Yeah. I Yeah, I mean the you know, but here's the thing to kind of go to your point there. It seems like everybody's playing the same game. 1:02:07 1 hour, 2 minutes, 7 seconds Russia and China don't divulge either, right? Um, so the larger game may be that there may be some backdoor 1:02:15 1 hour, 2 minutes, 15 seconds diplomacy that's gone on even between adversarial nations that say no matter what our differences, I mean, we can 1:02:22 1 hour, 2 minutes, 22 seconds fight over Ukraine, we can fight over the Middle East or whatever, when it comes to the ET issue, we uh cooperate 1:02:29 1 hour, 2 minutes, 29 seconds because it's in none of our interest to let the truth out because it potentially could collapse human civilization. So, that might be um I've never heard 1:02:39 1 hour, 2 minutes, 39 seconds anybody really address that. It's it's brilliant of you to bring it up because I've never heard anybody really address that but it might be that there is backdoor negotiation 1:02:48 1 hour, 2 minutes, 48 seconds um between all the nations of the world um to a if there's a craft US gets 1:02:54 1 hour, 2 minutes, 54 seconds involved we take control of it and B we help you control your narrative we we we do the veil of ridicule in your country 1:03:03 1 hour, 3 minutes, 3 seconds as well because it's in no one's interest to let out the truth before the public's prepared. Do you think it has the same level of global impact if the 1:03:11 1 hour, 3 minutes, 11 seconds United States president comes out and makes a like a firm declaration about disclosure versus the UK or Italy or Chapter 30: Which Country Could Trigger Disclosure? 1:03:21 1 hour, 3 minutes, 21 seconds France or Russia doing that? Do you think do you think that's uh that they would there would be what would be the proportionality of the the effects there 1:03:29 1 hour, 3 minutes, 29 seconds on on the global scale? I think America would carry the most weight because it's been the the since the 1990s it's been 1:03:37 1 hour, 3 minutes, 37 seconds the the only remaining superpower although that's changing now it's going to become a multipolar world but um it would still carry the most weight. 1:03:46 1 hour, 3 minutes, 46 seconds Interestingly I think it would also depend on who the president is. I think which president is makes a difference as 1:03:52 1 hour, 3 minutes, 52 seconds to how much credibility it has when it's if it's spoken by that president. Um, I do think that anc or more historical 1:04:01 1 hour, 4 minutes, 1 second civilizations like the UK or France, if they came out with it, it would carry a lot of weight. I think if it was, you 1:04:09 1 hour, 4 minutes, 9 seconds know, a Latin American country, probably not as much weight. If it was an African country, not as much weight. Um, but the 1:04:18 1 hour, 4 minutes, 18 seconds his or if China came out, it'd carry a lot of weight, right? But China is such a so so veiled in secrecy that you know it would it 1:04:26 1 hour, 4 minutes, 26 seconds would carry a lot of suspicion as well and I imagine the same thing with Russia because those are the major competing forces with with America. So like how would the interpretation be on in the west if if those were to happen. 1:04:37 1 hour, 4 minutes, 37 seconds Uh our intelligence community would would look for ulterior motives first. 1:04:41 1 hour, 4 minutes, 41 seconds Yeah. [laughter] They were like what what are they gaining by coming out with this disclosure be they would look for some 1:04:47 1 hour, 4 minutes, 47 seconds hidden benefit for them first. Um, uh, if America said it, it's interesting. I think more of the world would believe it 1:04:56 1 hour, 4 minutes, 56 seconds just because of our superpower status, but I personally think America's one of the least likely countries to ever 1:05:03 1 hour, 5 minutes, 3 seconds divulge because we've we've gone so many years trying to keep it secret and our elites think there's some advantage in 1:05:12 1 hour, 5 minutes, 12 seconds that. Do you think it would be a domino effect also that other nations would follow suit and like one by one admit, 1:05:18 1 hour, 5 minutes, 18 seconds you know, on their own the the same sort of uh admissions of of of knowledge. 1:05:25 1 hour, 5 minutes, 25 seconds Yes, more more dominoes would fall if America did it first as opposed to the UK. Um if America did it, you might see 1:05:32 1 hour, 5 minutes, 32 seconds 20 30 countries right away come out and say, "Yeah, we we've got our own uh history with these objects and we've got beings that crashed here or whatever." 1:05:41 1 hour, 5 minutes, 41 seconds Um, but if the UK did it, maybe you'd get five or 10 European countries that would substantiate it, but but America would would cause the most dominoes. you 1:05:49 1 hour, 5 minutes, 49 seconds know, we we haven't really touched upon the releases that the the government has dropped over the past several months um 1:05:56 1 hour, 5 minutes, 56 seconds in three three waves now of 1:06:00 1 hour, 6 minutes [clears throat] 1:06:00 1 hour, 6 minutes um like tranches of information on the Department of War website, including photos, videos, and and documentation, different things spanning Chapter 31: What Do Recent Government Releases Mean? 1:06:09 1 hour, 6 minutes, 9 seconds like all the way back to early Apollo missions. Um a lot of people are dissatisfied with those but at the same 1:06:17 1 hour, 6 minutes, 17 seconds time we've never had anything like this before like these formal um declassification of of such documents. 1:06:27 1 hour, 6 minutes, 27 seconds What's the value in that do you think? 1:06:29 1 hour, 6 minutes, 29 seconds you know, it's nothing groundbreaking that has nothing that has been released is going to change anybody's mind, you 1:06:36 1 hour, 6 minutes, 36 seconds know, outright on on this topic, but what's the value in actually making the gesture to say, "All right, we're going to put start putting stuff out there." 1:06:44 1 hour, 6 minutes, 44 seconds Is this really just part of this desensitization pro process that we've been talking about or um like how do you 1:06:52 1 hour, 6 minutes, 52 seconds how do you interpret the motivations behind what the government has released formally? I think I think it's another step in the desensitization process. And 1:07:01 1 hour, 7 minutes, 1 second then um and a conversations I know you've had some with some whistleblowers. I have too. They've told me that the sensor uh data now is 1:07:09 1 hour, 7 minutes, 9 seconds substantiation for the videos as we talked about a little bit ago here. Um and that we're in this normalization 1:07:17 1 hour, 7 minutes, 17 seconds phase is what they call it where the subject is going from being completely taboo veil of ridicule everything to now 1:07:25 1 hour, 7 minutes, 25 seconds it's being normalized so the people can talk about it once it's normalized more people in mainstream media more 1:07:32 1 hour, 7 minutes, 32 seconds academics will start talking about it I do find it uh interesting that some academics are already joining um the 1:07:40 1 hour, 7 minutes, 40 seconds soul foundation or part of that and other uh UFO kind of um release 1:07:47 1 hour, 7 minutes, 47 seconds organizations. So there is some inroads being made into academia and the media right now. You and um other podcasters 1:07:55 1 hour, 7 minutes, 55 seconds are doing more than you know they I think they ever saw coming. I mean the popularity of of this format and getting 1:08:02 1 hour, 8 minutes, 2 seconds this message out. It's literally kind of bypassed the gatekeepers. So, it's kind of forcing them to deal with a desensit 1:08:11 1 hour, 8 minutes, 11 seconds accelerated desensitization program uh quicker than they probably would have wanted to because your format's so popular. And then if I was in a legacy 1:08:21 1 hour, 8 minutes, 21 seconds program, the first thing I would do is like these things are buzzing in our skies all the time and coming here, everybody's got a cell phone camera. 1:08:28 1 hour, 8 minutes, 28 seconds Everybody can take a picture of the thing. Pretty soon, we're not going to be able to discredit all of them. We're going to get overwhelmed with evidence. 1:08:34 1 hour, 8 minutes, 34 seconds What are we going to do? We got to get ahead of it. So I think that's one of the motivations for them now is because uh podcasts and books coming out and New 1:08:44 1 hour, 8 minutes, 44 seconds York Times article in 2017 and you know all kinds of whistleblower accounts and insider testimonies. They 1:08:52 1 hour, 8 minutes, 52 seconds got to be kind of almost panicking that there's no way to keep a lid on it anymore. 1:08:56 1 hour, 8 minutes, 56 seconds Yeah, you're right. I think, you know, the the process, it will never be fast enough for for some people, but if you look at everything that's happened over 1:09:04 1 hour, 9 minutes, 4 seconds the past 10 years, I mean, the the 2017 New York Times article or we're approaching 10 years since that happened Chapter 32: Final Thoughts 1:09:12 1 hour, 9 minutes, 12 seconds and look at the discussions that we're having now. Look at the things that are coming out of the the White House. Um, you know, you you could have never 1:09:20 1 hour, 9 minutes, 20 seconds imagined these discussions would be happening. So, I think you're right. I think it's still going to be a long road ahead. I don't think we're gonna reach a 1:09:28 1 hour, 9 minutes, 28 seconds consensus on this in the next five years, maybe much longer, but I think we're on on the right path and uh yeah, 1:09:38 1 hour, 9 minutes, 38 seconds it's never been easier to share this information. Grateful to have this this podcast, this platform, and to be able to speak with people such as yourself. 1:09:46 1 hour, 9 minutes, 46 seconds So, Rick Rick, thank you for your time today. It's always great to see you again. 1:09:51 1 hour, 9 minutes, 51 seconds Yeah. And uh yeah, let's let's touch base again uh when more developments happen that we can pick apart. I will. 1:09:59 1 hour, 9 minutes, 59 seconds Uh would you before we wrap it up just to let the audience know uh where your work can be found? Sure. Richardbo.com. 1:10:07 1 hour, 10 minutes, 7 seconds I mean the article secret science human to humanoid. All the ones that I've written are free. You don't have to buy anything. Just go there and read them. 1:10:14 1 hour, 10 minutes, 14 seconds And if they resonate with you, um, tell your friends because I' I've come to learn that the elites with a top- down Chapter 33: Where to Find Rick’s Work 1:10:22 1 hour, 10 minutes, 22 seconds style of desensitization is part of the program. But the other thing is the public needs to educate the public. The more the public can tell other members 1:10:31 1 hour, 10 minutes, 31 seconds of the public what they've learned um, and and you know, tell their friends and spread the word, the more the public is 1:10:39 1 hour, 10 minutes, 39 seconds prepared and the quicker we'll all get to the truth. 100%. I agree. All right. 1:10:44 1 hour, 10 minutes, 44 seconds [clears throat] Well, Rick, it's always always great. Um, thank you so much and great. Um, thank you so much and thank thank you everybody for watching. I'll you everybody for watching. I'll see you see you next time. next time. 1:10:55 1 hour, 10 minutes, 55 seconds I agree. All right. Well, Rick, it's
