Matthew Brown

Matthew Brown is a public whistleblower who identified himself as the author of material alleging the existence of a highly classified UAP collection and analysis programme known as Immaculate Constellation. Compared with better-documented figures such as Grusch, the public biographical record around Brown remains relatively limited and should not be inflated with details that cannot be independently checked.

Any employment, clearance or programme-access claims should therefore be presented as verified, reported or disputed on a field-by-field basis rather than copied wholesale from interviews.

The phrase “Immaculate Constellation” entered the congressional record through material submitted in connection with Michael Shellenberger's November 2024 testimony.
