AAWSAP और AATIP
Public discussion में “AATIP” शब्द अक्सर पूरे Reid-linked effort के लिए इस्तेमाल होता है। Documentary record अधिक जटिल है।

Bigelow संबंध और procurement
Reid का Nevada businessman Robert Bigelow से long-standing संबंध था, जिसकी BAASS को contract मिला। Contemporary reporting ने Bigelow-linked political contributions भी document कीं। [S7]
