UAPRAD is an independent, community-driven research and publishing project about unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). We treat an unresolved observation as a starting point for inquiry, not as proof of extraterrestrial origin. The subject deserves careful study because it touches aviation safety, public understanding, scientific practice, and democratic accountability.

Science does not require us to settle an explanation before examining the evidence. Our work makes the public record easier to follow: what was observed, who reported it, what was documented at the time, what later accounts add, which conventional explanations fit, and what remains unknown.

Belief can shape how people approach UAP claims, but inquiry does not require prior belief. A better standard is to let evidence, method, and transparent reasoning inform whatever conclusion follows.

Our mission is to make evidence-led UAP research and discussion accessible to a broad audience — without sensationalism, false certainty, or dismissal.

Pour y parvenir, nous :

  • Making UAP evidence, context, and uncertainty accessible to as broad an audience as possible. We will strive for global inclusion.
  • Using source criticism, scientific reasoning, and transparent analysis rather than conclusions chosen in advance.
  • Building a global community that can question claims, share useful sources, and contribute constructively.

Nos objectifs à long terme sont :

  • Contribute to the rigour, quality, and accessibility of the evidence available to the public.
  • Reduce stigma so unusual reports can be examined without ridicule or undue credulity.
  • Support lawful, transparent disclosure where the public interest and evidence justify it.
  • Help people develop the confidence and tools to investigate extraordinary claims for themselves.

Make clear, science-led discussion of UAP topics available to the widest possible audience.

Raison

The topic is shaped by uneven information, competing claims, and social stigma. A reasoned, open approach creates common ground and earns trust.

Plan

Present events, people, concepts, and cultural focal points through reason, logic, and science; make that work easy and free to communicate; and build a reputation that brings the UAP community together while engaging the broader population.

Phase 2

Recherche et découverte

Transformer la confiance acquise en recherches plus approfondies, en ressources plus solides consacrées aux éléments probants et en découvertes issues de la collaboration.

Découvrir cette phase

Objectif

Build the capacity to produce high-quality analysis, preserve useful evidence, and support more critical thinking across the UAP field.

Raison

Once UAPRAD has traction, respect, and trust, the community will need deeper archives, clearer synthesis, and research that can separate signal from noise.

Plan

Expand the evidence resources with deeper archives, analyses, and concepts; engage current research networks; build a team and framework for scientific exploration; conduct independent novel research; and communicate the findings with authority and tact.

Phase 3

Réforme et publication d’informations

Mettre une communauté informée et des travaux de recherche crédibles au service de réformes équitables et d’une publication substantielle d’informations.

Découvrir cette phase

Objectif

Contribute a credible, independent voice to high-level change and the push for disclosure.

Raison

Lasting change requires more than attention: it needs an engaged community, a dependable knowledge platform, and active research outputs behind it.

Plan

Maintain a one-stop shop for UAP knowledge and communication, use evidence-led research to identify where reform is justified, and advocate for fair, transparent disclosure.
