Jeffrey Nuccetelli

Jeffrey Nuccetelli is a former U.S. Air Force military police member who has said he served sixteen years on active duty. He became a major public UAP witness in September 2025 when he submitted written testimony to Congress describing several incidents around Vandenberg Air Force Base between 2003 and 2005.

Nuccetelli's importance comes from the fact that his account is not one single sighting. He says that in the course of his security-police duties he personally witnessed one event and became involved in taking or reviewing reports from other personnel concerning several additional events near sensitive military and missile-defence facilities.

The strongest way to handle his profile is to keep his own observation separate from reports made to him by others.
