Members Area (Beta)
Members Area under development
The Members Area of this website is currently under active development and is provided on a beta, trial and “as available” basis. By registering for or using the Members Area, you acknowledge and accept that its features, functionality and availability may change at any time while development continues.
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion and without prior notice, to:
- modify, replace, suspend or discontinue any feature or functionality within the Members Area;
- create, suspend, restrict, merge, reset or permanently delete member accounts where reasonably necessary for development, testing, maintenance, security or operational purposes;
- update, reorganise, migrate or remove databases and systems used to provide the Members Area;
- remove, modify or delete user-generated content, account information, settings, preferences or other data where reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, testing, security, legal compliance or the proper operation of the website;
- limit access to all or part of the Members Area, whether temporarily or permanently.
The Members Area should not be used as a permanent storage facility. Users are solely responsible for retaining independent copies of any content, information or materials they upload or submit.
Whilst we will use reasonable care in operating the Members Area, we do not warrant that the Members Area will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available or free from defects during its development.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, we shall not be liable for any loss arising from:
- the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Members Area;
- the modification, suspension or withdrawal of any feature or service;
- the deletion or loss of user accounts;
- the loss, corruption or removal of user-generated content or other data;
- interruptions to access, system upgrades, maintenance or testing;
- reliance placed upon features or functionality that are experimental or under development.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that any information, documents or content they wish to retain are backed up independently.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or our obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), or any other applicable legislation relating to the processing of personal data.
Where we process personal data, we will do so in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users retain all rights afforded to them under applicable data protection legislation, including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and, where applicable, data portability.
Continued use of the Members Area constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of any updates that may be published from time to time.
User Content & Acceptable Use
User Content
Where the Members Area permits users to post, upload, submit, transmit or otherwise make content available, including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, documents, comments, messages, profile information or other materials (“User Content”), you remain the owner of any intellectual property rights you hold in your User Content.
By submitting User Content through the Website, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, process, adapt, distribute and otherwise use that User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, securing and administering the Website and the Members Area.
You warrant that:
- you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions and licences required to upload and share your User Content;
- your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights of any third party;

You remain solely responsible for the User Content you submit and for any consequences arising from its publication.

- upload malicious software, viruses, ransomware, spyware or any other harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers, databases, user accounts or connected systems;

- collect, harvest or scrape personal information or other data relating to other users without their consent;
- upload content that infringes copyright, trade marks, patents, database rights or other intellectual property rights;
- publish confidential or private information belonging to another person without lawful authority;
- use automated systems, bots or scripts in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Website or interferes with its normal operation;
- engage in fraudulent, deceptive or misleading activity;
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable legislation.
Moderation
We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to monitor, review, moderate, edit, restrict, refuse publication of or remove any User Content at our sole discretion where we reasonably believe it:
- breaches these Terms;
- may expose us or other users to legal liability;
- presents a security risk;
- is inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent;

Our decision regarding the moderation or removal of content shall be final.

- continued access may adversely affect other users or the Website.
During the beta development of the Members Area, accounts may also be suspended, reset or removed where reasonably necessary for testing, maintenance, upgrades, migrations or redevelopment.

Reporting content
Users who believe that content available through the Website is unlawful or breaches these Terms should notify us promptly using the contact details provided on the Website.
We will review reports within a reasonable period and take such action as we consider appropriate.

We do not endorse, verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of User Content published by users.
Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no responsibility for User Content published by users, nor for any loss or damage arising from reliance upon such content.
Users interact with other members and any User Content entirely at their own risk.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or obligations which cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

AI Content & Automated Moderation Policy
1. Purpose
We may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) and automated technologies to help operate, maintain and improve this Website and its Members Area.
This Policy explains how AI may be used and how decisions involving AI are managed.
2. How we use AI
AI or automated systems may be used to:
- detect spam and malicious activity;
- identify potentially unlawful or prohibited content;
- assist with content moderation;
- identify duplicate or fraudulent accounts;
- improve website security;
- organise or categorise information;
- generate summaries, recommendations or other informational content;
- improve the performance and functionality of our services.
AI assists our operations but does not replace our commitment to responsible oversight.
3. Automated moderation
Some content submitted by users may be analysed using automated systems before or after publication.
These systems may identify content that appears to breach our Terms of Use or other policies.
Where appropriate, content may be:
- temporarily hidden;
- flagged for review;
- restricted;
- removed; or
- referred to a human moderator.
Not every moderation decision is made solely by automated means.
4. Human review
Where reasonably practicable, significant moderation decisions affecting user accounts will be reviewed by a member of our team before permanent action is taken.
However, in cases involving security threats, illegal content, system abuse or urgent safeguarding concerns, immediate automated action may be taken to protect users and the Website.
5. AI-generated content
Where this Website provides AI-generated content, summaries or recommendations, these are provided for general informational purposes only.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
Users remain responsible for verifying important information independently.
6. User responsibilities
Users must not knowingly submit prompts, content or instructions intended to:
- generate unlawful material;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- harass or abuse others;
- bypass security or moderation systems;
- create harmful, deceptive or fraudulent content.
7. Personal data
Where AI systems process personal data, we will do so in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and our Privacy Policy.
We seek to ensure that personal data processed by AI systems is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the operation, security and improvement of our services.
8. Challenging decisions
If you believe content has been incorrectly moderated or that an automated system has made an error, you may contact us using the details provided on this Website.
Where appropriate, we will review the decision and take corrective action if necessary.
9. Limitations
AI technologies are continually developing and may not always correctly interpret context, humour, satire, quotations or other nuanced communications.
For this reason, AI forms only one part of our moderation and operational processes.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect improvements in technology, legal requirements or changes to our services.
The latest version will always be published on this Website.
