About
Think Anomalous is an independent media producer and publisher created by Toronto-based writer and filmmaker Jason Charbonneau. Drawing on his background in history and audio post-production, Charbonneau surveys credible research in anomalistics and translates it into concise documentaries for a broad audience. The channel covers classic UFO cases alongside apparitions, entity encounters, consciousness research, and the history and methods of anomalistic study.
The films combine narration, historical sources, original illustration, animation, music, and sound design. Their guiding approach is open but critical: an event can remain unexplained without being assigned a paranormal or supernatural cause. UFO-focused documentaries are also collected under the channel's UFO Case Review series, which Charbonneau began producing in 2012.
