Biography
Harold “Hal” Puthoff is an electrical engineer and researcher whose career includes laser physics, government-funded remote-viewing research at Stanford Research Institute, and later work on vacuum physics, advanced propulsion and anomalous aerospace topics.
Puthoff established the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin in 1985; it became EarthTech International’s research division in 1991. This Texas research setting follows his earlier work at Stanford Research Institute in California and provides the institutional context for his later publications on advanced propulsion and related physics. His UAP relevance is broad rather than tied to a single sighting.
